Ten months later, they still have not completed the title work or provided the vehicle's registration and license plates. To verify the status of the vehicle, I had a law enforcement officer run the VIN. The vehicle is still registered to and titled in the previous owner's name in Florida. Despite repeated attempts to resolve this issue, the dealership has failed to provide a solution. I have contacted the dealership numerous times, retained legal counsel, and even reached out directly to the owner. Unfortunately, my messages and my attorney's communications have largely gone unanswered. The explanation repeatedly provided has been that the Indiana BMV lost the paperwork. However, after speaking directly with the Indiana BMV, I was informed that this claim was not accurate. Additionally, I was provided information that contradicted representations made by the dealership, including what appeared to be an invalid tracking number. After nearly a year of delays, inconsistent explanations, and a complete lack of accountability, I am left with a vehicle that I cannot legally drive despite having paid a substantial amount for it. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend doing business with this dealership. Prospective buyers should exercise extreme caution and thoroughly research their options before purchasing a vehicle here.

When I told them I wanted to test drive, they copied my license and gave me a dealer plate. The car ran like a Champ and had a set of new 19" Michelins on it and new front brakes! All the options worked. There was no pressure of any kind. Their website says they don't negotiate prices, which i hadn't seen, so was kind of surprised when it was pointed out to me and they wouldn't negotiate, but still a good value for me all things considered. I bought the car and they transferred title and issued new plates on the spot and installed them. The only disappointment was that their site showed an Autocheck which indicated no accidents and 4 previous owners, but when i ran a Carfax, it showed an accident in 2014 and 5 previous owners, good information, but I still like the car. The mileage was consistent on both reports, which is good. Jason was courteous, professional and handled everything and provided us copies of everything we had signed. Do I recommend them? YES ! Dealers don't know the cars they are selling, checking it out is your responsibility and if you don't like it, don't buy it. Their facility is very nice and they are very accomodating !!

Got picked up by a friend, went home and never received a call from dealership or service guy..had to call back to find out status, was advisesd they needed to order a part, so i picked vehicle up after 4 or so hours with no communication from dealership. Returned to dealership once part came in. Made appointment for 9am, again told it should take 45min to 1 hour so I waited Hour fifteen passes and nothing, so I contact them and told need another few minutes. Another 45 minutes go by and nothing, now told at least another hour or so. Absolutely no upfront honest communication by this dealership, expecially my service guy Brian Wilson. I would not have waited in their sh$$ty waiting room if told how long it was actually going to take. I will never return to this dealership, only went to them cause close to home. Will happily drive to Advantage Chevy in Bolingbrook or Naperville Chevrolet in the future.
