They have one of those fancy machines that makes different kinds of coffee drinks and also dispenses hot water and milk. They also have a regular coffee machine with several types of milk- including almond milk. Food options for breakfast included scrambled eggs, pork sausage, scrambled eggs with cheese and vegetarian sausage, country potatoes, fruit and pastries. The staff here seem pretty friendly and used dishes were picked up quickly. It was very quiet when I arrived at 7:30am but it got quite crowded in here around 9am. They have two single gender neutral bathrooms which were very clean. I'm thrilled to have this new lounge at Bradley!!

I've never had a long line through security at Logan, and the employees are polite and friendly - they seem less harried than at larger airports. The restrooms are nice, with large enough stalls to comfortably take your luggage in with you and doors that go from floor to ceiling. There are water bottle filling stations in multiple places. Food options are plentiful with restaurants at a variety of price points and there are book stores, snack shops and gift shops as well. Some of the gates are small and don't have enough seating, and it would be nice to have more charging stations for cell phones and electronics at each gate. However, the seats are comfortable and the airport is pretty clean. Parking is great - much cheaper than Logan. On school vacation weeks, I've parked in Lot 5 for just $35 for the entire week. Definitely a solid choice in Airports.

Got a very delicious Cosmopolitan from a super friendly bartender. I would say that the highlight of Cloud Nine was the staff - very attentive and friendly. As for the foods- my French Onion Soup was excellent. The Lobster roll was ok but that's when compared to the lobster rolls I had in Hayanis which is probably an unfair comparison. Overall I would stop in here again if I ever spend the night at this Sheraton or have a long layover.

The Granite Club travelers lounge is for folks who have a membership in other Airlines club/lounge programs - such as United Club. It's a bit odd, there is no one manning a desk to admit folks in. Instead, you pick up a phone on the wall by the door and it allegedly rings somewhere in the Airport back in the administrative offices. The person on the other end will then give you a code to enter into the keypad, which will unlock the door. You enter into a small room with three black cushy chairs and two matching couches, a table with four chairs, a printer, a flat screen HD TV and a vending machine. Down a short hallway is a restroom, a coffee station, and several isolated workstations. It's small, clean, and quiet - I was the only one in the Club during my visit.

Check-in is usually a quick breeze with super short lines. TSA process is super fast and I've never waited more than 10 minutes going through. If you are collecting luggage on your return, you will have minimum wait. Airport is super clean and their staff are very friendly and helpful. Food options past TSA are limited to Burger King, Starbucks, Dunkin, 2 sit down restaurants and a general store for souvenirs and snacks. If parking at the airport it's $14/day.

The lounge was busy and one of the 3 ladies on the floor assisted with seating and asked what I would like to drink. Very nice service. I'm sorry, do not remember her name but the staff are all helpful and nice. The food selection for a small lounge was plentiful. The clam chowder was excellent and the mini sandwiches were tasty. It was a nice start to a trip. One of the reasons PVD is a great airport.

It looks like there may be construction happening for a new escape lounge in TF Green, so if that's the case, I'm hopeful it will be more spacious.
