My oil change costs $110 (a tad higher than Jiffy Lube lol) and doing what I consider normal stuff (e.g. flushing hoses, replacing various fluids) can give you sticker shock. Now that I've got that out of the way, let me tell you about the service. It was TOP NOTCH from the moment I called to make the appointment, to when I brought in the car, to when I paid. As several people have mentioned, the lounge is very clean and comfortable. But I wanted to return home as the repairs were lengthy. Lucky for me, McGrath provides a round-trip Lyft if you live within 5 miles of the shop! Overall I'm pleased with the experience and will return when my baby needs additional work

I was pretty impressed with how simple the appointment process was online. I when I arrived they got some info and told me it would be about 250 to do a diagnostic test and identify the issue. I left the Keyes and they told me they'd give me a call. After about 30 minutes they called to tell me te they needed to run a more in depth test and it would actually cost $340. Not ideal, but I get that when they go in, things might change. They sent me an email about an hour and a half later with the details of what they needed to fix. I gave them a call and they walked me through ever thing. They were frank about what needed immediate attention and what could maybe wait. I was grateful for the thorough explanation and candid feedback. They finished all the work about an hour ahead of schedule. The car is running super smooth and it seems all issues have been fully resolved. Everyone at the ship was so nice. They all had such a friendly demeanor. The staff was professional, welcoming, and clearly knowledgeable about their work. They took the time to listen carefully to the issues I had been noticing, asked follow-up questions, and gave me a clear explanation of what they would be looking into. hey provided an upfront estimate, walked me through the different options for parts and repairs, and didn't push unnecessary work. The job itself was completed same day and with obvious attention to detail. When I picked up my car, it ran smoothly, and the problem I had been dealing with was completely resolved. Beyond the quality repair, it's the honesty and care that sets this mechanic apart. They treated me like a valued customer rather than just another ticket, and I left feeling confident that my car was in great hands. It's rare to find a mechanic you can fully trust, but I've found one here. I'll definitely be returning for future maintenance and recommending them to friends and family.
