My last two oil changes here have been horrible experiences. Both times they have spilled so much…read moreoil over the engine (and other parts under the hood) and they can't be bothered to clean it up. My last oil change, there was so much oil spilled that my car was smoking and stinking up for a WEEK until it finally all burned off. I had to take a business trip the next day with clients and the fumes and smoke were so awful - must have drove about 200 miles and it still wasn't done burning off.... The worst part is that I called back the second time they spilled oil and they said there's not much they can do, that it's common for oil to spill (heard of a funnel???), and it would just burn off over time. I don't find this acceptable, having to breathe the fumes for a week is terrible and it's just sloppy work.
