I am updating my previous review. A about 8 months after taking delivery of my repaired 2019 Mustang GT. I found RUST, on all the parts that were replaced from the repair. see attached Photo's. Due to advice by my lawyer at the time. I was advised not to return to the body-shop. This was one of my Insurance companies recommended/preferred body-shops. I went to countless other repair shops. They all asked me kindly to leave and stated they "DID NOT" want anything to do with fixing a botched repair. They all stated it should have never been repaired. They stated after looking at photos of the entire repair. There were parts that were not supposed to be replaced. Meaning if its damaged. its totaled. I even had an inspection done. By an independent Diminished value appraiser. He stated in his report the car was not safe to be driving on the road. Due to the extensive repair. It would not protect me and my family the same way that is was certified from the factory. It took almost a year for the insurance company to just buy the car back from me. At a loss of coarse. Other issues arose, due to the way they extracted the engine and transmission from the vehicle. It voided my factory warranty. If you care about your car and want it repaired properly DON'T BRING YOUR CAR HERE. They seems to be able to handle small dents just fine. Proceed at your own risk. read more

I went to Davidson on referral from a coworker after an accident. I was skeptical at first, but quickly was put at ease. The staff was extreamely professional and super accomodating through the whole process. I was able to speak directly with Mr. Davidson my self about the accident and what I was expecting for repairs. Mr. Davidson was very gracious an kind reassuring me they would do the best job possible. He was also very patient and informative making sure that I fully understood the process and rules the insurance companies, and his company, were required to abide by. In the end Davidson far exceeded my expectations in every aspect of my experience and I would strongly reccomend the anyone in need of repairs go to Davidson. MY NEW FORD EDGE SPORT WAS REAR ENDED. I was devastated!!! State Farm Sent me directly to Davidson Auto Body. They immediately came to my aid. I was offered a loaner car :) :) The damage was substantial in my mind and when shown the photos as my car was dismantled, I saw I was quite correct. I did not want them to rush the job so I told them to take their time. When I was told my car was ready, OMG, It looked like it was never damaged. I am so please, so very pleased. From tears of heartache to tears of joy. I am also happy with their warranty for work done on my car. this is my third vehicle for auto body repair at Davidson's and I would not let anyone else touch my vehicles. The staff all focus their energy on you and your car problem, the estimate, emails, photos, financial arrangements, body work, progress reports and the call you receive when your vehicle is completed. My repair took 2 days and let me tell you, the inside was cleaned better than my vac could do at home, the glass in the windows was invisible they were so spotlessly clean, the car looked showroom new. We were rear-ended on I 80 into the car in front of us, so we had damage on both ends of our 2 year old minivan. We had no idea where to even begin the process of getting it repaired. I asked around and multiple people highly recommended Davidson. From the very first phone call it was clear that they were knowledgable and helpful. Heidi and Andy walked us through the process and made us feel so comfortable! They even gave us a loaner to use and let us keep it as long as we needed to. The repair was a long process because parts were not available, but Heidi kept us informed all along the way. Now that we have our car back, it is as good as new! I was told by a couple body shops that they would not be able to repair my truck due to the nature of the damage. Mark was quick to reassure me that they had the capabilities to make the repair which was a relief for me as I was told I would need to go into the suburbs to find a qualified repair shop. The entire process was seamless and I was updated along each step of the repairs. Hopefully I will not need their body shop services again but in the unfortunate event that I do, I won't hesitate to go back to Davidson again. Davidson's is the best auto body shop around. Every time I have brought my car there it came back better than I had expected. Everyone is always courteous and most of all whenever I asked for anything extra or special done while my car was there I was accommodated. I came back once because I had a problem with my front grill and Mark looked at it and with no issue he immediately said he would take care of it. No questions asked. This was the second vehicle repaired by Davidsons. They are an exceptional shop with friendly, caring employees. I can not express how they go above and beyond for their clients. My Jeep was repairs, detailed interior and exterior. My spare tire cover was damaged in the accident, Davidsons found the exact tire cover and replaced it. What other body shop would go that extra mile??? Hopefully I won't ever need them again but if I do I will never be disappointed with their process and perfect repairs. Neighbor backed into our car, so it was his insurance to cover it. Katie Evans did the estimate, including some things other shops missed. Their estimate was in line with two others that I had. The car had an aftermarket running board which they located and installed . Davidson's dealt with the insurance company and the rental car company, eliminating that head ache for us. They filed a supplemental claim to the insurance, again, no hassle for us. The repair work was first rate, you can't even tell it from when it was factory new. Davidson just repaired my F150. I was very pleased with the results. We dealt primarily with Andy. He was very helpful in explaining the repair process, along with tips on dealing with insurance companies. Both Andy and Heidi were always responsive to questions. Over the years, I've had experience with a few local body shops, but I keep coming back to Davidson. They're fair, thorough, professional, and competitively priced. I was so happily surprised. My son's car wouldn't start and I called them up to have it towed to their shop and when they called to say the car was ready I asked how much they said not a thing it was a lose wire and it was us that put in the starter and they garuntee their work. The towing did not cost us anything because they were honest to say they did the work and it would not have been towed if the wire was not lose. So honest. I've always had great experiences with Davidson for insurance work on newer cars, but my daughter just rear ended a car with my 22 year old pickup truck and crushed the whole front end. The truck was not insured for collision, so I assumed it was totaled. The estimate came in WAY less than I expected, so I had them fix it. It looks perfect!
