Belle tire they are the GREATEST. I went there after my dealership told me that I had to buy a new tire for my run flat tires AND THEY COULDN'T POSSIBLY GET ME IN UNTIL MONDAY OR TUESDAY. I went to Belle Tire, the gentlemen, told me that my certain brand of run flat tires can be repaired if the slow leak was in a certain spot . They were able to fix it. Which saved me between $300 - $500. I am so grateful, I'm so happy I love them. It didn't take long. They were very professional, very on point, very knowledgeable. I appreciate it . My vehicle was serviced here a month ago. Tires, brakes and alignment. My review was delayed. With that being said, I had to take my car back, because I felt something was off. Spoke with store manager and explained what was going on. They pulled my car in right away and tested it. There was an adjustment made and they went out for a test drive. Everything is all good now. Belle tire on route 59 in Naperville, IL STOLE MY TIRES 750 Illinois Rte 59, Aurora, IL 60504 The store manager is a disgrace to this company. I will recommend to all of my friends that they avoid this store and never give them a dime of their business. I dropped off my car at the store and then when I found out one of the rims had buckle, I purchased a set of rims with tires and brought them over to get mounted on the car. They were not able to get to my bmw that day so I left expecting this to be completed the next day. The next day I came back and found that manager decided to take it upon herself to take the tires of my rims that I dropped off and disposed of them without my concern, knowledge or approval. When I asked about the tires, the manager told me that they thought I wanted my tires removed and thrown away. I bought a set of rims with tires that were fresh and less than two years old so that I didn't have to buy tires. Now the tires are missing. The manager was very rude to me and proceeded to start screaming at me when Belle tire dismounted my tires and got rid of them and are refusing to correct the problem. I am dumbfounded how after a company makes a huge mistake and throws away or steals my property tires, and I ask about how belle tire is going to resolve this, the manager decided to scream at me at the top of her lungs and blame me for this situation. A tire company at that, has lost a customer for life for this mistake. If you do not want to be robbed of your possessions, lied to, verbally abused and blamed for belle tire stealing your tires, then please go anywhere but Belle tire. Discoint tire has great customer service. I couldn't imagine discount tire treating their customers with this kind of arrogance and boldness. BELLE TIRE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS THE WORST. I first came in for 4 tires for my Toyota. I was impressed by how clean the waiting room was. They have a large screen that keeps the customer aware of the progress and the mechanic's name. Since then I have had oil changes and a brake job. After the brakes were installed, after 6 days the squeaking started up again. I had tremendous braking power the noise was back. I scheduled an inspection. The mechanic drove the car around with me on the passenger side. No noise. The mechanic decided to sand down the pads. After driving the car for a week, the squeaking came back. I again scheduled another appointment online. Abby G., the manager, noticed a pattern of the same complaint from a few other customers. She realized they ordered pads that had a glaze to help prevent rusting. When I came in she explained to me her findings. She had the mechanic order new pads without the glaze. She test-drove the car for about 20 minutes to heat the pads and test the brakes. No noise of any kind. Abby informed us that if any issues come up, call her. It has been 3 weeks, brakes are quiet. She never once dismissed us. She was not happy until the issue was resolved. That same day, she took our Honda in for the oil change. We are no longer looking around for an auto place. I always have trusted Belle Tire because my mom has worked for them in Michigan for years so when they opened one here in Illinois near me I knew this was where I needed to go for maintenance. Dan was super easy to work with and very helpful in knowing what I needed before I scheduled my appointment. Mike was extremely helpful in explaining what was needed and what could wait in terms of maintenance and safety for my car. They didn't add on a bunch of unnecessary maintenance and gave me a really great price for my brakes. Mike was really responsive to my phone calls for questions and explained things in a way I could understand. I took my car in for the second time today because I had a slow leak in my tire. Second time because the first time in the guy looked at the wrong tire. Said nothing was wrong with it. Then the guy tells me the other tires are worn and can't be honored with the hazard insurance I bought on them when I spent $800 the new tires I bought here because in the 9 months I've had the tires I didn't get them rotated enough. That's the shadiest bs I've ever heard. Not even a year and they are already gone through and no warranty honored. I do hair in the area, I'll be talking to many people about this. I had an appointment for Saturday the 14th. Had it set for 2 weeks. I get there and they're closed for a company event. They never called to cancel or reschedule they just blew us off. I was trying to give them 1 more chance because the last 2 times I went they kept leaving tools inside my car after they were done fixing my car. They left a screw driver, pliers, and a nut.
