The trees surrounding our rear garden were blocking the sunlight and the lemon trees in the front garden were overgrown and too dense which impacted the yield. The Italian Cypress on either side of the front door had been hacked to facilitate painting. All this being said, Dan from Tree Sculpture came in listened, took many pictures and proposed an approach that we were able to review and agree upon. On the appointed date, the workers came in and listened to our modifications. The work was conducted in such a way that we were consulted and included in decisions. The workers were efficient and cleaned up the debris. The Oleander stump was removed the next day with no effect on us. My wife and I have marveled at how open the rear garden is and how open our fruit trees are. We are looking forward to the next phase. Given the knowledge of the crew and supervisor I feel that the price was very fair and the results were beyond our expectations read more

I had a pittosporum grow to about 9-10 feet in my backyard and wanted it pruned down to maybe 6-7 feet. I had selected Tree Sculpture out of the paper edition of the Yellow Pages because I liked the name. Tree Sculpture actually took my overgrown but otherwise ordinary pittosporum and turned it into a shapely gem. They removed enough branches to let in quite a lot of light and yet removed only enough branches to make the remainder curve upwards in the most graceful fashion you can imagine. Simply beautiful! And they were completely professional, cleaned up quickly, were very professional, and the price was right. I highly recommend this tree business! read more

This is a family owned and operated business. They do EXCEPTIONAL work and genuinely care about the health of your trees. I would highly recommend them for anyone who has any kind of tree needs. The tree crews are a bunch of great guys and I would trust them with absolutely anything. Also, I have seen them respond promptly in emergencies when there have been major storms or fallen trees. They really go the extra mile for their clients. For some reason, this business is an example of how Yelp's algorithm does not work effectively. If you look in the "not recommended" review section (below) you will see that there are MANY legitimate glowing reviews for Tree Sculpture. It seems that since much of their client base consists of people who don't normally dabble in the world of social media etc, they created yelp accounts specifically to talk about their experience with TSG and were filtered out... We hired Tree Sculpture given a recommendation from a friend. We were extremely happy with the results! Dan and his highly skilled team pruned our big oak trees and removed a couple of large Pine and Bay trees. They listened to our many requests and followed through perfectly. I recently called Tree Sculpture and spoke with Dan. I needed some help with pests in 2 trees along my sidewalk. When I described the problem and asked if the company could fix it, Dan said he thought I could manage it myself and he took considerable time to explain exactly what product to use, and how to do it. He essentially talked me out of using their services because it wasn't really nececessary. It is an unusual business person to be that ethical and also helpful, and that seems rare these days. I have worked with Terra Landscape on several projects, and they are amazing. I can't believe how hard and fast they work. They take suggestions well, and have a great attitude. On new planting they use special little sack of fertilizer that really accelerates the growth of the plants. If there are any problems they come back and fix it right away. I particularly like working with Javier, Jesus and Jose and their supervisor Enrique. The area manager Kevin Jackson is so responsive and went out of his way to meet with me personally and make sure the job is right. My hat is off to you. We have worked off and on with Tree Sculpture over the last ten years. They give great advice and don't push their services beyond what's necessary. They also give you ideas on what you can do yourself to help or save costs. We were essentially given a menu with items we could pick and choose from, based on our pretty limited budget, and then do the rest ourselves. We have really enjoyed working with Dan.
