What's better than hearing a quality band and enjoying the food and drink offerings with friends at RMV Cellars. From the location to the fresh farm produce to the excellent pistachio and mortadella pizza, it's always a great time. Turn the can upside down to get the attention of the staff and sit back and relax in an idyllic setting.

Always a favorite of mine. Good food and delicious beer. Their specials menu is never a miss. Service is decent, they have the can system red side means you don't need service and green means you. Chill vibe, a barn on a vineyard. Kids are welcome here and they have games to play outside.

Had an awesome meal at RMV Cellars over the weekend. It happened to coincide with their 1yr anniversary party, so the vibes were a lot of fun. Great music, lively atmosphere, almost every table was packed! We tried a few of their beers and wines, which paired very well with the charcuterie plate and one of their weekend specials. Despite the busy night, service was friendly and quick. Plenty of seating inside and out, they have a selection of board games in the loft too. Would return!

This tap room is not super easy to find, but well worth the effort. They could use a little more signage. The space is large and welcoming, with a great outdoor area as well. They have a cool method of service, where you turn a can over if you need service and the other way if you don't. We found service to be friendly and prompt. The food is really good, especially the woodfired pizza. I liked the beer selection as well. We went here for a large party, and it accommodated everyone well. Very comfortable indoors and out. Would definitely recommend.

This adjunct to the adjacent Red Maple Vineyard offers a wide variety of craft brews and wines made on site. They are complemented by a number of tasty food options. Comfortable seating space found both inside and outdoors. Decor is rustic. We enjoyed each of the items that we ordered, including beverages. Photos attached. Sidewinder fries were also delicious though I neglected to take a picture of them. Live music is sometimes provided. Superb service. You'll enjoy this place!

I stumbled into what can only be described as a carnivorous ceremony at RMV Cellars (112 Burroughs Dr)this weekend. When you see two 80lb rear legs of beef hanging over open flame, hesitation is not an option. You grab your keys and jump in the car as fast as you can. If you aren't familiar, a steamship roast or steamboat round is the entire hindquarter (leg) of the cow. An old-school favorite usually reserved for weddings or cruise ship buffets. Gary, the resident fire-whisperer, sliced off slabs of meat and ladled drippings onto my plate. I built my plate like an old school mixtape with hit after hit. One half slathered in ramp chimichurri--made with wild ramps foraged on property and the other half drenched in creamy horseradish sauce. The rest of my plate finished with crunchy coleslaw, fingerling potato salad, and garlic bread that was grilled over the same fire as the meat. To round out the meal we ordered the gorgonzola and fig flatbread and a couple drinks. A blood orange cider that was tart but very refreshing, and an Italian classic Aperol spritz (Im still stuck in Italy). The outside dining area is a patchwork of sculpture garden, open-air kitchen, flowers, and the occasional cornhole game. The vibe is between an outdoor sculpture park and your family's backyard BBQ. Just like a Brazilian steakhouse, service follows a color system. Green for more pours and red when you need to pace yourself. Next time I'd ask for a fattier cut of meat. The charred, melt-in-your-mouth, fatty bite is my favorite. Honestly, I'd return just for the sauces. The ramp chimichurri, with tons of raw garlic, was borderline illegal. The horseradish cream was perfect also. Just enough sinus-clearing horseradish that was totally mellowed out by a creamy finish. There's something primal about meat over fire. It strips humanity down to its bare bones. Just the kind of afternoon where time slows down and your only decision is whether to eat more beef or save room for another beer. Next time they throw one of these carnivorous rituals, I'll be first in line. Maybe with a green flag in one hand, and a second plate in the other. #greatlifebrewing #rmvcellars #steamboat Above Photography https://www.instagram.com/b.overly_delicious/

The cellars is the place to be if you're in this area. Only 1 hour from Rockland county/1.5 from NYC, this cute spot is ready to take care of your every need. Servers are gracious, kind and readily available. Carlos manning the pizza oven outside is not your only attraction.. they have their vineyard scene, horse ranch, a mini nature walk including local metalwork and cornhole! Tables outside and inside! Outside is protected from the rain, and all their products are made by them!! Go Maple syrup! And go to RMV!!

After we walked in one of the waitresses informed us that we can sit wherever we want. I instantly felt like I was inconveniencing her with my presence by the way she said it. Didn't take it personal just yet. What appeared to be the hostess came over a few minutes after we sat down and handed us menus that were very dirty. I looked at my husband and said I am ready to walk out of this place bc I am starving and it looks like they are too short staffed right now which is understandably out of a businesses control sometimes. But wait, instead of the waitress coming to our table to bring water or ask us if we would like a drink, she went to another table with a man and a child that she obviously knew well, and started eating their french fries and talking. That's when we decided to leave and spend our money elsewhere. So unprofessional. That couldn't wait? I hate to leave a review like this, but if I was the owner of this business, I would not want someone like that working for me, representing what seems to be a great place.

We tried all 8 beers they had on tap that day...they offer tastes of each beer for free, and then half pours are $5...all in all, super reasonable. The beers were all light and flavorful, there will certainly be something for everyone in your group. Upon receiving our beer, we went to sit outside and listen to the live entertainment. The man singing and playing the guitar and keyboard had a fun personality and clearly wrote many of his songs. This ever-talented man, after one of his songs, thanked us for coming out and shared that he is the owner of the farm and brewery and that we were experiencing the fruits of 13 years of work by him and his wife. How incredible! Not only is this a beautiful story of a family living the dream, it also made me want to return and spend more time there. There are plenty of chairs and picnic tables to sit at while enjoying your beverages and the music, but we saw an older couple bring their own chairs, which we thought was a good idea. In addition to the by-owner music, they have a variety of board games available to play, along with several bags sets. It's also a dog-friendly spot. If you're looking for a fun way to spend an evening, look no further! Can't wait to visit again.

Our day started with a Chinese tea ceremony in the barn and then a catered lunch. About 6:30pm, the ceremony with a live music started followed by passed hors d'oeuvre, fresh oysters, and wood fired pizza. The wood fired pizza was very delicious and I enjoyed the blackened shrimp and the arancini. I tried the cider and the rosé, but they were too dry for my taste. Then at 7:45pm, we went into the reception pavilion. The menu consisted of a salad as first course, a duet plate of salmon and beef short rib for entree, and dessert. The summer citrus salmon with the multi grain pilaf was very good. After first dance, father and daughter dance, mother and son dance, and speeches, the DJ told us to step outside. After a few minutes, the sky exploded with light. It was a beautiful fireworks display from the hillside. The bathrooms were stocked with essentials in the toiletry baskets. Red Maple Vineyard offers a rustic barn and reception pavilion, massive green grounds, and a beautiful garden.
