So when I went to get in my car recently and it was hot inside, my entire car reeked of cigarette smoke. I called because surely they'd know if the one previous owner smoked in it. They said they didn't know anything about it and that the car had been detailed. Which, it obviously hadn't been because the mats have grime on them as well. At best they did a light vacuum in the car. So now I get to drop 300$ on shampooing the whole inside of my car (: They didn't change the air filter in the glove compartment and they couldn't even be bothered to fill the tank for me when I bought it. You would think that someone who constantly uses the same license plate for all of their cars to go through my uncles car wash next door would give their customers a clean car with a full tank.

Firstly, when it comes to test driving the vehicle other places give you in a lot of time to drive the vehicle. You can basically create your own path as long as you're back at dealership let's say in 20 minutes. However, with this location you have to stay on this fixed path and it's only about 5 minutes per se that you get to drive the vehicle. Carmax Actually sold me a pretty decent car but the way that this company does business is borderline Shady and unprofessional. He informed me that the cost to fix the transmission was $3,500 I instantly I told him to give me my money back because he sold me a broken car. He told me that this cannot be done, I told him that I won't pay nothing and he finally decided to paid for the repair. Now today June 16 (three months later) I finally have my car repaired (I hope so) three months paying for transportation, every week was an another excuse, "the transmission the one they ordered was the wrong one" "they said it will arrive next Friday, then another Friday, then another excuse" One day I decide to enter the reviews section of this place and I read all the bad comments. And I wasn't wrong, this Mr. PETE sells damaged cars. I didn't went to court because my husband stopped me, honestly this place should be closed down. I made a report to the police, because I was already desperate. Were three months paying a car that I wasn't using and for transportation.
