Grilled salmon and broccoli

This place was a great find and the food was definitely enjoyable! While we sat inside when we visited, we still enjoyed the place immensely. It was also great since we happened to go on a night that a live singer was there which made the atmosphere even more enjoyable! The service was very welcoming and friendly.

The soups & drinks are A1. Pictured: carrot soup. Very cozy atmoshpere & great balance in attention from the staff. All the food I have tried is great. Open on holidays. Anyone looking for a laid-back atmosphere whether alone or with friends will love the Locks Stock Tavern.

I love the hanging lights over the bar, the really add light without making the space too bright. We sat on the couches next to the next place and although it wasn't lit, the vibes were sooo cozy. Don't let the outside of this place fool you because looks are definitely deceiving. We were cautious coming to this place due to the appearance of the outside, but once we were in it was so much fun. Agus, aka rawbartender, was Ah-mazing and truly made the night fun. He was truly such a vibe!! I ordered the SpongeBob, which was Goslings rum, pineapple spice, ginger, lime, angostura bitters. Especially with the show that was put on, my drink tasted even better. It was a Smokey, yet smooth and refreshing drink! We also got the Snow White, on the sweeter side made with Pear vodka, orgeat, pear juice, lemon juice, cinnamon. And of course, we can't forget our schooling in tequila and Mezcal from Agus. He was very informative of what he was serving and we tried a few different shots. He gave us the rundown of how you're actually supposed to taste tequila. And I have to say I've never had an experience like that before. I wish the party didn't stop and I will definitely be coming back specifically for Agus and of course the drinks!

The food (taste and value) and service was solid. It's an interesting name (like others, knew a 'Jimmy Chen' while growing up...Chen being a very popular surname in China and in the Chinese community in the U.S.). They have a good website, so was able to scout the menu before arriving and knew that we had missed their lunch specials. It wasn't too busy inside, and there was plenty of parking in the small strip mall (Sophia's Plaza). We were greeted immediately, led to a booth, and offered a free appetizer of deep fried wonton skins with sweet/sour sauce (appreciated since not a common practice on the West Coast). Chen's is marketed as Asian Cuisine which in this part of the country means Chinese (Chinese-American classics) and Japanese (sushi and bento) with a little bit of Thai (Pad Thai and Pineapple fried rice). We were too late to take advantage of the lunch menu special ($9.25 or $10.25 during 11:00 - 3:00), but Jimmy's offers the same as combo specials (anytime but priced higher at $13.25). Our server stated that the lunch option does have (slightly) smaller portions, and doesn't include the egg roll. We ordered two plates, shared between the two of us: C4 Beef Broccoli and C19 Garlic Shrimp, each coming with a big, fat egg roll well deep fried and a rich (greasy with chinese bbq pork) fried rice. The garlic sauce was really good, not too garlicky (noticing how a 'garlic' Chinese dish has quite a bit less garlic than a 'garlic' Italian dish). I loved that they used 5 really jumbo shrimps, each big enough to be split into 4 bites. The vegetables (broccoli, peppers, water chestnuts, and celery) were sliced thin and cooked well (though didn't have the distinctive wok-fried smokiness that i love). The beef dish wasn't as good...decent sauce and plenty of broccoli, but the sliced beef wasn't good...very mushy, almost parboiled, similar to the versions at buffets or a Panda Express. There is a full service bar inside, along with a sushi bar manned by a chef. For us, service was very good, with our waters being constantly refilled. Payment was done via clover (though done away from the table). It was a good last meal during our trip.

The 35 guests at our backyard celebration loved tasting all the custom cocktails, which were not only delicious, but beautifully presented in elegant (plastic) stemware garnished with fresh fruits and herbs. Carly and her husband are quintessentially friendly bartenders, and were a pleasure to work with. It was so fun to add a new element to our regular family gathering, especially after all this Covid-required time apart. Can't wait to have another excuse to bring Queenie's Cocktail Bar back!

They showed up in a fantastic vehicle--stylish, clean and ideal for our driveway. The people who worked the bar, including one of the owners, handled our crowd with tremendous professionalism. They offered terrific drinks--especially loved the Cuke and Vodka--at a reasonable price per guest. We couldn't have been happier. We looked at a lot of traveling bars online but we started looking late and many were booked for the popular summer Saturday weekend date, so we kept pushing and found Queenies, which, I believe, has only been up for the year. GREAT FIND! Definitely check them out.

We returned for Father's Day and we were seated immediately without a reservation, though I think we just got lucky so I don't recommend this. We all shared the warm olives, the croquet poulet sandwich, the fries, the quiche lorraine, the chateubriand, the roasted beets, and the strawberry ice cream. It was all a hit, and when a 3.5-year-old and a 22-month-old are enjoying your food without any coaxing or help, you know it's fabulous! My husband got some cocktail and I got the phony Negroni mocktail. Service was great and the atmosphere is chic without being uptight or snobby at all. We all left really happy. I still dream about that sandwich. I'd love to go back and try other things on the menu. I'm sure they knock everything out of the park. I am hoping Le Mazet will be our special occasion restaurant.

When we arrived we were seated at a beautiful booth. The interior is gorgeous here. Our server was fantastic I wish I remembered his name! He suggested some great items. We started with their steak frites and I cannot rave more about it! First this plate is definitely shareable. Among myself, my husband and young toddler we destroyed this. My daughter was eating so much of this steak and so were we! It was sooo tender and we loved the gravy on top. The fries were amazing and when they were drenched in that gravy it was chefs kiss! What really brought it all the together was the salad paired with it- it was light and refreshing and the dressing was so good! For dessert our server suggested the chocolate custard so we got that and a berry handpie. We ate both and kept saying "oh my god" with each bite. My daughter especially loved the chocolate custard but my husband and I loved both equally! We immediately said after our meal how we have to come back. We cannot wait to try other menu items and their cocktails next time. We are huge fans and will definitely be back!!

Top-notch atmosphere that sets it aside from your visit to the local brewery. Great place for a date night or couples get- together. Even the bartenders had coordinated aprons that added a professional touch. The menu features all sorts of things that you might not imagine finding, never mind eating at a bar- like foie gras. Everything had a touch of adventure. There were different sliders, salads, and a whole page of "pickables" - both vegetarian and non- to munch on. The cocktails are truly the reason to come here. Yes, you are going to pay the premium price per drink ($15) but you are not getting house vodka with a splash of juice and lime. Each drink has top tier ingredients and some have bonus actions as well. They have the bourbon smoker box and some thing that makes an enormous bubble on your drink. (DO THIS!) We found that as first-timers, we were met with a calm, welcoming energy by our bartender, who answered politely answered our questions without making us feel like outsiders. I would add this on a monthly date night rotation if it wasn't quire so far away.
