You would do better getting tires and rims from the flea market. They no nothing about tires and customer service is awful

NEVER EVER DEAL WITH THIS ESTABLISHMENT I sent an inquiry last February 27 regarding their available rims. Chris called me and had a good conversion. I told him I'll try to visit their shop since I'm still checking my options. I decided to go there the following day and drove 45 mins from my place. Chris was not there and I spoke to the lady there and the guy named H. He was cool. I'm willing to do it on that day, declining their offer to do financing but they said they can do it on Monday or Tuesday. I said, "let me think about it" and will get back with them. When I arrived home, I saw my friend post his set of rims and wheels and just bought it. I went to a vulcanizing shop near their place to install it. Unfortunately, the lug nuts were not a good fit and the strut bolt broke. The vulcanizing guy asked me to go to No Limit and guaranteed they could help me out with the right one. They sold me the lug nuts for $200! Seems that I thought that was the best option I just bought it. Went back to the vulcanizing shop on the following Monday to take care of the set of wheels and the broken strut bolt. The lug nuts is also not a good fit and the other guy asked me to go to the nearest Advance Auto and if it's not available, in Autozone. Went to Advance Auto and luckily, it's available for only $49! After my car was fixed, I went back to No Limits Performance. They're still close but H was there and talking to someone. I joined in on their conversation. When they open, I went inside and the lady told me they didn't do returns but offered me change of products! I told them they gave me the wrong product and I have no use. On top of that they their product is too expensive!!! They offered me store credit, but what do I do with that if I don't want to deal with them! I even talked to their supervisor Pablo and was not a good help! Unfortunately, consumers here in IL are not protected by No Return and No Exchange rule. I wasted my money and time with them. I'm going to make sure that my WORSE EXPERIENCE with these people and business will spread to the car community! These are the kinds of establishments that don't deserve support from everyone and should be out of business. read more

They sold me wheels and tires for my vehicle that didn't fit! once my purchase arrived and was called for installation they noticed they had sold me wrong fitting tires and wheels and apparently all their sales are final and no returns accepted Be careful!!! read more

We needed a rim for a Nissan , we took old rim and tire to the store Luis check the size and showed us a rim that would fit said he could have by tomorrow it's $160 we ordered . The rim came and it's 2" wider than tire , when we returned with rim were told no refund as it's what we asked for . We asked for a rim that fits that's why we took old rim and tire to store to get correct size . Had picked out two different sets of rims off the wall at the store ..... they called and we were told they didn't have them in the chrome , but we could get them in gloss black . So we placed the order and a week later they came in . And .... they were the wrong ones !!!! So we called and all they said was sorry " no refunds or exchanges " I get the policy , but if it is there screw up they should fix it and instead of doing that they tried blaming my boyfriend . Saying they pulled the rims up on the screen and he agreed to those ones . Bold face lie ! The 12 yr old working behind the computer screwed up . I will never go there again !!!!! I bought 2500$ worth of rims from them and the gave me a wrong log nuts size I went back to them and told them about it they said it's okay it's not that different u could use this size so after I put the rims i try to take them off the car but I couldn't because the log nuts it's a worng size I talked to them and they didn't help at all and I had to go change the studs all the way around and pay 300$ for that read more

This place posted tires on offer listed at $245 for the set once I got there the guy said that's to low can you do $300. I said installed he said $120 to install them. I them told I can't pay $300 plus $120 her came back with a offer of $370. I said cool let me go get the cash he said ok. Well when I returned with the cash he tell me sorry there was a miscommunication the tires are $245 each! Do not shop here unless you want to be scammed. Safe to say I didn't purchase. read more
