Best. Car Buying Experience. EVER! Jesse helped us buy a used 2018 CX-5 at a time when there are…read morevery few cars available. He was super informative, without being pushy, which I loved. (We'd been to competitors who didn't even acknowledge us looking on their lot). Before we drove the car off the lot, Jesse took the extra time to make sure we could get our phones connected to the car for safe driving, and he walked through all of the details of the cars features. I've never had a salesman do that with a used car, so it was unexpected and greatly appreciated. They also detailed the car before we took it home and it looks BRAND NEW. Thanks a million to Jesse and Pugi Mazda. We are super excited about our "new" used car. Zoom zoom!

Very disappointing and misleading sales experience…read more I called in the morning specifically to verify the advertised price. Sal assured me over the phone and in writing that there would not be any surprise add ons and that the dealership was transparent about pricing. I was even sent a link showing a final price of roughly $23,500 out the door. Based on that, I was happy to make the drive because I thought I'd found a dealership that was straightforward and genuinely interested in earning my business. Arrived, no one greeted me but came across Linus, my salesman. He took me to the car, explained the features when I asked. When we go back inside, they show me the numbers and they ADDED $6,000 of markup. $2.5k for a certification despite it not being advertised as a certified vehicle, $2.5k for some other package, and $995 for a LoJack. So what started at ~$23.5k turned to an out the door exceeding $30,000. How can we go from a sales price of $21,099 to the final price over $30,000? I understand that the dealership considers these products "optional." That's not really the point. The issue is that I specifically asked about surprise add-ons and was told the pricing would be transparent. If I had been told upfront, "The advertised price is $X, but when you come in we're going to offer you another $6,000 in optional products," I could have made an informed decision before spending my time coming to the dealership. This experience left a very bad impression. If you are shopping here, get the complete OTD price in writing before you make the trip and make sure you understand exactly what is and isn't included. Don't waste your time if they're not willing to honor your time.

I took my Toyota Tundra truck for a oil change to McGrath Lexus and the mechanic crush my car. The…read moreexplanation was that he didn't realized how long the truck was and crushed inside one of the pillars. The interesting part was that it was crushed at the middle of the car not the end. They offered it to fix it but they not able to give me a vehicle which I can tow. I use the truck to tow trailers and because of this I had to take the truck to South Carolina crashed because I was scheduled to travel with the trailer. After I come back and dropped off the vehicle to be fixed and asked them to give me a bigger vehicle because I had to drive to New York and bring back 3 kid athletes from a training center with their luggages and I needed the room. They give their biggest SUV which unfortunately did not fit all the passengers with the luggages I had to put one of the kid on a airplane to come back to Chicago. I have pictures to show that the vehicle was loaded with luggages until the roof. If I would have my in vehicle we would not have to be buy an extra airplane ticket and put one of the kids on the plane. Unfortunately because the week later I had another trip pulling the trailer I had no choice to do it another time so I can have my truck fixed later. When I told the service manager my inconvenience and asked if he could do me anything to make me feel better for all the inconvenience he said we don't do nothing. I asked him for an extra car wash or he could feel up my gas tank but he rudely said we don't do anything that fix your car. I wish I would call police when the incident happened and report it but I was nice and I can't believe that a dealer like them can't even fill up my gas tank for crushing my truck and put me through a lots of inconvenience which I didn't even mention. I also address the manager that this is my first expensive car I ever owned and we bought this one because the car had no previous crash history. Well also added that meant a lot to us specially that I am a retailer worker and my husband is disabled so we make a lots of sacrifices to own a expensive vehicle. Well I am 50 years old women and I can manage to travel with the truck pulling a 12 foot trailer and their mechanic couldn't make it into the shop. At least the mechanic should apologize and come up with better excuse that didn't know how long is the truck.

I have been a loyal customer of this dealership for over two years and have purchased vehicles here…read morebefore, so this experience was incredibly disappointing. I came in on Friday to explore possibly trading in my current vehicle and see what deals were available. I want to specifically recognize Argenis, who was amazing throughout the process. He was patient, helpful, and took the time to answer all of my questions thoroughly. His customer service was excellent and is the reason I stayed as long as I did. Unfortunately, my experience changed completely when it came time to discuss numbers and I was introduced to the service manager, Jose. When I asked questions, he was dismissive and, at one point, literally waved me off with the pen in his hand. As a returning customer who has spent money with this dealership and remained loyal for years, I found this behavior disrespectful and unprofessional. The moment I was made to feel like my questions and concerns didn't matter, all respect was lost and I decided I was done. No customer--especially a loyal, repeat customer--should be treated as though they're an inconvenience for asking questions about a major financial decision. I sincerely appreciate Argenis and the excellent service he provided, but my interaction with Jose left such a negative impression that I will seriously reconsider doing business with this dealership in the future.

My salesperson, Margaret Puzanowska, was absolutely phenomenal. From the very beginning, she was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cared about making the process smooth and enjoyable. Buying a vehicle out of state initially had me a bit concerned, but Margaret completely put me at ease and made the entire experience fun, fast, and incredibly comfortable. By the end of the process, she truly felt like family, and I will absolutely be looking to purchase future vehicles with her. The finance department also exceeded all expectations. They secured me an exceptional interest rate that blew every other dealership out of the water -- hands down the best financing option I was offered. Napleton's clearly specializes in high-end, clean vehicles, and it shows. The quality and condition of my car were outstanding. To top it all off, my vehicle was delivered right to my doorstep in a covered trailer, fully detailed bumper to bumper. It arrived absolutely spotless. I couldn't be happier with my new car, and I'm proud to say I feel like part of the Napleton's family now. Thank you again, Margaret, for going above and beyond -- this experience was truly first-class.

The worst experience I had!!…read more Me and my friends are looking at the Supra with intention to buy. The initial impression is already bad since we are young and they treated us like dirt even though we are fully disclose that we are on the market looking for a car. We tested drive and everything but at the end we could not agree on the price, which happens. As we are leaving, the GM made hideous remarks at us and asked us to pay him $50 for the test drive and threatening us to not return. He also made remarks about his employee, the salesman that helped us, that he wasted time on us. I have never seen a level of unprofessional and disrespectful from a person before. The way he treated a potential customer and his own employees say a lot about this dealership. I would not recommend this place to anyone and will advise anyone to stay away from this.
