I called Tree Sculpture to prune 3 ornamental trees in my garden that needed attention (they were a mess to look at, really, and a very tall blue Atlas pine was losing branches at the least hint of wind.) The team did a beautiful job: their elegant trimming of these trees is bringing light in my house, and it is now a pleasure- instead of a dread- to look at these carefully manicured trees from my windows. The tree pruning crew was on time, efficient and clean, and the communication was easy all along the process. Very happy with the results. read more

The Tree Sculpture folks have been advising us about the health of our trees and pruning those trees for many years - with a range from small trees to three enormous redwoods. The staff are responsive, knowledgeable, efficient, and careful, and their bids are accurate and reasonable for the excellent work. Highly recommended! read more

Great work by Salvador, couldn't be happier. They pruned my tree just the way I requested. Thank you!

The trees surrounding our rear garden were blocking the sunlight and the lemon trees in the front garden were overgrown and too dense which impacted the yield. The Italian Cypress on either side of the front door had been hacked to facilitate painting. All this being said, Dan from Tree Sculpture came in listened, took many pictures and proposed an approach that we were able to review and agree upon. On the appointed date, the workers came in and listened to our modifications. The work was conducted in such a way that we were consulted and included in decisions. The workers were efficient and cleaned up the debris. The Oleander stump was removed the next day with no effect on us. My wife and I have marveled at how open the rear garden is and how open our fruit trees are. We are looking forward to the next phase. Given the knowledge of the crew and supervisor I feel that the price was very fair and the results were beyond our expectations read more

So responsive, follow through was easy, job done & cleaned up quickly! Thanks to Kevin & his crew.

Wonderful job! Completed the tree trim in an efficient manner, trimming back all the wild branches other tree trimmers weren't able to tame.

We have used Tree Sculpture numerous times and we have always been very satisfied and impressed by their timely response, professional interaction before and during the work, and their fair pricing. They are knowledgeable, extremely capable, and excellent communicators throughout the work. Highly recommend them. read more

Dan and the skilled TS team, Sergio, Sal, David, Jose, Luis, Freddy, and Emmanuel, have taken care of my oaks and maples for at least a decade. They are professional, knowledgeable, efficient and personable! My trees are thriving. Recently my neighbors and I needed to cooperate re a view; my trees were obstructing their view. There was much back and forth, taking time to get it right. We managed to negotiate our way to a resolution because Dan is an expert arborist AND he and his team have tremendous patience!!! Thank you! I highly recommend using Tree Sculpture. read more

Wow! Tree Sculpture just removed a tree from our backyard and did a fabulous job. They arrived on time. It was unbelievably quick and we'll organized. They all wore safety gear. The stump grinding was amazing--no sign of the tree left!!. Super polite and professional. REALLy happy with their service and performance. Very sad to see the tree go but would recommend them to everyone. read more

I had a pittosporum grow to about 9-10 feet in my backyard and wanted it pruned down to maybe 6-7 feet. I had selected Tree Sculpture out of the paper edition of the Yellow Pages because I liked the name. Tree Sculpture actually took my overgrown but otherwise ordinary pittosporum and turned it into a shapely gem. They removed enough branches to let in quite a lot of light and yet removed only enough branches to make the remainder curve upwards in the most graceful fashion you can imagine. Simply beautiful! And they were completely professional, cleaned up quickly, were very professional, and the price was right. I highly recommend this tree business! read more

Tree Sculpture Group is the PREMIER tree business of the Bay Area. I grew up here and know MANY of TSG's satisfied customers, including my own family and several of my neighbors! This is a family owned and operated business. They do EXCEPTIONAL work and genuinely care about the health of your trees. I would highly recommend them for anyone who has any kind of tree needs. The tree crews are a bunch of great guys and I would trust them with absolutely anything. Also, I have seen them respond promptly in emergencies when there have been major storms or fallen trees. They really go the extra mile for their clients. For some reason, this business is an example of how Yelp's algorithm does not work effectively. If you look in the "not recommended" review section (below) you will see that there are MANY legitimate glowing reviews for Tree Sculpture. It seems that since much of their client base consists of people who don't normally dabble in the world of social media etc, they created yelp accounts specifically to talk about their experience with TSG and were filtered out... FOR SHAME! Anyway, I would definitely encourage you take a minute to look at those reviews as well. read more

This is the first time I am leaving a review on Yelp. It was such a pleasant experience to work with the Terra Landscape crews, so we decided  to write our very positive impression about their business. We've contacted several tree service companies to get an estimate and compared to other two companies, Dan from the Terra Landscape was the most professional, courteous and provided us a lot of information, so we decided to work with them. Dan also brought in Sergio to look at several other trees. We have observed the crew while they were working and we were so impressed with their skill, carefulness and teamwork. I asked one of the crew how many years he has been doing this work and he said 20 years! No wonder he was so good at it. Thank you for providing us such a great work and experience!!! read more

We hired Tree Sculpture given a recommendation from a friend. We were extremely happy with the results! Dan and his highly skilled team pruned our big oak trees and removed a couple of large Pine and Bay trees. They listened to our many requests and followed through perfectly. Our oak trees look so much better. Also, tt was awesome watching them cut down the tall trees, carefully protecting the landscape below. Not a single mistake! We highly recommend Tree Sculpture and will continue to use them. read more

I had a wonderful experience working with Dan and Tree Sculpture group pruning two large trees in the front of my house. They were knowledgeable and professional, did exactly what I asked, and cleaned up nicely when they were done. Would certainly recommend to others willing to spend the money. read more

I recently called Tree Sculpture and spoke with Dan. I needed some help with pests in 2 trees along my sidewalk. When I described the problem and asked if the company could fix it, Dan said he thought I could manage it myself and he took considerable time to explain exactly what product to use, and how to do it. He essentially talked me out of using their services because it wasn't really nececessary. It is an unusual business person to be that ethical and also helpful, and that seems rare these days. When I need more work with trimming or any other of the services that Tree Sculpture offers, I will definitely call them, and ask for Dan. I recommend them highly. Lynn W. read more

Very knowledgeable with great customer service. They did not just trim the trees away from the house and garage, they took the time to thin them out as well. We had an apple tree that was very crooked, and somehow they were able to trim it in a way that makes it look straight. "Tree Sculpture" is a good name for this company. read more

timely and very good landscapers!

Tree Sculpture did an amazing job on our redwood trees and a beautiful tree in front of our home. With their help our home has more curb appeal and the trees are healthier. Dan was very easy to work with. I highly recommend Tree Sculpture! read more

I have worked with Terra Landscape on several projects, and they are amazing. I can't believe how hard and fast they work. They take suggestions well, and have a great attitude. On new planting they use special little sack of fertilizer that really accelerates the growth of the plants. If there are any problems they come back and fix it right away. I particularly like working with Javier, Jesus and Jose and their supervisor Enrique. The area manager Kevin Jackson is so responsive and went out of his way to meet with me personally and make sure the job is right. My hat is off to you. I am watching several years of planting thrive, becoming more beautiful each year. read more

Tree Sculpture serves our HOA and I highly recommend their services. I recently worked with Cassidy and the team on the makeover of my front yard. Cassidy and Javier worked to balance my wishes as a homeowner while meeting HOA requirements. The installation team was great and I'm now enjoying a lovely new landscape! Many thanks, Tree Sculpture! read more

Excellent customer service! Dan evaluated our trees and bushes and gave us options for our back and front yards, pricing out each removal and pruning, so that we could decide what fits our budget and priorities. The crew is top-notch: clean, professional, and fast. Dan came by our home during the 3 day job (we had 8 trees removed and 6 overgrown oleander bushes removed also, stumps ground, and the rest of the trees were pruned beautifully) to check on us and banter with his crew. They made the 3 days enjoyable. Very nice and professional people who know their stuff. read more

We have worked off and on with Tree Sculpture over the last ten years. They give great advice and don't push their services beyond what's necessary. They also give you ideas on what you can do yourself to help or save costs. We were essentially given a menu with items we could pick and choose from, based on our pretty limited budget, and then do the rest ourselves. We have really enjoyed working with Dan. He is very personable and intelligent, and gave it to us straight about a sick tree that I'm very fond of. read more

Our hundred year old house has some wonderful old trees that had previously endured inept pruning. The arborists at Tree Sculpture have gently nursed them back to handsome health. We have found the entire staff at Tree Sculpture to be unfailingly competent, prompt and a real pleasure to work with, and we recommend them without reservation. read more
