    Chicken fried rice

Portion sizes here were no joke, we saw a bunch of reviews about how they were always loaded and it lived up to the hype. Came in to pick up food for lunch. Everything came out in 15 mins after ordering. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is pretty small, but can accommodate up to 6 parties of two from the seating.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We got the chicken fried rice, spicy beef and chicken teriyaki, and the katsu. The katsu was on the drier side and had a funkier taste to it, but everything else was really good! Would come back for the rest. Total came out to around 55 for 3 big meals!

[[HIGHLIGHT]]Great spot! A little dated but clean and nice service.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] HUGE servings. Two layers of chicken! Mac salad is the best here. What a hidden gem. Wish I lived closer so I can visit all the time!

Small place in Maple Valley serving large portions of yummy food! The Spicy chicken served with a Mac salad and salad can easily feed 2. The Yakisoba is served with a portion of rice and has good amount of chicken and veggies. This place is our no brainer option when you need quick and tasty food!

Delicious teriyaki takeout when I don't have the time or energy to cook for the family. I was amazed by how big the portions were. Our family of 4 each ordered one dish and we had enough food for 2 meals. The teriyaki comes with rice, salad, and mayo macaroni salad. Since none of us like macaroni salad, I just asked for extra rice.

I was in the area and came here on a Friday during lunch time because of a friend's recommendation. There is a large parking lot with ample parking outside. I ordered the chicken teriyaki ($11.45) which was a little surprising because I saw the lunch price underneath was $8.75 but I was charged for the normal price so I don't know what happened there. The chicken is nice and tender with nice grill marks and charred flavors. The sauce is also delicious and I was hoping there was more of it so I can eat it with the rice. The mac salad was really good and not too sweet or saucy. The black pepper gives a nice pepper spice flavor and I can see why it's really popular. Like many others have said they have large portions. I ate half and there was still a lot leftover for another meal.

Best teriyaki within a 20 mile radius. A couple dollars more expensive but twice the food and twice the quality as competitors.

Such good food, nice big portions. I'm hungry for their Teriyaki or General Tso's as I write this.

Good food and service. The only down side is just the wait. I enjoy having the sesame chicken and their macaroni.

Ordered the normal chicken teriyaki tasted terribly seem to be uncooked. Soy sauce was very suspicious.

What is almond chicken like? Is it breaded with gravy?

Hi, It is not breaded. It is like pan fried chicken with veggies with gravy and sliced almond on top of it.

First time, got some Chicken Teriyaki, Chicken Tenders with Fries and a couple of drinks. Second time, we got an order of General Tso's Chicken - Very Spicy, Chicken Teriyakj, an order of Fries with Honey Mustard, and a couple of soda pop drinks. Really enjoyed the service received from this restaurant business. The staff are always really friendly and helpful. Timing of the food entrees and quality are spot on. At first the katsu burger looked messy with the mayo, which made the crunchiness to be wanted. That said, it was really frickin good. If it had iceberg lettuce and less sauce we think it would be a solid 10. For the bacon burger, this had a lot of flavors that were simple and great. Service was quick, waited around 5 minutes for the burgers to come out. It's a smaller shop with 4 tables, so seating might be limited during rush hours. Highly recommend it for an affordable meal with lots of options! And if you're a burger lover, this place will not disappoint!

Well, this review is going to be different from the previous reviews for the same location…read more As mentioned, we've been to this location for my birthday, my son's birthdays, a couple of times. I've also met work clients here as well. I've got to say, for this visit, I was completely underwhelmed. Upon arriving, we had to wait a little bit for a table, which is no big deal. Once we got to the table, we were provided with water, the tortilla shells with the bean toppings, which is really good, and ordered some drinks at that time. While waiting for our drinks, we figured out what we wanted on the menu, we ordered from the menu, and still waited for our drinks. It was over 30 minutes to get drinks to our table. This is unacceptable, they weren't that busy! On top of this, it was an 82° night outside, and the Restaurant had to be equally 82 or higher, there was absolutely no airflow, no ventilation, and we just sat there in our own sweat, waiting for our drinks and our food to be delivered. While visiting this establishment in the past, I've noticed it. It's always been kind of warm inside, but never this unpleasant or uncomfortable. To top this off, our service was very mediocre, at best. I did notice that the area over by the restrooms was 10 to 15° cooler than the main part of the restaurant. You would think, with the feedback we gave our server with regards to the delays, that someone in a management position would've come to our table to see what they could do to help us. No one ever showed their face! Again, unacceptable! For food, I've deviated from my usual, the Vacio, and tried the ribeye. This was a mistake, as it was very thin, and it was overcooked as a result of sitting on the metal plate, as I did not have a secondary plate to move the meat too like I've done with the Vacio in the past. As a result, we hurried through our meal, so that we could get out of there, and get some cooler air and stop sweating. For a restaurant of this caliber, I would expect that there is proper airflow and proper ventilation, so you can have a pleasant and enjoyable meal.
