Beelle Tire of Sycamore IL on 5/18/26 quoted me four different out the door (complete) prices for my Honda. The first was $530, but when set up the appointment they said sorry it's actually $660. I said sorry that second quote is not reasonable. They then said "we can do it for $590." I ended the call. Since they were open late and close by and I had run out of time to get to Discount Tire I called back and they quoted $537. I said okay and went in. While I was there for installation they attempted to upsell me by suggesting I install a new $80 sensor. I said no. After they installed three tires they came in to tell me there was a good chance one of the studs on the fourth tire was going to break. They said I had to give them the go ahead to proceed and accept responsibility to fix it if it broke -$57. I asked "what's my alternative?" They said "leave the old worn tire on." I needed to have the tires for a family hospital visit -- so I reluctantly agreed while expressing my displeasure. Predictably they broke it. Since it was almost closing time i completed the payment. Yet another glitch (they had not included the tax in the "out the door price. This was becoming a cluster you know what. The out the door price, including the cost of the broken stud was now about $100 more than their last quote. It took about 10 minutes and multiple tries to process my payment. And when we were done they casually mentioned that the stud would not be in till the following day. They told me it was ok to drive on it with one out of four bolts missing. I later discovered that was NOT at all a safe thing to do. They did not call about the part so that I could return to have it installed. After several calls and being put on hold with aggressive advertising pitches, the installation guy (Pepe) told me they had no openings until 4:30 in the afternoon. He said he'd have to "squeeze me in and expect a 90 minute wait." I told him that was longer than the tire installation! He replied they were very busy. When I arrived I told them that 90 minutes was unacceptable and that I'd already paid them and had to make multiple calls instead of them calling me. They became very disrespectful at that point. St that point I called Belle's national customer service line and complained. They were closed for the day. I recorded a message but never got a call back. The stud was installed in 15 minutes. The charge for parts was $11 and the "labor" for the part they broke was $46 (billed the day before). In summary a) their quotes are wildly disingenuous, b) I question their competence and/or integrity about the broken stud, c) they put me at risk by lying about the safety of the missing stud and bolt, d) they were very disrespectful, and e) Belle Tire Corporate does hot care about Sycamore Belle's shoddy practices as they did not address my complaint. This was among the worst repair SNAFUs I have encountered in over 50 years of driving! Steer clear of this place; it's like a pirate ship. read more

I scheduled an 11:00 a.m. winter tire installation at the Belle Tire on Ogden in Naperville a full month in advance. I arrived on time and checked in as instructed. By 11:45 a.m., my vehicle still had not been taken in, and no one had bothered to explain the delay. At 11:45am when I asked the manager on duty why my appointment was running so far behind, the response was not professional or reassuring. Instead, I was spoken to in a sarcastic, condescending way and told "Just because you have an 11:00 appointment doesn't mean we'll take you in at 11:01." I was also told they could not "drop everything" for me. The issue was not raised voices but rather the dismissive attitude and lack of basic customer respect. Because it was about to snow and other shops were likely booked, I felt stuck and had no real choice but to stay. What makes this even worse is that I had been a long-time customer of the competitor directly across the street and was seriously considering moving all three of my vehicles to Belle Tire. The follow-up message from management completely minimized the issue and framed it as simply not getting me in "fast enough," which was not the real problem at all. And the fact that the manager with the attitude responds sarcastically to a complaint on behalf of herself..... smh. I cannot recommend this location based on how customers are treated when something goes wrong. Plus, the manager handling the complaint against herself is simply unacceptable. PS: Yes, I mailed a detailed letter to corporate. Who has time for that!?! But that is just how bad it was, I made the time. read more

I had low tire pressure, called to ask if I could bring my car there for them to check and add air to the tires. The young lady on the phone said yes. When I arrived, I was told where to pull up. A kind young man looked at the tire pressure information posted on my car frame inside the driver side door. He checked and filled the tires, no charge. I experienced air leaking out my tire, pulled into the nearest gas station. I called around to different tire service centers and no one carried my type of tire or they were closed. Belle Tire carried the tire, but needed to order it, which was fine. Dropped my car off that night and picked up first thing the next day. William was very helpful a d professional. A week later another tire needed replacin. This time I replaced 3 and get a wheel alignment . I chose to go back to Belle Tire because the service was great, staff was wonderful, and they took great care of my vehicle. Now did I mention I live at least an hour away from this location. A huge "Thank you" to AJ Pascente and the team at Belle Tire at 1126 E. Ogden Ave in Naperville. I brought my 8 year old car into Belle Tire today as the result of a flat tire that occurred over the weekend. They got me in right away, evaluated the tire, and said they could repair it (rather than replace it) for me. I don't drive that much and they said there was still use I could get out of the tire and repairing it was the best way to go. I didn't ask for a quote for the cost of the repair. In addition to repairing the punctured tire, they also made sure the spare tire (and the other tires) were appropriately filled. The whole thing took less than 30 minutes. And the most amazing thing? They charged me $0 (NOTHING - Free of Charge) for the service. WOW! My car will be needing new tires pretty soon, and I will certainly have Bell Tire do the work. They also do other services (replace brakes & pads) for which I will direct my business to AJ and the team. My husband's work truck had a screw in one of the tires so I told him to go check out Belle Tire (since they are Blackhawks sponsor LOL). Originally left this review on Google, where it was a three star review for several days, until I actually drove the car. Good service. Lost a star for opening weekend issues like credit card machine didn't work, they didn't include the paperwork of what was actually done to my car (just a receipt that work was done), and an improper explanation of that receipt. Lost a second star for being seemingly unaware that I had an appointment, though I did show up an hour early, but they didn't seem busy and I was just dropping it off with the understanding they would get to it whenever and no real time constraints. Also, unaware that I scheduled an actual alignment, not just an alignment check. Seems like in the ultra competitive tire shop world (Costco is across the street, and at least 4 other tire shops within a mile) you'd go out of your way to make the customer experience the top priority when everyone's prices are already within like $20. Update: changed from 3 star review to 1 star. And honestly its not even worth 1 star. After the alignment, the steering wheel is now crooked and the car pulls heavily to the left. An alignment was only done because suspension parts were changed, not because of a driveability complaint. So happy I spent money to create a driveability issue! read more

First, we purchased one tire only to have numerous issues. From slow leak, to wheel bearing to bent trim. All issues they've claimed to have fixed but stll have an issue. Do not go here. read more

We knew something was wrong with our Sienna but couldn't determine what it was. Then our service writer Adrian and mechanic Juan went to work and found the problem...the front suspension needed work. The problem was that the work needed to be done quickly because we were leaving on a LONG road trip very early the next morning. Adrian, going above and beyond, was able to find the parts and get them to Belle in time to get the work done that day. We could feel the difference instantly and especially on the road. The Sienna, with nearly 90,000 miles on the clock, rides like it's new. Most importantly, we felt safe on our road trip. We will be going to this Belle for more work in the future. They do at least as good a job as the dealer at a far more reasonable price. read more

The first time I took my wife's car there after the dealer told me my run-flat could not be repaired and two other tires also needed to be replaced. I have never been to Belle Tires and stopped there because it did not look busy and I figured I could get new tires on my wife's car that day. After the Belle rep looked at my car, he gave me about 5 options of tires to choose from. I thought the prices were a bit high but it sounded like the rep would negotiate on the price. Luckily, I just came from Costco with a quote (I would have gotten my tires there if they had them in stock) and my Costco quote was $200 cheaper than the Belle tire quote and the Belle quote did not include labor. I was happy to hear the rep would price match my quote from Costco. I should have left at that point knowing they mark their prices up so much. I also got a synthetic oil change for $89. (Tried getting the $59 partial synthetic but they insisted I needed full). I was there for two hours and the while there they recommended a few items that needed fixing that they quoted at about $1200. I figured I would go somewhere else to get it looked at since the car drove fine before I got there, other than needing new tires. Six days later my wife called me at work to tell me that her left rear tire is flat. Luckily, she works close and drove the car home and walked back to work at lunch. When I came home from work, I filled up the tire and headed back to Belle. They looked at the car and said 3 of the stems on the tires were leaking air and showed me in water. They said they normally do not replace then stems when replacing tires if the old ones looked ok. They sealed the tires and replaced the stems at no cost. While I was there, they showed me that my control arms and ball joints were loose, referring to the original quote I was given. When I was leaving the store manager said he would work on the price, if I decided to do the work there. The next day my wife again called me from work and said the car broke down in the parking lot and will not move. (my daughter was also in the car) The tire was rubbing against the car and bent outward. Luckily, she was not driving on an expressway. At this point it was not drivable. I called back the store manager and he said he could, most likely, get the original quote with everything included for $1000. I then told him that I had to tow the car in and they could do the work. He then said it may be more now if there are additional things wrong with the car. I was not in a position to shop around for quotes since I now had to tow the car. I took the car there and the next day I was called saying they took a few things off the original quote (which we negotiated to be at about $1000) but had to add an axle for about $375. They ordered the part and the part came in wrong, then they ordered the correct part which came in the same day. I picked up the car and it was just under $1500 (a few hundred dollars more than expected) I was so aggravated at this point, I just wanted to get the heck out of there. The next day my wife calls me and said the check engine light just went on!! I will not go back there after making four trips and spending $2200. ($2400 including tow) Entirely, too many coincidences of problems with the car days after I leave. I was there just to get 4 new tires a week and a half ago. read more

Rex was able to quote me a very reasonable price for some service I needed on my car and took care of everything in a very timely manner. Rex and the team here are extremely professional and the shop is brand new. The prices are much more affordable than the exorbitant service fees charged at dealership services centers and the wait is much shorter! I stopped in to ask for folks to check a slow leak in drivers side front tire on Saturday before Easter. Drew at the counter took down some info and he and I looked at the tire on my parked car. I told him that I had the car at the dealer the day before and the "patch" they attempted made the slow leak into a larger leak. Techs got the car up, removed wheel and tire ...removed poorly placed patch from dealer and replaced with proper patch. Holding pressure like a champ....and we discussed possible tire change after summer as tread life still safe but getting near replacement depth (2 mm). I was hesitant to go to Bell after being a 15+ customer at discount tire . Due to construction discount tire is having at the crestwood location and a time sensitive whee/tire manner I was facing ; I then decided to go to Bell tire , this location was also in crestwood and quite appealing from the appearance and boy am I glad I did.
