First of all...WOW! This place is absolutely amazing. I'm getting ready to go on a road trip and of course my check engine light comes on. This place came recommended to me and it did not disappoint. From the second I walked through the door the customer service was impeccable! George was the initial gentleman I spoke too and who ran the diagnostic. Shortly after my catalytic converter was stolen while I was at work, parked in an in-door garage! I was traumatized. From the seat of my car, I called George. That's when the magic happened. He listened to the noise from my car, diagnosed the issue ( you've been hit), helped with towing, and literally had my car back to me in less than 24 hours. George was my mechanic, and he was nothing but amazing! I called in days before requesting a quote of a coolant flush, and he gave me way better prices than the dealer costs. When I brought it in, it did not take them long at all to work on it and also replaced bolts for me free of charge. He let me know everything I needed done with my car, and gave some amazing recommendations for things to do in Toronto as we were traveling there the following weekend. I needed a valve cover replaced on my car, So I called them three times to see if it came in and they were able to do it. Every time I called, they said that the part would arrive within a day, and they would call me to set up an appointment to get it repaired. Each time, They never called me back. This took place over a two-weekperiod, so they had ample time to respond. I'm not sure if they were too busy, or couldn't get the part, or didn't like to work on Mazdas; but in any case, they needed to communicate with me. Also, after doing some work on my car previously, they put an Oak lawn auto frame around my license plate for advertising purposes. They did this without my permission, which definitely irritated me. I took my 2004 van in for A/C service. After looking into it they determined the condenser needed to be replaced. They also noticed my radiator was leaking. They recommended doing both at the same time since I could save on labor that way. Once the work was complete they showed me the old radiator and condenser that were replaced. The radiator was in really bad shape with multiple leak spots. I really appreciate how upfront they were. Their honesty helped me avoid a possible bad situation with the radiator and helped me save money. We'll definitely be going back for future repairs. read more

I have been there many years when the father ( Gus) is managing the business. Gus charge a reasonable price and fix the problem right. But since his son John took over the shop. The workman ship went down . Like one time ,my car need to replace a sensor, I need to went back there 3 time and paid 3 times until they found the defected sensor to replace. I have another car need to replace the oxygen sensor, they replaced it, but when I when to do the emission text, it failed and the report said I need to replace the oxygen sensor. A few months ago,My car have a vibrating sound when I hit the gas, I left my car there for 4 hours, and no one call me for any quote. So I went there and I saw John told a technician to hammer under the car , they tried to pulled a metal shield out, I was so worry they hammered the wrong area and damaged another parts. Finally I got my car back after 8 hours. But they did not fix the problem, the sound still there. So I need to bring the car back the next morning. That early morning, I saw the father there, we went to have a text drive. Gus listen and ask me about the sound. I left the car there. Gus call me back after 30 minutes. Said the car is ready. Oh my god, the sound was gone, Gus fixed the car for 30 minutes, but John spend 8 hours even cannot fix the problem. So that is, I will no longer to let them to fix my cars anymore. read more
