I was approached by an associate asking me if I needed help. I usually like to find things myself, so I just asked them to point me in the direction I was looking, which they did. As I went to look for another item, another associate asked if I was finding everything or if I needed help. I will say they were a little slow on a Saturday afternoon, but were still eager to help. I ended up buying a case of windshield washer fluid, and some lights. The associate who rung me up, offered to carry the fluid to the car, which he did. It's not that I couldn't, he just assisted on his own without me asking. I thanked him and left. I will definitely be back to this location, but not for the reason of associates carrying my items to the car, but for the reason of them all being genuine and doing above and beyond...

I'm usually swapping out brake pads since they have a lifetime warranty. I tried swapping out my old rotors for new ones, but I lost the warranty on those of course. No worries, because they "recycle" my old rotors. The only complaint that I have about swapping out the brake pads is that you have to take the old brake pads off first, and drive up there and exchange them. I've learned to buy an extra pair. It saves me the hassle of driving back and forth.
