Went on a Saturday around 1:30 and it wasn't too busy. By the time we left around 4 it was packed though! The space is really interesting. You walk in and it's an open space that the winery and next door brewery, powder hollow brewery, share. You can order from either place and sit on either side. That was nice since some in my group wanted beer and others wanted wine. They sell wines by the glass, bottle and tastings. Usually tastings are $10 for 4 but I had a Groupon that let us taste 6. They had mostly whites and only a few reds. They source most of their grapes from the finger lakes region but they do get some grapes from California for their reds. Overall, I was pretty unimpressed. I tried most of their drier wines since I don't like sweeter wines. There just wasn't much flavor in any of them and the reds that I tried had a LOT of sediment in them. Their Rose was also a little weird. It was really pink and cloudy which I have never seen before. Overall, I'm happy I got to try it but I won't be rushing back to try them again. read more

I was casually scrolling on FB when I came across a post from this winery regarding having a small area for rent for events. I went to their location to see it before renting and the person who greeted us was extremely nice and pleasant to speak to. They were currently hosting an event and he was kind to show us around and explain the steps to follow. I contacted the business the next morning and they replied quickly and I was able to host my event there. This was the perfect place for my event and all of my guests were pleased with the place and service. I have friends who have visited multiple times after and they always reach out to tell me how wonderful was their experience again. read more

On our friend weekend away we were so excited about going to this winery that had a brewery attached for our husbands. They advertised having 4 different sangria ,slushies and sweet wines which we like. We arrived and were so disappointed. They had NO sangria and all the sweet wines were out of stock. They didn't even have slushies.The slushie makers didn't have anything frozen. It was a "seltzer" that tasted like flowers. Our husbands said the beers were nothing special. I came here on a Saturday afternoon to enjoy the nice weather, sit outside and have some wine. The winery is attached to a brewery and in an industrial building, which I wasn't expecting. The outdoor seating were some card tables and chairs set up in the parking lot of the industrial complex which was interesting for a winery. The wines they had were good, a few like the mead were cool to try and unique to a winery. I'd recommend a flight to try things rather than get a whole glass right off the bat. The folks inside were very friendly however and I felt the prices reasonable. read more

The atmosphere is fun and people are very nice. First time by we did a full wine flight. While the winery offers a number of wines we found only one white we cared for. For our second visit we decided to share a bottle of white and enjoy the music. We could not remember which white we liked so we sampled two different whites and settled for one they had on tap. It was just ok however we might have enjoyed it more if the glasses they gave us weren't cloudy and have lipstick still stuck to the rim. Nice try but not very impressed. read more

Nice place, good service but their wine was all dry. When I asked for their sweetest wine it was bone dry with staff stating it was sweet tasting but I highly disagree. As a business goes they're good but as product goes that's a big no on the wine. The beers produced and sold here on the other hand are great. read more

Went last week for the first time to R DEE winery. I attended one of their craft nights with several of my friends. The winery is a manufacturer where they are similar to a wine bar except the owner does make the wine at a different facility. They currently do not have a vineyard, as they are in an industrial park. However, they do offer many beverages. They have many wines to choose from for a wine tasting flight, they have slushes, and wine by the glass or bottle. They also share their space with a brewery so you can enjoy that as well. . They also have a brand new patio next to the tasting room which is so charming. They have beautiful flowers all around it, great amount of seating area and partial shade. . The owner is lovely and the women who hosted the craft night was very knowledgeable as well. They made us feel at home right when we walked in. I ordered a flight to start. My favorite wine was the "strength in numbers" which is their California Malbec. It was fruit forward, velvety and smooth. . Tip: from the street their is no sign for the winery so look for the brewery sign. Also, i saw some people bring in their own outside food to enjoy with the wine. read more

Disappointing. What we did not know is they are in an old industrial building...which is quite nice, and share the space with Powder Mill brewery...BUT they have no sign! We thought we were lost! The wine was only soso...no mention of vineyards. The beer was good....cheese plate was OK....I do wish them luck...nice people, it seemed. read more

The winery is connected to Powder Hollow Brewery, which is great. You do have to have separate transactions since they are different companies. So, wine goes on one bill and beer goes on another. They have only been open a year, so they are relatively new. They buy their grapes from other areas, like the Finger Lakes, and the husband and wife team make the wine. Tastings are $10 for 4, which is a little expensive. They are on the dry side and are okay. I am excited to visit again in the future and see them grow. read more

Went on a Saturday at 4:30pm. They were out of most of the wine samples and cheese platter which was the only food item on the menu. Saw a grill outside and they were closing up and could "reheat a burger" - interesting as this was 4:45pm. It is attached to the brewery which was neat, but no sign when you pull in so we thought we were at the wrong place. Definitely need food on the menu or make it known you have no food. read more
