Gorgeous looking tree
Megan K.

I came here because one of my friends works here and recommended it. So I came with a bunch of friends on trivia night to sip on some drinks and answer questions. I had no idea what to expect, but this is a beautiful brewery. The silver tree inside is probably my favorite part, honestly. So I'm the worst and I'm allergic to beer, but luckily they have some hard seltzer options. I tried both, can confirm Zombie is incredible and officially one of my fave hard seltzers I've had. I liked the wormhole one as well, but I'm a huge fan of cranberry so that's why I liked the zombie one more. Can't wait til they start serving food here and the kitchen opens officially, I love it!

What a grand and beautiful space for a brewery. There are so many different styles of seating areas available for customers to enjoy. The Fruited Sour was phenomenal and really WOWED me as a non sour drinker. I loved the tart/sweet/sour juicy notes on the Berried Bones. It was a gorgeous fall day and perfect for a crisp Oktoberfest, and my fiancé was happy to try their craft cocktail, the Invisible Hand. Friendly for families with well behaved kids. They have a great restaurant too. We will be back for another day date!

First off, this brewery was a wow factor for me. The overall theme is a nod to the legend of Dudleytown, CT a purposed ghost town with a dark past and cursed origins. Starting with the elaborate architectural portico that sets the tone of grandeur and highlights the entrance. The brewery's interior design embraces the idea of a dark forest theme. The wooden bar has a natural edge and emphasizes the tree that it was cut from. A metal welded tree is a unique and impressive piece of industrial art - its limbs stretch out across the ceiling and provide mood lighting. A video showing the construction sequence of the bar and the welded tree plays on the screen next to the bar. The brewing tanks are set behind a glass enclosure allowing one to witness the brewing process. There is a large bier garden with tables and canvas covers providing shade. It overlooks playing fields. Plenty of parking and the restaurant Saults LLC shares the space. The selection of beers is decent. Having a 2025 CT Beer Passport I started out with an Irish nitro stout called "Death of a Saint" For my passport BOGO I tried the "Grim Harvest" pumpkin lager that was served with a maple flavor sugar rim. So good that I purchased a 4 pack to go. Our server was Robert who was friendly and helpful with the brew descriptions. We ordered food from Saults and both of us enjoyed our selections - grilled marinated flank steak for him and the summer harvest pizza with fire roasted shishito peppers added for me. The brewery has weekly events and music. All worth another visit in the near future.

Dudleytown Brewery opened in 2023 and is located in Windsor, CT and was named after a historic ghost town located in CT. The tap room was spacious with plenty of seating; their outdoor seating area was massive and I'm sure a delight during the warmer months. Parking was plentiful when we went. I love breweries and craft beer so I've been wanting to visit for a while. I love that their beers are named with the paranormal in mind, very clever. I had the Passion of the Geist which is a sour beer with passion fruit, apricot, tangerine, and orange. It was enjoyable to drink and it had the perfect balance of sweet and sour. The second beer I had, which I probably should've started with that first, was the Stolas; it was a peanut butter and chocolate porter. It was strong and I can taste the peanut butter. They had quite a few on tap that I want to try. I look forward to going back! Currently, they're building a restaurant. There is a food truck they collaborated with called Sault's Eclectic Cuisine on-site. There is a limited menu right now, but once the restaurant is built, they will be serving pizza and more. Outside food and drinks are not allowed. My son had a grilled cheese from there and he enjoyed it. It was clean, spacious, and kid friendly. I liked that they had a jug of water and some cups available. There is also a merch shop area. They also hosts quite a few events. Overall, a very nice brewery serving some good beers.

We had a great experience at Dudleytown Brewing Company. The service was super friendly & efficient. There's many options for seating - serve yourself, bar, table service, etc. The beer was great & the Buffalo chicken dip was the best I've ever had. Great establishment that I'd highly recommend.

Caesar salad with shrimp and app riser Mexican corn cakes

As with any open space the loudness of voices can be too much at times. Luckily they have created a space outside for their bands. The service needs a little work. From the time of ordering our appetizer arrived within 5-10 min which was great but then our food arrived right on top of the appetizers. This always annoys me. The place is not that busy that they have to rush the meals. Our server was attentive and was always checking on us - sometimes a little too Much but that is a learning curve. The food- the Mexican corn cakes weee super thin and without the sauce really had no flavor. I will say that the pineapple salsa was delicious and that added to a nice sweet flavor. It does come with a siracha aioli but it was too spicy for me per my husband and we had gotten it in the side. My Caesar salad was generous and the 5 grilled shrimp were good. I think the shrimp was a little overcooked since the shrimp were touch. The Caesar dressing was drenched over the romaine ... next time I would get it in the side. We will try this again.

Margherita pizza.

Casual yet elegant brewery. Service was outstanding. Waitress was very attentive. Had several samples upon request. The wings were above par. The burger was savory. The pizza... thin with a bubbly crust and ingredients so fresh you'd think they had their own garden.

Pork belly bao

"Legen" and I hope you're not lactose-intolerant because the next word is "dary!" I like to write a bit before I offer my review, but Dudleytown is a great white elk in a County full of moose. My girlfriend and I have been here many times since they've opened, and I've availed myself of many a can and appetizer. Connecticut has no shortage of good or great beer, but ever since Bad Dream closed, there's been a dearth of excellency. Sure, OEC often hits the mark, as did the late and great Phantom, but Dudleytown seems to have the unique ability to try any style and come out with an award-winning crowd pleaser no matter what. Sour, hoppy, or dark and stouty, they (as my old science teacher, Mr. Nolan, used to say) nailed this one to the fridge. I haven't tried much of their new food menu, but I will say that the pork belly baos are quite good. Authentic? You're asking the wrong guy. But I can say that pork belly is somehow both chewy and savory, and that's hard to do. (I've tried to make lǔ ròu fàn many times at home.) One dish does not a restaurant make, but that and a proper pizza oven tell me they'll do well. My only gripe is that we've been a few times this year, and I always come here after visiting the Vintage Radio & Communications Museum, and it's always been the same old beers lately. Ever since the kitchen opened, the beer menu has quieted down. Come on, try something new! Tell your brewer to outdo your chef. But don't let this stop you from visiting, dear reader. Whatever you're into, you won't be disappointed.

Been here a few times now. Very cool facility. Nice and clean, tons of seating inside and outside. Parking is no problem. Friendly staff. Beer is okay. The pumpkin is probably the best one I've had here. Overall it's a good experience but I think there are better local breweries (back east is only 5 min from here...) No food in house but they do have food trucks on site. Worth a visit and I don't mind coming here if someone recommends meeting up for a quick drink but wouldn't be first on my choice.

Christi S.

Came here for a cruise night and had a few drinks and some food. The bao bun was good. The bread was very soft and cloud like. The pizza was wood fire made. And to be honest it was really good. The pesto was different and actually went well with the pepperoni. I think it tastes better than Tunxis grill pizza. The drinks were good also. Next time we go I will have to try the beers. When you go in. There is an area where you have to line up to order your drinks. For the food. We didn't know this but to sit at the tables near where the food is you have to be seated. Any tables prior to the bar area are first come first serve seating.

Beer-to-go

Dudleytown Brewing Company is a craft brewery that opened in Windsor, Connecticut in August 2023. It was founded by business partners Daryle Dunlap and Jonathan Levine. In 2017, the two transformed Dunlop's barn into a cozy taproom and brewhouse where they spent several hours crafting home-brews and hosting private parties. Eventually they decided to go into business together and open their own brewery. They decided to name the new venture after Dudleytown: an abandoned 'ghost town' settlement in present day Cornwall, Connecticut. The brewery would have a "dark forest" theme and the partners game their beers names like "Ghost", "Crypt", "Passion of the Geist", and "Dark Entry". They eventually found a permanent location at the former Mototown USA facility. After some delays from the COVID-19 pandemic, the brewery finally opened their doors to the public in summer 2023. An on-site restaurant, Saults Eclectic Cuisine, opened in April 2025. I recently visited Dudleytown Brewing for the first time. I was fortunate enough to be given a tour by co-owner Daryle Dunlap. He was extremely friendly and extremely proud of his brewery (as he should be). I really liked the interior of the taproom with its dark forest theme that includes a massive wooden bar top, mood lighting, and industrial decor. The centerpiece is a massive metal tree sculpture which was made by Dunlap's sister Rhonda Dunlap, a welder. The interior of the taproom has about 7,000-square-feet of space and includes a stage area for live entertainment, while the outdoor beer garden area has 8,000-square-feet of space. The beers that I tried during my visit were "Gideon's Gambit" (German Pilsner), "Decadent Decay" (Raspberry White Chocolate Stout), "Open Portals" (Citra IPA), "Juicy Geist Superstar" (Passionfruit Hazy IPA). Everything was excellent, but the two IPAs were my favorites. I had a memorable experience at Dudleytown Brewing and I look forward to returning with my family!

GF Rabe

**GF OPTIONS AVAILABLE** Had a great GF meal with friends today. They offered lots of GF options including pizza, wings, and fries. They have a dedicated fryer and take all precautions for allergies as their daughter has food allergies. I highly recommend the GF pizza - even the people who aren't GF enjoyed it. We got the GF rabe, salt and vinegar wings and a regular eggplant pizza. They also have on the menu a GF cider and seltzer as well as several cocktails. They were out of the cider so I got the seltzer which I wasn't a fan of. I was told the beers were good! Parking was easy and the building was nice! It's a large space with lots of options - outdoor seating, a bar area, and table service. It was pretty crowded and rainy so we opted to sit at a table. Staff was super friendly and knowledgeable about GF allergies.

OMG even better since they opened the on-site restaurant! My fave beer is Open Portals IPA and the mushroom and hot honey pizzas are delicious. Thin crust, good sauce, and fresh ingredients. Love the outdoor spot with fire pit, though wish they had table service out there. Awesome, airy interior with gorgeous live-edge bar that wraps around. Great place!

Friends since high school, the two partners began brewing their own beer using fresh fruit and natural ingredients. Eventually, they had a dream of opening their own brewery. In 2018, they registered their brand as "Blind Faith Brewing Company, LLC". On paper, they are still known under that name. However, sometime before their brick and mortar brewery opened in 2022, they discovered that Vermont-based Magic Hat Brewing Company had already copyrighted the name "Blind Faith" for an English IPA of theirs. Needing a new name quick, Chip and Jim settled on "Almost Famous" in reference to the 2000 film directed by Cameron Crowe. The name is also meant to honor all people who almost got famous but didn't in the end. I recently visited Almost Famous for the first time. I immediately loved the space. It's very spacious with a large taproom, plenty of seating, a private event room, a billiards room, and a classic arcade room. I also loved the Rock 'n' Roll theme that was going on. The bar was built to resemble Marshall amplifiers, truss towers, and the tap handles were all different guitars. I started off with a sampler flight that featured "Anything's Impossible" (American Pilsner), "Tangent" (Tangerine Fruited Sour), "Stranger Than Fiction" (Cream Stout), "Everybody Wants Some!" (Pineapple Vanilla Bean Milkshake IPA) and "Bitch 'B' trippin" (Double New England IPA). The latter two were my favorites. Afterwards, I enjoyed a full pour of "Bubblegumption" (Bubblegum Milkshake IPA). Overall, I had a great experience at Almost Famous. I would love to return with my family in the future; my sons will love the arcade!

He helped the night flow in a way that let us relax, laugh, catch up, and enjoy ourselves without ever feeling rushed. The dinners across the table were a hit, but my Moroccan lamb special was next-level. This place is HUGE and has so many different vibes all in one building, which I absolutely love. The drink selection is one of my favorite parts. They have so many beers on tap, plus cider flights, sour flights, beer flights -- all different types of flights if you're like me and enjoy trying a little bit of everything. And if beer isn't your thing, they have cocktails too, so everyone in your group can find something they like. The food is just as impressive. The Philly cheesesteak egg rolls are AMAZING -- crispy, flavorful, and honestly one of the main reasons I keep coming back. The burgers are delicious, and the desserts? Oh my goodness. The deep-fried Oreos are next-level. Atmosphere is where Elicit really stands out. There's the big open beer hall feel inside, but also different sections depending on what kind of night you're looking for. It can be chill and casual earlier in the evening, then turn into more of a going-out/club vibe later on. There's a cocktail bar upstairs, and as the night goes on the energy really shifts. In the summer they have bands (sometimes outside), a full outdoor bar, a fireplace, two inside bars, a little quieter lounge area with couches, and even a small game room. Bathrooms upstairs and downstairs make it convenient, and you can rent rooms for private parties too. I also like how the food ordering works -- they give you a pager and you pick up your food when it's ready. Tables are first come, first serve though, so definitely save your spot because you can lose your seat if you're not careful, especially on busy nights. It does get packed on weekends, so I recommend getting there early if you want a good table for your group. But overall, it's one of my go-to spots in Manchester when I want good drinks, great food, and a fun atmosphere. Definitely a place I'll keep going back to -- and those Philly cheesesteak egg rolls will always bring me back.

The other problem is that there were no servers so we had to order food and go downstairs pick up our own food and. Not to mention there was an issue doors were suppose to open at 10 am so we got there early to get seats settle in and order food . However the doors open well after 10:30 . I ordered the strawberrry Hugo spritz that had elderflower in it which I really enjoyed all flavours were balanced equally (4/5 ) and then I tried the peach hard palmer which I was not a fan off (3/5 ) Drag show 10/10 !
