Up front about pricing, they put thought into giving you the most value. Never had a service tech apologize up front for the cost of a repair... a couple of years ago they basically replaced my entire suspension (Chicago streets....) and service tech suggested to reduce the cost to only replace the worst components right now and delay some less critical components for 6 months because they could last a little longer.
