What the H3// is going on with this place!…read more How can this business still be in operation? Today was our 3rd time going there and absolutely the last. There are just so many things wrong with this auto parts place 1. Customer service. Or rather, lack of it. There is always a line of people waiting in the check out line here. And there are many employees milling about behind the counter. But yet no one helps. One register is open. They clearly see everyone waiting for help but choose to not get more employees on a register. 2. Employee experience. Or rather lack of it. The kids working there don't know anything about cars. They must just hire anyone who will work in this chaos for minimum wage. Every person including us who asked for parts got the runaround. Questions like, what is that part? How do you spell that? Or when they do find the part you are looking for on the monitor screen, they say they're going back to get it and come back with the wrong part. Different part numbers for the same piece. They don't smile. They don't greet you with a hello. Just what do you want. 3. Management. Yeah, you guest it, or rather lack of. Today was so over the top it felt like being on an episode of punk'd. a woman came in and leaned on the counter, breathed heavy and fell down. We as customers asked her if we could help. She declined. We called to the employees and they literally ignored her and our calls for help! We asked for a manager and when he finally did come out, he looked at the woman on the floor and said, "no". Then walked back behind the counter. We asked for a chair. They said they don't have any. We asked for them to call 911. No one answered. We questioned the woman for more and she said her boyfriend was outside. Someone went out to get him. He came in and drug her out of the store but no before she passed out again and hit the floor. Again, no one from AutoZone helped with this. This place is an absolute joke. Why would anyone shop here? Advice to anyone wanting parts, go anywhere else. Plenty of choices in the area including 2 doors down. Shame on you AutoZone. Shame.

Had a great experience today with the good folks at The Truck Stop. I came into the store as I had…read morea question about one of the features of a Leer Truck cap that I had purchased from them a few months before (how the interior dome light worked). From the wonderful woman at the front desk who readily responded to my inquiry and who called the owner from the back who was in the repair shop, all was professionally and courteously handled. In fact, when it became clear that one of my truck's tail lights had burned out, the owner volunteered to replace the bulb free of charge. All I had to do was go across the street to an auto parts store and come back with a new bulb. The owner installed it free of charge. Admittedly, in his skilled hands, it only took a minute or so, but, still, he was under no obligation to volunteer his labor. Thank you, Truck Shop!
