I explained to Rick what I was trying to accomplish, and he knew exactly what I needed--it was the same product the hardware store had recommended. He asked if I had mixed oil and a few other questions before I made my purchase for $9.49 (a much better option than a $300 tune-up!). He also advised me to use high-octane gas for the snowblower, so once I got it running, I headed over to the gas station. Great service and helpful advice--thank you, Advance Auto Parts!

The employees seemed unhappy to be there, and the person who installed my battery didn't seem very approachable. After the installation, I gave him a generous tip, and he only mumbled a quiet "thanks" without much acknowledgment. I appreciate the free installation, but a friendlier attitude would have made the experience much better. I genuinely hope the staff is doing okay and that whatever is affecting morale improves.

I would recommend to call ahead if you need a particular auto part that they have it available for your car and model and ask them if they're able to install it. They carry a lot of brands from oils, wipers, tools, accessories for your car to choose from and you can get rewards for discounts. Prices are decent and they are helpful too. This place is a gold nugget! It's a standalone building with its own parking lot off of Irving Park Road. We've have always been happy coming here when we have to get parts of our older cars like my mom's car Prius which is 2013. We've had windshield wipers replaced, windshield fluids, little lightbulbs purchases and installed free of charge...but we always tip for their labor which is free. Today We really needed our main headlight to be replaced quick because we didn't want to get pulled over for a broken headlight. Sebatian who helped us get the right headlight part (he started working here for a month), he was kind enough to replace our headlight at no charge but of course my mom happily tipped him. You see...We got a quote from a local mechanic shop that told us they would have to remove the entire bumper just to get to the headlight to replace it. They were about to charge us over $400 which she couldn't afford but didn't want to drive at night with a broken headlight. Let's say she spent less than a price of a combo meal! Thank God for this place! Overall, we will go to this place again and again for auto parts, decent prices and fee instillation when they are available to help!

Was eventually told that the car in the service line never got in the queue for wash. 4. Also noticed a wrong key was handed to another customer. Absolutely chaotic management and gross service. It's been 6 months since I purchased from here and I continue to love my new ride! Nate guided me, step by step, throughout the entire process. He listened to what I wanted and respected it. He was not pushy and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. As everyone knows, purchasing a car takes some time. Nate checked in on me even while I was talking with other departments (finance, IT, etc). At one point he got me food from the food court to make sure I wasn't getting hangry, haha. I traded in my previous car and got a very fair price. It was the highest bid when compared to other places I've been to - BMW, Mercedes, Tesla, Honda, and Carmax. I highly recommend seeing Nate if you're in the market for a vehicle. No BS and no headache, he's great! Tip - if you purchase a brand new car from here you get a complimentary 6 month service check in (tire rotation and full inspection) and your first year oil change. Loaner and Service Department: When needing a loaner Carlos provided me with excellent customer service. He thoroughly explained the process of borrowing a car and also offered to show me the features of the car since I was not familiar with driving a Lexus previously. He's very friendly and kind! During my 6 month service I had Marvin as my service advisor. The process was easy and quick. I opted to grab food from their cafeteria and he found me once my car was done being serviced. Throughout my apportionment I was receiving text msgs and videos of the status of my car. I found that to be very helpful. Car buying can be challenging but Carlos and Nate really made this process easy and enjoyable for me. I'm extremely happy with my decision on joining the Lexus family!

I asked to be transferred to services, I told the guy in the service department 5 times that I'd like my speed limiter removed. He's so uninformed and unintelligent that he kept asking me if I wanted my speedometer removed. It's amazing this guy even knows how to breathe. I clarified once again that I need the speed limiter removed. He said him along with his manager said they can't do it. That makes zero sense considering that the dealer is the one who ADDS it through the ECU and all they have to do is plug in their computer component to remove it the same way they added it. Holy wow these people are dumb. Guys, stay far away from this place. If you bring your vehicle here for anything I wouldn't be surprised if this absolute monkey just starts ripping out random pieces of your dashboard because he's probably in his 40s or 50s and makes a sub par wage working behind the counter of a dealership hahaha.
