I was talking with a guy "Frank" very kind and gracious when I told him I got the wrong one. He sent me the correct mirror I took it to the shop and there was a crack in the mirror housing that appeared after painting prep. The shop where I took the car said I should use the mirror because of the crack so they repaired the mirror that was on the car originally. I told Frank we didn't need either mirror so he sent me a mailing label I shipped them back he credited my credit card! during the whole process Frank was totally helpful and easy to deal with. This place is a scam. I have 3 stories as proof…read more 1. Took my car in for coolant leak. They checked it and said radiator leak. Price was stupid so I went elsewhere. I didn't realize when they checked the antifreeze reservoir they took off the hose needed to suck up antifreeze and didn't put it back. I felt they were intentionally trying to break my car down. 2. Took my car to replace brake pad and rotors. I took my own parts. When I got my parts back I noticed they didn't put the sensors which is standard. They acted dumb about it and fixed it. 3. Took my car for an oil change. They noticed the screw in the oil pan wasn't original. I told them don't worry I've had oil changes for 5 years and never had any problems. After the oil change my car is leaking more oil than usual. 4. My car had warranty for the repairs. However they charge differently when warranty is used. They said it would be cheaper for me to pay out of pocket instead of using the warranty. The other shop I went to charged me the same price with or without warranty. Shady af. My fault for going back just bc it's conveniently located down the block. But after all this bullshit I will never go back. Short dude at the front desk is rude af as well. Go elsewhere, this place is shady af.

I pondered about do I want to do this my self? Or go somewhere that will treat me with respect, tariffs or no tariffs. I stopped in at Mufflers 4 Less explaining what work that I believed that I needed, I had already went to Auto Zone and purchased the parts and asked for a quote. They examined the vehicle and quoted me 200.00 bucks for labor. They told me it was kind of busy and it would take about an 90 minutes I told them, have at it. I called my wife, she picked me up, they called me 1 hour later said that they were finished and didn't have to use all of the parts that Moe Manny and Joe said that I needed. With that being said I told them to also fix a exhaust leak that I had on the vehicle, I used the money that I had saved on taking the unused parts back to pay for that work that I needed. I am now a happy camper. The brakes don't squeal and the exhaust doesn't howl anymore on my 16 year old Toyota 5 speed. Low and slow is the way to go.

Once they took the back tires off, the owner told me that if I was paying with a credit card it would be a 4 percent extra charge. I told him that I was not going to pay extra and insisted that they put the tires back on. I left the shop and went to a more reputable shop and was told that I didn't need rear brakes. The owner of this establishment is ripping people off. I would not recommend this business. The owner is very shady, can't be trusted. Plus they stole a pack of disinfectant wipes from my car. If steal wipes, please do not leave anything of value in your car.

They are open to walk in's and are pretty quick with their turn around. If you are looking for a new auto care location I would recommend giving western auto care a try.
