It's been 6 months since I purchased from here and I continue to love my new ride! Nate guided me, step by step, throughout the entire process. He listened to what I wanted and respected it. He was not pushy and didn't try to upsell me on anything. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and friendly. As everyone knows, purchasing a car takes some time. Nate checked in on me even while I was talking with other departments (finance, IT, etc). At one point he got me food from the food court to make sure I wasn't getting hangry, haha. I traded in my previous car and got a very fair price. It was the highest bid when compared to other places I've been to - BMW, Mercedes, Tesla, Honda, and Carmax. I highly recommend seeing Nate if you're in the market for a vehicle. No BS and no headache, he's great! Tip - if you purchase a brand new car from here you get a complimentary 6 month service check in (tire rotation and full inspection) and your first year oil change. Loaner and Service Department: When needing a loaner Carlos provided me with excellent customer service. He thoroughly explained the process of borrowing a car and also offered to show me the features of the car since I was not familiar with driving a Lexus previously. He's very friendly and kind! During my 6 month service I had Marvin as my service advisor. The process was easy and quick. I opted to grab food from their cafeteria and he found me once my car was done being serviced. Throughout my apportionment I was receiving text msgs and videos of the status of my car. I found that to be very helpful. Car buying can be challenging but Carlos and Nate really made this process easy and enjoyable for me. I'm extremely happy with my decision on joining the Lexus family!

"We don't do outside financing, you have to finance with us" Me- Sorry we couldn't do business". Hour later they call back to say "We'll do it this one time" 2. Having to come down multiple times because "You're out of state" for the funds to complete being wired (And I also put a $500 Deposit down the first day I went there). Last car I bought was from Gurnee, IL and they let me TAKE the car without even having the down payment or any sort of deposit on the vehicle. 3. Truck I purchased was a 2020 Ram 1500 5.7. Didn't haggle on the price, gave them their asking price. Obviously the "hemi tick" i.e. manifold exhaust system are known for going bad on these with their bolts and gaskets. The NEXT MORNING I started the truck up i noticed it, said "no way they sold me this with that already like that" waited a couple more days and gave a call explaining it. No loaners available, so I have to pay out of pocket to Enterprise for them to have my truck. Get to Enterprise and they tell me "Oh yeah, they're always just throwing there vehicles at us, so we have all these rentals available." But yet they're "3 weeks out from loaners" 4. Took them 2 days to find the ticking on a cold start, but occurs EVERY time the truck is started. Crazy right? The state statue has a 500 mile or 15 day warranty, whichever comes first, that is required by the state. But "we don't cover manifold exhaust, only manifold intake". Guy tells me 1200 on the phone to fix, then texts me saying original offer was 1900, then drops it down to 900. Obviously going to do it myself. Paid out of pocket for the rental which was never reimbursed. STAY FAR, FAR AWAY FROM HERE.

He was efficient in locating the right car and made the whole process feel smooth and straightforward. What stood out most was how helpful he was in answering all of our questions--knowledgeable, patient, and easy to talk to. It made a big difference in what can sometimes be a stressful experience. Highly recommend asking for Julio if you're looking for someone who is attentive, efficient, and genuinely helpful.

I brought my BMW to Fields BMW Northfield on January 15, 2026 for a recall. The car was running…read moreperfectly fine -- no noises, no issues. During the recall, they broke a VANOS bolt and had to remove the oil pan. While the engine was open, I agreed to replace the eccentric shaft sensor and paid ~$700. From there, the experience went downhill. They claimed my axle threads were damaged and quoted me $1,800 -- despite zero prior symptoms. After I pushed back and contacted BMW NA, they suddenly "fixed" it at no cost. Then I was told the car was ready. Within minutes of picking it up -- still on dealership property -- the engine developed a loud, aggressive rattle. I immediately returned it. What followed was a constantly shifting explanation: "metal in the oil" "just scratches" "failed bearing" "previously disassembled engine" "not our fault." At multiple points, they leaned on "prior mechanical condition" and ownership history, even though the car ran fine before their work and failed immediately after. That timing speaks for itself. It also took far too long for management to get involved. Early communication felt dismissive, and I had to push repeatedly just to get clear answers. The story kept changing depending on who I spoke to. At one point, I was told I needed to pay for a full engine replacement. After weeks of escalation and involving BMW NA, they shifted course. Final outcome: * Used engine (~93k miles) * 90-day warranty (engine only) * $1,100 out of pocket Yes, the car now runs fine. But that doesn't excuse how this was handled. This felt less like a transparent diagnosis and more like an effort to avoid responsibility until pushed. And as a final detail -- I picked up the car with the gas tank basically on reserve (~11 miles left). I'm not expecting a full tank, but after everything, that level of care says a lot. Bottom line: the car is fixed, but the process was inconsistent, reactive, and difficult to trust. If you service your car here, document everything and be prepared to advocate for yourself.
