So this place we were very happy with several times but the last few times not so much. My husband did not trust my instincts, guy thing? Anyway, the final straw was a few months back when we brought a car in, my son's Mitsubishi, and they said nothing is wrong with it. Husband had to ask them to do a "smoke test." They said the repairs would run $1700! After some research and some other estimates, it was repaired by USA Automotive on 110th and Western for more than 50% less! There was another place we did not use that also gave us an estimate closer to $1000. So 2 places that were considerably less. My first time I did not like the work was when they put 91 miles on my car a few years back (I was waiting for the odometer to turn to 100,000). I was a fan when the shop had just opened. Now not so much, I recently had them replaced my front and rear brakes. I didn't question the price because I trusted them to be fair. Well after asking around I feel like I was price gouged... I paid 884.00 and on top of it I had to return because my car was drastically pulling to the left, after the breaks we're replaced. About a year ago the wife had a nail in her tire and being pressed for time I had to relieve myself of the fixing duties and rolled into this shop. They were 10 mins from closing, about 6 guys came out, took the tire off, plugged it and said NO CHARGE! First impressions are always the best. I had a great experience here today. Staff very professional, knowledgeable and honest. I took my car in because I wanted to have my suspension checked and wanted to get the work done. They examined my care and even took it on a road test, twice!! One without me and the other with me so I could point out the noise I was concerned about. I thought perhaps I needed tie rods lol I didn't. I stopped in to get a price on tires for my truck. Not only did I get great information on truck tires, the quote was very reasonable. I brought my truck in the next day to get the tires installed. While the truck was being worked on, they noticed the rear brakes needed to be replaced (which I knew was a strong possibility that front and rear needed replacing). They gave me a very reasonable quote on the brake job, so I had them do the repairs while it was there. They finished the tires AND the brakes within the time frame they stated originally for just the tires. I had a great overall experience and would highly recommend them. read more

Took a flat tire there off of my trailer. They charged me twenty five dollars to patch it. I brought it home and it went flat again. I found a small hole in the side of the tire. I brought it back and was told it was my problem because the patch was fine. I gave them twenty five dollars for a flat tire. No more business from me. read more
