The server/bartender Lauren was amazing! The food was awesome and the drinks tasty! This location is clean and comfortable! Lots of Bartop seating! Gluten free and dairy free options are plentiful and they are so accommodating! Check out their happy hour deals! Half price cocktail yes please!!! And rolls 3 for $33!?!? We love this place! We will be back!!!

Ordered two California rolls to go and this is what I got. Has the price of krab gone up? Attempted to find an email address to contact management and was unable to, so hoping they see the pic here. So sad when I've been craving a Trappers California roll!

Ceo Roll- seared salmon, cream cheese inside shrimp, avocado, topped with Covington sauce and green onion, puts Trump roll to shame!

I am still happy the fact that we have a Trappers here in town. The staff is friendly and attentive. Rolls are delicious but can be hit or miss depending on who is preparing the sushi. Happy hour is the best! Wanted to share the newest roll prepared by one of the best in the red attire

The atmosphere is great. and the staff is very welcoming! the food is always amazing! served in such a great timely fashion! we usually go to Bonney Lake near our home but got a chance to hang out in enumclaw today and it did not disappoint! we had the Mariner, the Buddha and the barricade rolls and tempera vegetables for an appetizer

Service: Mr. Josh behind the sushi bar, is super attentive, polite, patient, and dare I say handsome. Sushi: I recommend the all you can eat sushi bar experience as you won't regret it for the price! We basically ate ourselves into a coma and it was 100% worth every moment. The sushi was spectacular in every way. The Tako Nigiri had wonderful texture, The rolls were generous with fresh fish, and the flavor pairings of each roll were seriously on point! my all time favorite being the "Tis' the Salmon" roll; it will knock your socks clean off your feet. Ambiance: I would say the vibe was pretty average; it wasn't quite, nor loud, but business was steady. It certainly would be described as casual and they have TVs playing various different sports so that's convenient if you're interested.

Come get the "yacht" at Trappers in Enumclaw! Evelyn is the best!

The food is amazing and Evelyn is as well!!! Make sure to order "the yacht" and bring an appetite!

The food was good, but it felt Americanized. If you like sushi that tastes great but is deep fried then this will meet your needs. The happy hour is also excellent and you can get a lot of sushi super affordable. Something other places annoy me with is charging extra for spicy mayo and this place gave us so much with no fuss or extra charges. Service was fast, and didn't have any errors. I'd come back without a doubt.

Was excited to see a Trapper's open up in lil' ol' Enumclaw and went in the day after their grand opening for lunch. We ordered the tempura vegetables, Timmy, and Mt. Rainier. Tempura vegetables: Super yummy, fried to perfection (in my opinion), came with a good dipping sauce. Perfect for two people. Mt. Rainier: Exactly what I expected as I have ordered this at other Trapper's locations. Would recommend! Timmy: Pretty disappointed in this one.. When our roll came I immediately noticed the majority of the pieces were almost all rice despite the menu saying there should be 4 different types of fish inside. We let our server know and she seemed to agree with us and very quickly had them bring another one out. Their second attempt was valiant but still fell a bit short, half the roll was still very lack luster. They ended up removing the charge for this one completely. I get the restaurant just opened and they may have some kinks to iron out, but it was handled very well, removing only one star because of this. Our server Bobbi was great and very understanding! Our food was brought to us in a timely manner as well! Will return soon but probably won't be ordering Timmy again

my family and I stopped by last night for dinner on grand opening night. we arrived around 4:30 which was perfect because by 5pm there was a bit of a wait. first our server was Sophie. she was super sweet and came by several times to make sure we didn't need anything. for our rolls we had: the mountain. I'd never tried this one before but my husband and daughter wanted to try it. it was good but not in my top 10 from trappers. it was my husbands favorite. the trapper: this is my 2nd favorite roll. I've been getting it for years. it was good and fresh. the Vader. this in my opinion is the best. it has crunch, so so so much flavor. the textures are perfect. it's the trapper on steroids. my husband and daughter split an order of gyoza and they enjoyed them as well. not even a crumb left. I've been to all the trappers locations in the area. this was by far my favorite. I'll be back. soon.

We came into Trapper's Sushi on their Saturday soft opening. We really like the Enumclaw location! Parking is easy because there is a large public parking lot in the heart of downtown, and the restaurant is only one block away. Trapper's Enumclaw is small to medium sized. I would recommend making a reservation to be on the safe side! Here is what we enjoyed: Trapper's Lemonade with Sake: this was a very sweet cocktail! The strawberry and sake were a great combination, and didn't overpower the lemonade. Bubbly Peach Sake-we split a bottle of sake bubbles to celebrate the occasion! I prefer my sake non bubbly, but had never tried it this way. Their sake choice complimented the food. We shared the Trapper's bites as an appetizer. Their imitation crab was great with the dip that they served. It was fresh, chewy and light and set the stage for the following sushi rolls: We loved this combination of four. They all worked so well together and could easily stand alone. Now we know what our go to's are! Samantha roll-this roll was a grilled lobster delight! This roll was hot, creamy and savory. The garlic and avocado really shone here. We also love that part of the proceeds of this roll go to charity! Rammy roll- This was a combo of shrimp and spice. These rolls were hot (as in spicy) and left a nice green onion aftertaste. We loved this. Tis the Salmon- out of the rolls we enjoyed, this was the most unique! I did not know that sushi could have cilantro and totally work until I had this roll. The highlights were the salmon and jalapeño followed by the taste of the cilantro. Monster Roll- The best part was the eel and the teriyaki sauce, but the whole roll came together nicely. Their teriyaki sauce is wonderful and tasted the strongest here. We also got two unagi as well because we do love eel! It was a pleasure to come during the soft opening. It was great to see them find their flow, and the waitstaff and kitchen were hard at work! When going to the back of the restaurant, you could see the chefs preparing the rolls in the open, and also see the fridges displaying the high quality and freshness of their fish. I was impressed by taste of ALL the rolls, as well as the details and the decor. While you wait or after you eat, there is so much to do in close proximity to their location. They nailed their location. Easily a home run! Check it out!

The food was terrific, the service was amazing and the atmosphere was great! Would recommend to all the sushi lovers(:

We went last night for dinner at 9 pm and had to wait but were seated quickly. Our wait for water and to give our order took a bit longer than expected. When we sat down at our table both of our empty water goblets were visibly dirty and streaked, as were the plates kept on the table. We cleaned them ourselves and didn't ask for replacements. Our server was curt and rude but only to us, as we could often see her smiling and joking with her other tables around us. We couldn't help but notice that we were a different race than everyone else. After our food was dropped we realized we didn't have silverware. I sat waiting to be checked on but it didn't happen, so I had to take a set from a nearby reset table. Our water carafe was never refilled when it became empty. We were never offered drinks or refills of those drinks. We were checked on once very late in the meal, but just "is it ok" without actually stopping to listen or make eye contact. When I was just over halfway done with my food, our server came to the table and set our check booklet down with much more force than necessary. I had never seen this woman before in my life, why would she be so short with us? When looking at the menu earlier we had seen a dessert we wanted to try, so I had to ask our server not to give us our check without the option of dessert. She was not apologetic about it. She said "So you want a menu?" and I said no, we wanted the Ube 3 Ways. Her treatment to us was so unnecessary that it made me sad for the rest of the night, when I should have had a great time at the casino resort.

TL;DR: Immaculate attention to detail. High price point. Pumpkin Crisp now or die…read more Parking: Absolutely terrible but it's not their fault. There is this weird little strip along side the street that is two rows of parallel parking and then there is this tiny garage with a limited number of retail parking spots. May the odd ever be in your favor. Atmosphere: Very open dining area, the food seems much more upscale than the place itself, though the interior is still very modern and very cleanly. The floor is interesting: it seems to be comprised of large sand granules so it appears very porous. Lots of windows so the area is filled with natural light during the day. Service: EXCELLENT attention to detail. Before we stepped foot in the building, the table was already being set up for us, high chair, kid's dining sets and all because we were seen walking towards the entrance through the windows. We also observed another table's high chair from a previous party being meticulously wiped down and inspected by a server--this NEVER happens at restaurants to this level of detail. I was very impressed. I also appreciated the fact that the utensils included in the napkin consisted of: spoon, knife, fork AND chopsticks. It's rare to have a place offer you the full selection of utensils let alone a fork and chopsticks together--usually it's one or the other! Service: wait to be seated, you will be watered, scan the QR code at your table for the menu, order at the table, check brought to you. Kid Friendliness: plastic cups (open cups, no lids or straw) and bowls; disposable plastic utensils. Clean high chairs. Menu: item names, descriptions and some photos via digital menu with QR code scanned at your table. In case anyone is wondering, the coke served here is Mexican coke (the best kind). But it's strange no soft drinks are listed on their menu at all. Pumpkin Crisp: this is so addicting. It's like upscale bougie sweet potato fries. There is a gentle crisp of the salted egg that compliments the soft fluff of the pumpkin. I highly recommend it. Chicken Xiao Long Bao: They were sadly out of the pork when we went. Not as soupy as I was expecting it to be but each one is PACKED with meat, leaving little room for soup. It's not a baggy sack of meat, it's a meaty bag! Corn Rib: corn on the cob that has been cut into quarters lengthwise and covered with cheese (we requested non-spicy so we had a cheese option). A novel way to have corn cut and eaten this way for us. It was tasty nonetheless and not overly salty. Stir Fried Green Beans: your typical garlic salted plant noodles, haha. Not overly salty and is a great compliment to protein dishes. Cooked just right and not overly dry or chewy -- just the right amount of snappiness to each bite. Gold Medal Stir-fried Beef: Wow this is so good. The beef is thinly cut and tender. It is a little on the salty side so best paired with rice or a neutral dish. I love the crunch the celery and onions give -- I ended up packing every last piece as leftovers so I can mix it with rice later.
