Overall 5 starts - highly recommend!!!

We returned for Father's Day and we were seated immediately without a reservation, though I think we just got lucky so I don't recommend this. It was all a hit, and when a 3.5-year-old and a 22-month-old are enjoying your food without any coaxing or help, you know it's fabulous! My husband got some cocktail and I got the phony Negroni mocktail. Service was great and the atmosphere is chic without being uptight or snobby at all. We all left really happy. I still dream about that sandwich. I'd love to go back and try other things on the menu. I'm sure they knock everything out of the park. I am hoping Le Mazet will be our special occasion restaurant.

My daughter was eating so much of this steak and so were we! It was sooo tender and we loved the gravy on top. The fries were amazing and when they were drenched in that gravy it was chefs kiss! What really brought it all the together was the salad paired with it- it was light and refreshing and the dressing was so good! For dessert our server suggested the chocolate custard so we got that and a berry handpie. We ate both and kept saying "oh my god" with each bite. My daughter especially loved the chocolate custard but my husband and I loved both equally! We immediately said after our meal how we have to come back. We cannot wait to try other menu items and their cocktails next time. We are huge fans and will definitely be back!!

I usually don't white wine outside of summer, but I ended up getting two glasses of a fruity floral one. I was torn between the sparkling pink or the sparkling white, and I usually go for the pink. But they highly recommended the white, and it was *incredible*. A french sparkling white but not champagne, it was the Domaine de Facteur 'La Bulle de Facteur' 2023, the notes said "green apple, florals and honey, a hint of lychee, and plenty of minerality". My mouth waters just thinking of it. We also tried a little charcuterie meat and cheese board of sorts, but honestly, they weren't amazing. Pricey for what you get and nothing really notable. I feel like this spot is better pre or post meal. Drinks and vibe were 100, so I'll be back later for that wine.

Lenox has some really cool spots and Ombra is one of them. Recommended by a local, we stopped here on Valentine's Day after our dinner for a nice glass of wine. The place was crowded but luckily a few people were leaving so we scored some seats at the bar. I ordered a glass of Nebbiolo from Italy which was good. My husband had a beer. The place is so cute and very romantic with dim lights, a great wine selection and their food looked so good. Unfortunately, we were so full that we did not end up ordering anything. Although, the french fries were calling my name. Ombra is a place that I could see us coming to almost every week and not getting tired of it. We met a local who is very nice and told us how Ombra is very popular. I think we will have to come back in the spring/summer to get those french fries :) If you are ever in Lenox definitely make your way to Ombra for a nice glass of wine or try a cocktail. This is the perfect date night spot for sure whether you start or end your evening here, you will be happy! Cheers~
