EJ helped me right away and when I couldn't get my headlight off he came to the rescue. He also realized I needed a different bulb than the one I purchased so he exchanged it and installed it for me. Purchased air filters from the store. And the general manager was so nice. He then offered to put in the air filters. We got the first air filter in easy but the cab air filter was difficult to do. but he suggested that I go down the road to a shop and let them fix it. he even gave me a card and a called the shop. I just want to say that the service I received was better, and also saved me 40 dollars in paid labor to jiffy lube. jiffy lube wanted 40 dollars for the cab air filter and 20 dollars for the air filter and another 20 dollars for installation. thank you Autozone read more

This is a very helpful store. The people there help you out with your Auto problems as best as they can and give you the customer service attention that you should expect from any store. One of the guys there did give me the wrong part but it wasn't his fault, the parts catalog was misprinted. When I went in to get the right part I had no receipt for the opened wrong part and they didn't give me any problem with exchanging the parts. So... Overall I will go back to these guys for my auto parts. read more

Absolutely TERRIBLE!!! I have visited this location a few times in the morning and received a completely different service today. I asked the female associate who was there if it was possible to check my engine. She said that it wasn't something that they do. Please keep in mind that it is ADVERTISED on their glass!!!! I can't say enough about this place! Being a woman, I dread walking into anything that has to do with "Auto" for fear of (for lack of better words) taken advantage of. I had an issue with my battery which was still under warranty. Beware of this place. Had my battery changed, which was great. But when I got home there was coolant all over my garage floor. They hit a radiator hose and caused damage. I went back the next night and the guys could not figure out how to fix it. They told me to contact the manager of the store Luis in the morning at 7 AM. He was in "meetings" all morning. He finally called me back and gave me the riot act - telling me that there is no way they could have damaged the hose and that corporate has never paid out a claim like this. The bottom radiator hose sits exactly where the new battery needs to slide in. The store manager told me he could recommend a mechanic down the street if needed. Extremely unprofessional and unwilling to make their wrongs right. If you need a light bulb changed they might be able to handle it. But do not let these guys under your hood. You will regret it! read more

I was running errands today and through the reflection of the car ahead of me I realized one of my headlights was out. I usually go to pep boys but it was nowhere near me. So on the home I saw AutoZone and stopped in. I was immediately greeted by a very happy and friendly Charlie. Not only did he walk me over to what I needed, he advised me to get two because the other would go out soon and he changed my headlights for me which was done in no time. As he was doing it he explained and showed me how it should be done. Very informative! Now that's customer service! Now when I need anything for my car. I will return. These guys are extremely helpful. You think changing license plates would be an easy task but alas. Brackets didn't work screws were too big etc. One of the guys came out to help and with many exchanges of parts and his screwdriver they are on the car. They explained my options clearly and helped me pick the best battery. John replaced my battery in a matter of a few minutes. When he went to close my hood, it wasn't closing properly. Had a really great experience here and wish I could remember the names of the two guys who helped me. I came in with a flashing check engine light, they diagnosed the problem and told me what it could be. I bought a new spark plug and they let me borrow store tools to change it in the parking lot. It didn't help the problem so one of the guys came out to see what it could be. He recommended changing my coilpack as well, so I did that. Sure enough it helped and I left happy. Had a good experience here replacing my car battery (open till 10pm which is great). They ran a test on my old battery for free and told me it was bad but could last me a couple more months. I knew it was gone so got a new battery right then. They also installed the battery for free, and once installed they re-tested the new battery and did the ignition/alternator test as well (which requires starting up the car while they're hooked in). I really appreciated the re-test because I could know for sure if it was all the old battery's fault or if it was a bigger issue with my alternator or ignition. Before going to AutoZone, I did some research and had called over to Firestone Complete Auto on North Ave to get their scoop. They quoted me a $15 charge to install a new battery and also an additional charge (but can't remember amount) to run their battery/alternator testing. No thanks. read more

After jump starting my car, I went to Auto Zone to have them check the battery. They said it would take 1-1.5 hours to charge the battery as it was at 0%. I finally left the store 3 hours later. They said the battery was fine and was charged at 100%. They also broke the part that secures the battery to the car and tried to lie about it. They gave me a free part replacement after I complained. On the next day, the car wouldn't start again. I took it to the dealership and they said the battery was bad. I thought about going back to Auto Zone, but after such horrible customer service, I decided they shouldn't get my money on the new battery. read more

I just got home from Auto Zone and had better then I could ever imagine service. My sweet 97 Corella named Seabiscuit, does not do well with cold weather. I feel horrible for not asking his name, but the nice guy that helped me out really made my day. My hood is tied down with zip ties, and he finally was able to open the hood after I tried for a long amount of time. It was freezing out, and the wind was horrible, but this guy and another guy that joined in to help, really were awesome. Nothing was wrong with the car, it just needs more "love"...meaning turn the car on every day and night to warm it up. Thank you so much for your help. I wish you guys could accept tips! read more

Service could NOT be better. Didn't want to go to a dealer for just a burned out turn signal. But don't know anything about cars. The lamp I needed wasn't in their computer, so they googled what I needed, then actually removed my lamp assembly on the vehicle to make sure I didn't buy the wrong one. THANKS especially to Bogdan who spent a lot of time installing the turn lamp and making sure all was well. MUCH more service than I expected, and I recommend this store to anyone. Went there this a.m because my car battery was kaput! Louis couldn't have been more helpful and efficient. He installed my battery, double checked everything then fixed my hood as it was not latching. It was a simple solution involving WD40 and a screwdriver but for 2 years no one had taken the time to tell me how to fix it as it happens every time I open the hood. I've had at least 6 jumps this past season, hence the replacement battery, and spent most of the time driving with an un latched hood, not safe! I offered him a tip but he refused to take it! I was about to give 0 stars and a horrible review to this store. Thank to the new store manager Frank Willson who listened to my problem and fixed it for me I am giving a 5 star review. Actually the review goes more to him than to the store. So i purchased an item in store which they were out of stock, and prepaid for it, and it would get to the store the next day. Found a way better deal somewhere else, so after 2 hours of ordering the item I called to cancel, they told me they will refund me the next day over the phone. The next day someone else called me saying that the item came in, and he was pretending to be a manager there, and he was telling me they can not refund me over the phone, but I had to go in. I went in, and there, they told me I can`t get refund at all, only store credit. I got frustrated after all the chit-chats, so I just left the store. Today I called and thanks to Frank, all got solved, and I got a refund. Again thanks Frank, Autozone needs more people like you! read more
