    This O'Reilly Auto Parts is one of the best Auto Parts store all over the city. Their employees are very knowledgeable about all the vehicles and all the parts that they have in in their warehouse and store. They are cheaper than other Auto Parts around, you will probably trust their items because all of it has a good quality. They also have limited edition items and hard-to-find items. If in case you need some parts, or you are just looking for, don't hesitate to go here at O'Reilly Auto Parts, they probably have all the things you need to buy. And you will probably amaze with the service and great items they have. 5-star for this O'Reilly Auto Parts because they know how to manage their customers so well, their customer service is sensational! And also they are so convenient. Thank you O'Reilly Auto Parts. Will go there again when I am nearby. Keep it up! Thank you!

    Seems like people who work at auto parts stores just don't want to help customers. Or maybe it's…read moregendered? Because this was the second one I went to and the only time the guy spoke to me is when I brought my stuff up to the desk to purchase and ask a product question. I bought some wiper blades here but when I got home to put them on, the first one didn't work. So I headed back to the store and was apprehensive because I didn't think they'd let me return the one I opened, but he returned it without issue. Apparently they usually come with different clips to fit various wipers, but this one did not come with any attachment clips. I returned all of them since I didn't want to run into any other issues. I was surprised by the cost of the wiper blades (about $35 each for the driver and passenger side, and I bought a rear blade as well) and for that I decided I'll just let the dealer install them. It's less expensive to have them do it.

Super rude and was extremely disrespectful and hostile as soon as I asked for her assistance. I didn't know something about my car and she mocked me in front of her coworkers twice & scolded me for not knowing. Throughout assisting me and checking out she continued to have a nasty energy/ attitude. The other 2 gentleman were respectful and actually helped me out. Never will I go back and use my money here. She needs a reality check. She can't continue to treat customers who are spending at least a couple hundred poorly. Absolutely awful.

I visited this Napa store and asked one of the employees, Mirek, about the availability and price of a replacement lens and he quoted me prices for two lens assemblies, explaining that the cost depends on the kind of light I had. I didn't know what kind, so he walked with me to the car (in the parking lot) to see if we could find out. At Mirek's suggestion, I turned the car lights on and we both looked, but could not tell which sort of light it was. I asked how difficult a replacement would be, he showed me where the access panel was on the car, explained a bit about the connections. I asked if he would do the work and he said he was not permitted to. However, I had time that same day to go home, find out what the car required and with what I'd learned from Mirek to go directly to a nearby repair shop knowing what to ask for and expect.     I had by far the WORST customer service in my life fro the Parts Manager Paul!!…read more I called on 12/26/17 and spoke with him about the battery I bought a couple years back,causing me a lot of problems and needing to get jumped every few months. He looked into and found a much stronger battery (that he even stated was recommended for my car) and verified it was in stock. He agreed I deserved a discount for all of my trouble and I felt satisfied. Fast forward to later in the day when I finally get jumped and arrive at the store. He starts ringing me up and the difference is MUCH MORE than what he stated over the phone. First he kept pressing on a button (with a condescending attitude) and kept repeating: see, it won't let me put the discount in. I THINK HE MUST HAVE THE ATTITUDE THAT WOMAN ARE IGNORANT AND DUMB TO THESE THINGS. Then he tells me that I'm charged a core fee because I'm not returning a battery. I said, I am returning a battery. He said, is there a battery in your car? I said no, because you just pulled it out and it's sitting right here, on the counter top! He said, exactly, so you don't have one in your car!! (I swear I'm not making this up. He then tells me I can either pay or he can put the old battery in my car. I decided to pay and deal with this issue later. He also proceeded to tell me that he really doesn't give a shit! And when I told him that I hope he has enough morals to install my battery correctly, his reply was: "That's just about the dumbest shit I've ever heard in my entire fucking life". VERBATIM I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THE CEO OF AUTOZONE, Bill Rhodes, but have yet to get a reply. At this point, I have decided to file a complaint with the IL Attorney general and see what happens. I will update this review if I hear back and an effort for a resolution is made. I wouldn't have even given the 1 star, but I didn't see an option to rate lower.
