I purchased four new rims and four new TPMS (tire pressure monitoring) sensors for my Lexus RX 350, and the results are phenomenal. One challenge was that my original Lexus center cap emblems did not fit the new rims. Instead of giving up, the technicians took the time and effort to make them fit perfectly. First of all, it's very important to have great customer service it doesn't matter what type of business or establishment it is. As I was walking in there to look for some rims for my Porsche I was not greeted or helped at all. I had to approach someone just to get the information I was needing as I spoke to a gentleman there he was being very rude the simply care how much I was willing to spend in his shop if not it seems like he had no interest in dealing with me. Therefore it would be my last time that I will go there definitely. The simplest way to place this location is to call it "eBay middle man" Joey and Angela have been around for decades, it's no secret for anyone that is involved in the car world.scene here in Chicago. Their prices are fair and they have a crapload of wheels on the storefront floor which are all knockoffs with cheap tires, all at a package deal price. That's fine and dandy if you want Rotas, F1R (or whatever they're called) and etc.. but don't expect yourself to get any real use out of the tires they sell there (in my opinion). The MAJORITY of the stuff they carry is amplified in price through the roof, ranging from 25 dollar air freshners to eBay suspension components that cost as much if not more than some Ohlins kits. I used to know the guy Mike, who was their tech that worked on cars and he was pretty competent, but he left for his own reasons and I am unsure of who works on the cars now. The only good thing I can say about this place is that if you want something "cheap" and in a hurry, you can probably get it here. But definitely do NOT place online or whatever orders through Joey or Angela and definitely do not even think about believing any sort of warranty crap they offer, this place does not do honest business when it comes to honoring "word of mouth". All their stuff is purchased in bulk via Alibaba or more often than not, eBay. Be very wary coming in here. As stated in my previous review about Fizz Autosports, there are PLENTY of other much reputable ACTUAL performance and tuner shops all over Chicago and in the burbs than can provide above-par service and commitment compared to them. I hate to say this but most of the people who do business here and continue to do business here, obviously do not know my prior paragraph above and it's sad to say because they are simply just uninformed. These guys are pretty good at what they do, considerting the size of their operation. Place is a must-see for urban import tuners, or just anyone looking to improve their vechicle with good aftermarket parts and accessories. They also have a huge selcetion of quality sport rims on the first floor, and the second floor is devoted to the large-sized chrome rims. The sport rims are what brought me to them. Their prices for rims and installation are competitive to on-line warehouse prices, and pretty much match Discount Tire. Discount Tire offers wheel and rim pacakages, but the quality, style and selections of Top Speed are much better, especially in up-to-date design, and can fit many budgets. I originally chose an after-market rim set from Top Speed that unfortunately required spacers to adequately fit my 'Dub. They warned me it could fit with the adjustments, and I went ahead. Several days later, I couldn't take the vibration from the spacers anymore. They let me come in, put up with my behavior, and from the start allowed me to exchange the wheels for a new set. I got an awesome set which everyone complements, and the cashier (who knows her cars) even said was a better brand. They do all the work in their two-bay garage accessible through a one-way alley. Even though the space is limited, they do the job well, as evidenced by repeat customers who drive in from the far suburbs. read more

So I dropped by to install an HID for my daily beater, then this guy says "I cannot do it bec the housing is damaged"? I know that my driver side headlight is a PITA even to replace a bulb, definitely not damaged or anything, this guy just don't want to put any effort, gave up on the job. I decided to purchase the HIDs and took them to other shop to install, ARMANDO SOUNDS took the challenge without BS, did a great clean job for the same rate. For this, I'll definitely take my RS7 for a set of Rohanas somewhere else. Lost business here buddy! read more

I ordered a set of wheels from them a few weeks ago when i saw their ebay posting. They said that it would be cheaper to send payment directly through paypal so I was like "why not?". Transaction goes through smoothly. Come 3 weeks later when the wheels arrive, they're the wrong wheels! How do you send the wrong wheels if they obviously don't look the same? I dispute it on paypal and they offer a discount if i decide to keep the wheels. Why would I keep the wheels if it is not what I wanted? So i ask if I could get the wheels I originally ordered at a discounted price while I wait the additional 3 weeks for them or I'll take a refund, they totally ignored my request and just asked me to provide an email to which they can send the return labels. A complete waste of my time. I will not be purchasing anything from this company in the future. Buyer Beware! read more

Called in to see if they mount tires and stretch them since about 9 other places that i called didnt even know what stretching is lucky for me a woman by the name of angela told me yes they do was quote a great price and was told it will take 30 mins which is 1/4 the time other places told me they were actually done in less then 15 mins i would love to come back to them ty for the great service read more

I'm not familiar enough with this place to give it a full 5 stars, although I had a really good experience. I basically needed 4 winter tires mounted and balanced, they were able to do it for me for $60 for all 4, which is a great price. I called a head of time to make sure they could squeeze me in, dropped my car off in their 2 car working bay, brought something to read, and about an hour later they had my tires on for me. I'd say I would give 5 stars for my brief experience there, but they do have a lot of other services to offer, which I haven't checked out, so i guess for lack of being more comprehensive in assessing this business, the most I'm comfortable giving is 4 stars. Definitely a fan, and I would consider going back. I've driven on the wheels for about a week now and haven't had any issues. read more

I had my rear fenders rolled on my civic si. Never again. They did a pretty shitty job, now it looks like i have fender flares but uneven. The guy that did it apparently has never rolled fenders before. I didn't realized then but when i got home its very noticeable. I never went back there to tell them because there's no way to fix them unless hammer them in again but i'll need to paint the whole rear quarter panel. read more

Let me be honest, they have 2 1/2 stars for a reason. I came in looking for some rims and they were looking to charge 1600 for 4 rims and just the rims alone. I mean i kind of understand why its so expensive, since you can just go in and pick what you want and they'll put it on for you, but still. I'd say i spent about 45 minutes there, just for the owner to say that they charge a 60 % interest rate. What kind of bull is that? Rims and tax came out to be 2600 instead of it being 1600. Honestly i ended up buying off discount tires, which is way more affordable. Bought a full set of rims for under 1000 and it included shipping. If you don't mind the wait then i would avoid this place at all cost. Sales rep was nice, owner was more on the douche side. He was literally in the middle of talking to me, until a phone rang and he picked up and started speaking in Chinese to probably one of his friends. He spent 15-20 minutes talking (no bs) in front of me, instead of assisting me. Never again. read more
