He spent time helping us and making sure that we're getting the right thing and then as we had additional questions on cleaners, and things like that, he walked us through which products he uses and what cleaning products he would recommend beyond what he typically buys for himself. The bulb was super delicate and I would've definitely busted it if I had tried installing it myself. Ross also put a scratch guard plate on the underside of my front bumper. Ross was great and is a great guy. After two years and countless scratches on and under my bumper, another high end car shop doing other work on my car confirmed that the Xpel "wrap" and the plate both saved my bumper and paint job. I brought my Tesla back to Ross and he replaced the wrap and confirmed that the car was protected by his original wrap.It looks fantastic it looks brand new. I visited this Napa store and asked one of the employees, Mirek, about the availability and price of a replacement lens and he quoted me prices for two lens assemblies, explaining that the cost depends on the kind of light I had. I didn't know what kind, so he walked with me to the car (in the parking lot) to see if we could find out. At Mirek's suggestion, I turned the car lights on and we both looked, but could not tell which sort of light it was. I asked how difficult a replacement would be, he showed me where the access panel was on the car, explained a bit about the connections. I asked if he would do the work and he said he was not permitted to. However, I had time that same day to go home, find out what the car required and with what I'd learned from Mirek to go directly to a nearby repair shop knowing what to ask for and expect. Because this was the second one I went to and the only time the guy spoke to me is when I brought my stuff up to the desk to purchase and ask a product question. I bought some wiper blades here but when I got home to put them on, the first one didn't work. So I headed back to the store and was apprehensive because I didn't think they'd let me return the one I opened, but he returned it without issue. Apparently they usually come with different clips to fit various wipers, but this one did not come with any attachment clips. I returned all of them since I didn't want to run into any other issues. I was surprised by the cost of the wiper blades (about $35 each for the driver and passenger side, and I bought a rear blade as well) and for that I decided I'll just let the dealer install them. It's less expensive to have them do it.

It's still a great place to get car maintenance. Richard, who has since retired, never, ever pushed for unneeded maintenance. I do still trust this place, they get the job done at a reasonable price.

He looked into and found a much stronger battery (that he even stated was recommended for my car) and verified it was in stock. He agreed I deserved a discount for all of my trouble and I felt satisfied. Fast forward to later in the day when I finally get jumped and arrive at the store. He starts ringing me up and the difference is MUCH MORE than what he stated over the phone. First he kept pressing on a button (with a condescending attitude) and kept repeating: see, it won't let me put the discount in. I THINK HE MUST HAVE THE ATTITUDE THAT WOMAN ARE IGNORANT AND DUMB TO THESE THINGS. Then he tells me that I'm charged a core fee because I'm not returning a battery. I said, I am returning a battery. He said, is there a battery in your car? I said no, because you just pulled it out and it's sitting right here, on the counter top! He said, exactly, so you don't have one in your car!! (I swear I'm not making this up. He then tells me I can either pay or he can put the old battery in my car. I decided to pay and deal with this issue later. He also proceeded to tell me that he really doesn't give a shit! And when I told him that I hope he has enough morals to install my battery correctly, his reply was: "That's just about the dumbest shit I've ever heard in my entire fucking life". VERBATIM I HAVE REACHED OUT TO THE CEO OF AUTOZONE, Bill Rhodes, but have yet to get a reply. At this point, I have decided to file a complaint with the IL Attorney general and see what happens. I will update this review if I hear back and an effort for a resolution is made. I wouldn't have even given the 1 star, but I didn't see an option to rate lower.
