I'm always here after work at 4 am to fill gas and maybe get something to eat. The one time I needed air for my tires their air pump was down. Also, some of their pumps don't work sometimes so you have to drive around to find the pump that works. read more

I've been to this Thorntons numerous times on a variety of occasions but I guess my review got deleted. Any hoo I came here to get some gas. There are many gas pumps here, easy access southbound of Cicero. The prices here aren't bad though the size of the Thorntons is more smaller than others. Prices here are fair. Staff here is super friendly. Bathrooms aren't too bad either. Overall average location to check out. read more

Surprised by the rating and dissatisfaction of this place since this place is often quite popular even during non-peak times. The gas is cheaper than any other station in Oak Lawn and even Costco in Chicago). And all of the pumps Ive ever used have all worked (or maybe I'm lucky). Can't speak on length regarding the service or staff as Ive only been inside once when my credit card didn't work but the staff member was quick and helpful. read more

E85 gas is usually at least .10 cheaper than other gas stations.. If you use your rewards card you get an extra % off. Market has a nice selection of snacks and drinks. read more

I could not belive what I've seen here . I've been in this companies gas stations from Joliet to Bridgeview, IL along with others companies but this one on Cicero Ave, has hotdogs and the other stuff cooking out on the rollers. No other place is doing that as it is unsafe now. read more

You know how they say one bad apple ruins the bunch? Well they have ONE!!!! Rude! Asked if she knew if powerball rolled over? Response "I don't know I don't follow the games, it's on the sign, Didn't tell me I was done with coffee transaction, had $6 on counter and I was waiting for receipt, she says what did you want with this money, rudely throughout whole transaction, I took my money back told her I was going somewhere else and if she hates her job why doesn't she quit? No reason to be rude our lives are tough enough:-( So sad what our world is coming to. read more

I try to go to this Thornton's to fuel up as they are like Damian P., stated "at least 10 cents less than everyone else". They tend to be the last holdout everytime the prices rise. Oh and if you sign up for their text messaging service, they will warn you when the prices are going to make a significant jump and you normally have until the end of the day to filler' up!! read more

So I come in here after I get off work to get fuel at 12:30a, woman rolls her eyes at me because I put $13 in tank gave her a $20 a single and 2 in change proceeds to cash me out with even allowing me to enter my phone number. Poor customer service, I definitely will not be back she was wearing a heavy black coat with glasses so I couldn't see a name tag. Was so nice when the station in Island Lake, Il first opened a few years ago. Often the pumps don't always work. Most of the time I have to enter my card several times for it to work so that I get the gas discount. Twice now the following happened - after a few times entering my card and the machine not reading it, finally get it to work. Then I get home looked at receipt and realized that "super premiums" was used!!!!! Price is usually much high, I know for a fact that I selected the regular button. The 1st time it happened I figured i'd let it go, but not after the second time. WILL NEVER USE ANY THORNTONS GAS STATION AGAIN -- WILL NOW GO OUT OF MY WAY TO GET ELSEWHERE. We have three cars in our household and another on the way. So thats 4 cars that will no longer get there gas at the closest station to our house!!!!! read more

Went to this station about 11 a.m. today and the old bat behind the counter was as ignorant as she could be. First she couldn't break a $100 bill and than she couldn't break a $50 dollar bill. In reality she just didn't want to bother. I've encountered her a few other times and her attitude has sucked every time, both condescending and rude. I've seen her b.s. attitude with other people as well. How she keeps her job I don't know. Next time I'll go a little further up the road to Mobile. I know they can make change, anyway. read more

This is my neighborhood gas station. It is clean and all ways stocked with the sundries i enjoy. You can a few cents on your gas by signing up for there rewards program. I was able to download it on my smartphone so that I don't have to worry able having a physical card on me when I go there. I would recommend this station if your in the south suburbs near 95th. read more

Their gas prices are a lot cheaper then other places in the area. I've only been inside a few times to get coffee and the employees have always been nice. They have a lot of pumps so (knock on wood) I've never had to wait. read more
