One star is exceedingly generous! I purchased a 2019 Porsche Cayenne from Maserati of Naperville, expecting a quality vehicle based on their assurances and the clean Carfax report. What I received was an unsafe, flood-damaged car riddled with issues. Within 24 hours of delivery, the engine light came on, and a diagnostic report revealed extensive problems, including a damaged turbocharger, persistent water damage, non-functional driver assistance systems, a bunch of other water related damage and a strong odor of mold/mildew--a clear sign of prior flooding. The car cannot pass inspection and is illegal to drive in both Maine and Illinois. Maserati of Naperville reset the engine light and all the codes just before shipping the car to me, demonstrating they knew about these issues but failed to disclose them. Despite immediate outreach and numerous attempts to find resolution, the dealership refuses to take accountability, wanted me to pay a 10% restocking fee, $1/mile driven and pay for return shipping. They finally agreed to refund my full payment but I still had to pay shipping. When they got the car back they said the won't refund my full amount because the engine light is on and it wasn't when they shipped the car. This was the reason I returned the car and they agreed to a full refund due to the engine damage. Their conduct is a blatant violation of consumer protection laws and constitutes FRAUD. I urge anyone considering buying from Maserati of Naperville to think twice. Their deceptive practices, lack of transparency, and refusal to honor basic legal obligations have caused me significant financial and emotional distress. Don't let this happen to you. They claim first class customer service but, I assure you, I have never been treated so poorly in my entire life. This business is so unethical and disrespectful. We followed the directions, and it was determined that the engine needed to be replaced per recall. When we called to schedule the replacement, we were informed that they had the documentation but had entered it wrong into the system, and we would now have to redo the tests for recall. They have no care for their customer's time when the error was their own.

The new mechanic also confirmed the only way for a tire to come off a car is if it's not put on properly. When Mark for Accurate Auto came back from vacation he would not own up to the his mistake of not putting on the wheel properly. Mark did not have any explanation other than tires can fall of car naturally. Obviously, tires do not fall off of car naturally. They have a nice waiting area and will text you as your car moves through the service process, but will personally come get you when it is time to depart. I thought that was odd, I go to my truck and now my radio screen/display will not light up or display. I asked what happened the other guy Mike starts yelling at me when I asked how can I leave it with you guys, you clear codes, and now my display won't work. He did try and do a few things but acted like he didn't know about it, but the other guy did? Very suspicious. Didn't want any ownership, yelled at me for it not being his fault. I now have no AC because I can't access my display on the hottest week of the year so far and they offered no resolution or offered to take it back in to try and fix the issue.. I had work done by them last year when I moved out here, I trusted them. I thought I had a local, reliable mechanic like I did where I'm from, but I see now that they're unfortunately just like all the rest.
