She explained how the protein shakes are high in protein and fiber, while tasting delicious. I typically don't do shakes, because they're filled with sugar and other mystery ingredients. However, on the day I was here, I hadn't had dinner yet, and I was intrigued by the flavors they offered. I decided to get the Peanut Butter Chocolate Banana Bread, now that's a mouthful of a name. My shake looked so good, and it tasted even better. It was mostly chocolate, but it wasn't heavy, it was kind of airy tasting, there were tiny chocolate chips that traveled through the straw smoothly for an extra touch of sweetness. I couldn't really taste the peanut butter, but I could see it. This was a very tasty and totally filling protein shake. I just wish they offered a few size options, as it was just a bit too much for me. At Everlasting Nutrition you can also find locally made products, such as honey and soap for purchase.
