Tony Ramon was very nice and tested and changed my battery after I purchased it here. He was very knowledgeable and kind. The store has a lot of stuff you need and accessories. Military discounts too thank you. I appreciate the help the staff give for testing and checking fluids so their base knowledge about cars and general maintenance makes a difference. Thank you! read more

I went in to this location on an ice cold December day recently for a new battery. Armando was quick to provide all the deals and batteries AZ could provide even for my older 2013 vehicle. Not only that but energetic and affable Armando cheerfully installed the battery in the parking lot while freezing fingers to the bone. That itself took some doing because my ancient battery had totally rusted over and the connectors broke off and had to be replaced (I had let things go too long, my bad.) I will be going here again should the need arise as I was so impressed with the efficiency and service. read more

Great customer service and speedy help accross rhe board amarta came in super clutch with helping me with the air filter

Went there for a battery test since I suspected that my battery might be dying. They quickly tested it, showed me the results (which confirmed that I needed a new battery, suggested which replacement to buy and installed it. Everyone was very pleasant and friendly. Great experience! read more

I stopped in today to get a lightbulb in a headlight replaced. I normally go to my dealership but it was over a week for an appointment and this seemed important. I was helped immediately and also got new windshield wipers and it all took maybe 15 minutes. I will definitely return for other car needs. read more

I never write reviews for businesses but the customer service at this location is so outstanding I had to. I have been to this location many times and always had a great experience! Each time I came to this location the crew members were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Specifically, Vanessa has helped me multiple times and always provides the highest quality customer service. I only go to this Auto Zone because it's the best parts store I have been to. read more

Mostafah has excellent customer service. He guided me with the correct items I needed to purchase and helped me promptly to put my wiper blades on. He deserves recognition for his professionalism. Thank you read more

I recently had a multipoint inspection at a Subaru dealership and needed one of my brake lights replaced. In an effort to save money I brought my car to autozone to buy the bulb and hoped they would help with the replacement. Nancy delivered big time and I would give her 10 stars if I could! She looked up my car's make/model, grabbed the specific bulb I needed, and replaced it so quickly and efficiently. She was careful with my car and had me in and out of there in about 10 minutes. Kudos to her, I will definitely be back again in the future. read more

Horrible customer service, walked right out after waiting for ten minutes for someone to assist me.

Terrible Lazy Customer Service. Never go again. I won't return item. (Original packing and never used!with original recipe )...what I buy in different Auto Zone location in the morning. Salesman (don't remember his name)refused take back. ...And send me anyway to location where I buy . REALLY ?!!! Very unpleasant short talk and service. I long time Auto Zone costumer and never have problem until this location. I go 1.2 miles to different location on the same Street and return with any problem or discussion. read more

I visited on a Saturday at 2pm. The sales manager was not friendly and did not help with my check engine light. I greeted him and made sure to be friendly. He told me to go and hook up the check engine light tool myself and bring it back in when he was done. When I came back inside he printed the report and handed it to me. When I asked for an explanation he was short with me and said to go to a technician. I understand that people can have bad days but working in a customer service centered field requires serving the customer. read more

I went to get batteries for key fob. Been coming for 5 years. I waited 15 minutes to be told they could not open or help me put batteries in. They have helped me every other time. Not friendly, slow to wait on me with other employees in store. Left. A waste of time Will never go back to any auto zone Just so people know. Go to Batteries Plus down the street on Western 3531. Great service. Changed key fob battery for me. Reinforces my decision to not go to any auto zone store read more

I never thought I'd write a review about an AutoZone, or any car place. I'm a girl! I know nothing about this stuff. But really, I love this place! I'm always in and out in less than five minutes because the staff here is amazing. The guys who work here practically follow me into the aisles to ask if they can help me with something. They tell me which products are the best, and it's not always the priciest item, either. Somehow, they always manage to find a coupon for me when I'm checking out, too. It's nice being a girl in a guy's store. read more

LUIS. I can't even say enough good things about him and this Auto Zone. A friend's car had a small problem in the middle of driving home from a great day out. Luckily Auto Zone was close by and Luis was available to check it out. Almost immediately he said "Look... I'm not here to lie to you. Here's your problem. Here's the solution. Let me help you fix it." We didn't have to jump through hoops, and he didn't try to sell us unnecessary things; it was all straightforward. That's the kind of business I think we all can appreciate, and yet it's so rare. The car has been perfect since then, so I can say with confidence that he knew what he was talking about and led us in the right direction. I've always been weary about stopping at Auto Zone, but Luis has instilled trust. I would highly recommend for all small issues. read more

They opened. I waked in the door and they just stared at me while they spoke to each other not bothering to help. They even saw me at the door past their opening time and atoll had the door locked. Knowing that they saw me waiting. Poor service and those lazy workers should get fired. I'm sure there are people who would love to get a job. read more

So I've been having issues with my car battery, my dealer was charging me an arm to get it replaced, thought I'd shop around find a better price. I went to Auto Zone on western and waveland. So glad i did! Can I just say that customer service isn't dead at this location. Juan Carlos Romero was there taking care of my car needs and not only was he courteous he explained throughly what was gonna happen, he replaced the battery cleared out the area where my old battery was, tested it and did all this in great time. Very efficient and you can tell he loved what he does and is passionate about getting it done right. So glad I had took this in to THiS Auto Zone. I'll be coming here from now on! Thanks Juan Carlos ! Good looking out! read more

I noticed yesterday that both of my low beam lights went out & needed to get them replaced urgently. I called one (non- Auto Zone) shop & they said each bulb would be $60 (for a '13 Chevy). I called this auto zone shop and spoke with Erik on the phone who confirmed they had my bulbs in stock, gave me the price point ($12.99-$15.99), and even offered to help switch the bulbs out if he was able to easily access them. When I arrived, he promptly bundled up (it was freezing outside!), assessed access to my car, rang up my purchase & helped install my new bulbs. Super fast service, great service, phenomenal customer service, & I'll for sure be coming back here (looking for Erik's guidance again!) in the future! read more

Vanessa, a manager at this Autozone on Western & Addison, provided **excellent** customer service. I had an issue that Vanessa was able to give me great advice and guidance, and get me the exact items I needed to resolve my issue completely. Also, during check-out, there was some sort of glitch in the system and Vanessa was able to do whatever magic she did to get me checked out. She promtly performed all of her customer service tasks with professionalism, knowledge, enthusiasm, and all the while with such a friendly and warm demeanor. That isn't so common these days but was definitely noticed and appreciated by me. Thank you for your help Vanessa. It was a pleasure to be served by you. read more

I recently went to this AutoZone in a great big hurry because, obviously, I needed a part. Fast. I've taken three years of auto classes, and I didn't want an opinion, just what I knew I needed. I worked with Eric, and he was awesome. He found exactly what I needed, didn't offer unsolicited advice, and I actually wound up asking his opinion. I don't wanna go back because that'll mean my poor car is broken, but if I do I'll go here. read more

The idiot who put my battery in was rude, had a terrible attitude, and then proceeded to scratch the hell out of my fender while he was carelessly leaning on the car and smearing his belt and arms all over the paint . Will never come here again and AZ should pay for damages. read more

They were literally waiting at the door to help people as soon as they walked in, rushing to find items that were asked for! The guy working also helped me double check my break lights. No charge. Will be back again. read more

Ever have some annoying rusted out screws holding your old license plates hostage? I did. Rodney went above and beyond to help me remove those things that I was literally ready to blow my car up for a day earlier. He should be on the cover of the Autozone employee handbook. Highly recommend. read more

This store is fantastic - the staff was super helpful in finding the part I needed and then offered to install it for me. When the one employee couldn't get it quite right, he sent out the manager to finish installing the part. They did all this in the freezing cold and were really cordial at the same time. I wouldn't hesitate to give them my business again. read more

I'm not sure if it's because I'm female, but I'm always immediately greeted when I walk inside and am offered lots of help. I don't mind it because I spend no more than 2 minutes in the store before I am on my way with what I need. If only they could perform car repairs or inspections, I would come here even more. read more

Husbands car battery was failing so we stopped by an autozone, they sent us to another one- but heading down western we saw this auto zone and stopped in to see if they had the battery we needed. GREAT customer service. The store manager offered to drive and get it for us and then installed it. I think his name was Edgar. Very impressed. read more

The guys working at this AutoZone were awesome. They were friendly when I called and super helpful when we came in. They went out of their way to provide assistance and it was much appreciated, especially after lazy attitude elsewhere. Thanks EJ for your extra effort! Definitely recommend stopping in here for your auto needs! read more

It's pretty easy to see why this place is the highest rated Auto Zone I've ever seen. An employee named Vinnie went above and beyond to help me get a tricky bulb changed when I was in a bind. Great guy, will definitely take the extra time to drive here any time I need a part. Thanks, Vinnie! read more

So on Thursday around 9:30 pm I went to the store to get some Windshieldwipers I called first to see if they have them for my car and I asked if they can put it on as well the guy on the phone told me yes we and and yes we can so I drove there when I arrived to the store I saw one employee there he was on FaceTime with some one I told him I'm here to get some Windshieldwipers he ask if I know what kind I said no and I told him what kind of a car I have he gave me a huge attitude about him have to go and find out what kind of windshield wipers I need he don't it and than I ask if he can put it on and the edited huffing and puffing he gave me his arms down like it was unacceptable and was like really I left the store did not buy Windshieldwipers and will never go there again thanks for the grate service read more

Vinnie G, the associate behind the counter went above and beyond with his customer service. I needed a headlight replaced and Vinnie generously offered to do it on the spot. This 5 star rating if for VANESSA and Vanessa alone! On 12-23-22 when it was below zero, my car died. Autozone was the closest to me and it was 6pm. The first person I spoke to was Christian who didnt look at my vehicle but told me he couldnt help. Vanessa said she would take a look in between replacing 4 other peoples batteries and replacing wipers for another 6 cars at once! With absolutely no help from the other person working there. Did not once offer to help bring out a battery or carry a dead one in. I was so repulsed by Christian's laziness. Auto zone should be happy to have an assest like Vanessa on their team! She did excellent work and went above and beyond! There is not enough space on this page for me to rave about the service she provided. She spent over an hour on my car alone cause the last nut on the battery was rusted and unable to remove. She got it off and replaced the battery. read more

Worst AutoZone I've ever been at. Went there to replace rear lightbulb. Then I waited over 30 minutes in parking lot, waiting for someone to come and replace it for me. When I went back to check if anyone is going to help me, they told me they were very busy, which is bullshit, store was empty and guy was scrolling his facebook. He was very unhappy about having to help me. He couldn't get to the light from inside the trunk, so he took off while back light and scratched my car, what I found out later when got back home. I don't remember his name, it was tall African American guy. If they can't manage replacing stupid lightbulb, I wouldn't go there to fix anything more complicated read more

Michelle and the rest of the staff were great. They acted in the best interest of the customer (in this case, me). They brought to my attention that my battery was under warranty and took the time to ensure that I received a prorated credit. If I had gone somewhere else, I would have paid $60 more (unnecessarily). I won't go anywhere else. Thanks for all that you do! read more

Horrible costumer service!!!! Yesterday, I had to bay and replace an old battery. Unfortunately, I come to the store without my car, because the battery was dead. I knew in advance that Auto Zone offers free installation, however, giving my circumstances I had to buy the tools and install it myself. When I asked the salesman what tools I need to get it done, he was trying to sell two can-openers instead of the tool box. After installing the battery myself, I came back to the same location to ask the same to tight up screw. Instead of helping, he was about to give me the needed tool saying "you know what to do right ". This is outrageous!!!! Then after reminding him that he better do it himself, he went to do some shitty job ( not to mention that he was on talking on the phone the whole time)- removing the other cables from the battery so I had to put it back myself again. Autozone - need to start hiring professionals, not just Kidds who couldn't care less about their summer job!!!!! read more

I always have such a positive experience at this Auto Zone! This location is the one closest to my apartment and so I've been a couple times- the customer service is really reliable even when the car is finicky. On my most recent trip, I needed a new bulb for my blinker and Vinnie installed it perfectly (and in the freezing wind) and did so graciously. For a young single woman it's really great to have kind and reliable car help! Also- the guy at the desk told me a funny joke, who doesn't love a little entertainment while their car gets a little love?? read more

This is my favourite autozone in all of Chicago land! Rodney is the man. Extremely honest and courteous gentleman. The staff helps you out with deals instead of trying to push expensive items into your cart. I would travel 25 miles if I had to,to this location. If you haven't checked them just stop by one time and you won't be disappointed. Solid service and 100% customer satisfaction oriented. read more

My battery died tonight. After getting my car jumped, the tow truck driver suggested I look into a new battery since the battery was pretty old. I went to Auto Zone and they tested it, found a suitable replacement and installed it. I was in and out in 20 minutes. Exceptional service for a reasonable price. And they seem like they really enjoy the job. Travis was a great guy and really knew his stuff. read more
