My smart key needed a battery replaced and the staff member stated that he might break it. After…read moretaking it apart, not removing the small screw that I'd asked about, he indicated that he didn't have the battery. He claimed that the small screw was for holding the motherboard and didn't need removal. He had the keys to my home and handed me back the single key. When I asked about my keys, he took a couple minutes to locate them. Didn't appreciate his sense of humor, nothing funny about getting locked outside in the cold weather. I purchased a battery from Walgreens that didn't appear to work. I noted the polarity when removing the battery. Next day I went to Honda. Honda informed me that the battery had been installed incorrectly. They indicted that the screw should have been removed rather than stripped. Well he did warn me that he might break it. Wish he would have mentioned putting the battery back in the wrong way.

He diagnosed my brakes as a brake booster. When we picked the car up , it was worse than when we brought it. He tried to say my rotors needed to be ground down and made me feel like I was crazy or didn't know what I was talking about. When I brought it back he found that they left a piece off. He did apologize and acknowledged he made a mistake. However I have continued to have the same exact problem and have now brought it to the dealer only to find that my car was completely mis diagnosed and the booster was never the problem. When I called frank to discuss and asked for a quote, he never bothered to call me back. 3x I left a message ... no response. 1600 I paid to frank and now I just paid 3700 to the dealer to actually fix the original problem.

I was told the DRL installation could be done, and at no point was I informed that the shop lacked experience with this type of work or was unsure of the proper installation process. After several hours, I was told the DRL kit was "not the correct fit." After contacting the manufacturer directly, it was confirmed that the kit is the correct and only compatible option for my vehicle and that the installation requires specialized headlight work. It became clear the shop did not know how to perform this installation, yet instead of communicating that professionally upfront, they attempted the job anyway. During the badge replacement, no photos were taken of the original OEM silver badges to ensure correct placement, spacing, or alignment before installing the aftermarket black badges. As a result, the black M60i badges were installed crooked and spaced too closely together, which is unacceptable from a professional shop. Additionally, because the front bumper was removed during the attempted DRL installation, I later noticed a paint chip on the driver-side front bumper panel near the headlight seam. This damage was not present prior to my visit. If a shop is not experienced with specialized installations, the professional course of action is to clearly communicate that and decline the job--not to proceed without proper knowledge or preparation. Between the lack of transparency, poor execution, and resulting damage, this experience fell well below an acceptable standard of professionalism.

As this was an emergency, he said he would fit me in if I could come right away. When I got there, he was finishing up another car and I had a short wait. Alberto quickly diagnosed that the tire reported by Onstar was not the problem. Previous tire rotation by another repair shop was not completed properly and the wrong tire was being reported. A simple check of the tire pressure of all four tires led him right to the problem tire. There was a nail in it. Alberto fixed it in short order, rotated my tires and made sure they were properly recorded in the Onstar for future diagnostic purposes, and I was on my way. Charge was minimal for the work he completed. Alberto is a no nonsense kind of guy and very busy, but he is great to do business with.

They let the car leave their shop multiple times with bubbling and peeling. I recently made the mistake of brining my beater in for window tints which again required multiple returns to fix their work. They even left a huge LED lamp in my car and laminated a huge piece of lint between the tint film and window. If they missed a giant LED lamp in my car, imagine what else they missed! I had plans to do dash cams and remote starts on all my vehicles before winter but ABC Automative just isn't worth the time, energy, or frustration.
