If you like spice, get it. The real reason I'll be back, though, is the wild boar tacos. I love wild boar, and you almost never see it on a menu, so I ordered it the second I saw it. They come topped with guacamole, pineapple pico de gallo, and habanero peppers. The richness of the boar, the creamy guac, and the sweet pineapple against the habanero heat all worked together perfectly. Easily some of the best tacos I've had in the Hudson Valley. Great beer, bold food, and a menu willing to take chances. If you're doing a Beacon brewery crawl, make Draught Industries a stop. And come hungry.

It was hard, flavorless and definitely with not a hint of duck Tuna tartare: I am an avid tuna tartare eater and this wasnt it. They put unseasoned tartare on top of a deep fried rice paper roll and charged $23. I know the rice paper roll because I use this at home and often deep fry them as a quick chip. Its thin and flimsy and crumbles under the tartare. The dish was so bland that the seaweed and avocado it came with overtook the dish. Mains: st louis smoked ribs: The flavors are there and I did like the macaroni and cheese it came with. But for $37 the portion was tiny and the price did not reflect the quality. The ribs were dry... Filet mignon: For $58 you get a VERY lemongrass forward otherwise flavorless steak. I am VERY salt sensitive and dont cook with a lot of salt so for me to say this dish was very bland and needed salt says a lot. The potato gratin also tasted like someone put together some potatos and poured heavy cream on it and called it a day. Not a speck of seasoning to be found Dessert: I was so bummed with the dinner and drinks that I was hoping dessert would redeem it... it didnt Chocolate tarte: advertised as chocolate mousse in a tarte came out pretty but tasted more like someone squeezed instant watered down gritty chocolate pudding into a pre made tarte shell.. so disappointing when youre expecting a smooth and creamy mousse Cheesecake: I only had one bite but my partner said he liked it. Service: pretty standard. We asked the waiter for his opinions on some dishes but his responses were generic and as if he wasnt reallya familiar with the menu. Nevertheless he was fine. Overall I wouldnt recommend this restaurant. A lot of my decision stems from the fact that the price never reflected the quality of the food. If the prices were cheaoer I would say it was reasonable but to overcharge for less than satisfactory cocktails and food is absurd. My party inquired if there is a restroom for patrons' usage whom the male waiter mocked my female friend in a snide condescending tone "NO, there is none you would have to go out to do that!" Consequential, four stars and yes, there is one facility available which is relatively clean. The business name Italian literally translation means "wine repository" or "wine library," describes a local wine shop or wine. At first I thought the AMA sounded similar to AMC Theatres. The waitress was kind to take a group photo. There are no table cloth, but there are individual cloth napkins for linens. When inquiring if the bill can be divided individually our request was blatantly dismissed which ultimately it was entered in one bill for our party of six, totaling $155.70. Price is extortionate high as expected in 2026 economic stagflation era. Business cards are available for grabs. Enoteca AMA serves 12 inch, individual-sized cooked in a imported Italian Pavesi brick hearth wood fired oven which is not stated on their printed menu. Their menu is equivocate to obfuscate as it is not descriptive of the pizza ingredients. It obfuscate as it is not specific and very vague without any details. Perhaps, Enoteca Ama need a copywriter? I am very grateful for this individual 12 inch size as it is not large, but a fairly good size fit for one adult. There are many options for pizzas. I personally find standard cheese pizza to be morbidly boring. The staff and chef or cook is very accommodating with my one person in our party specific food preference and dietary request needs gluten free, vegetarian, no added salt. It is a dry, long-lingering smoky-sweet finish. Aged in oak. At long last, I finally attained by the glass for libation immersed in full enjoyment of this smooth finish red wine. During the week, their Happy Hour (4-7 PM) is another favorite, especially the $1 oysters. It gets busy, so I definitely recommend arriving early. Just keep in mind that Happy Hour is available only in the bar and lounge area. The restaurant is clean, has a spacious parking lot shared with the neighboring restaurant, and offers a beautiful outdoor patio overlooking the river during the warmer months. The patio closes for the winter, but it's one of the best places to dine when the weather is nice.
