We met for a general overview at our house, met again at the shop to review the contract and agreed to proceed. The project lasted 5 weeks and included a complete tear down and rebuild with pre-fabricated white oak cabinets, quartz countertop, subway tile backsplash, plumbing/gas/electrical updates, tv power outlet, floating cabinets, recess lights, built in microwave, sink and appliance installation. They showed up Monday thru Friday and communicated if unable to show up. They use an app called Builder Trend, which allows for communication with all team members, regular photo uploads, balance/payment schedule review and contract copies. They were very professional, well organized and even provided digital layouts prior to starting the project. They enclosed the working area well and did their best to keep non-working areas clean. They were responsive to any concerns that we brought up. Make sure that everything that you want, or agree on is written in the contract. Any changes that you request will result in a change in order invoice, resulting in additional fees. I would recommend making payments in person at the shop, rather than using your credit card to avoid extra charges. Overall, we definitely recommend AC&R for your remodeling needs and would use them again for any future projects.

We used them for a kitchen remodel about four years ago. The process was ok at the time, but there…read morewere some problems. There was some damage to our existing crown molding, a worker dumped a bucket of paint waste on the new turf in our backyard (took years to get rid of the stain) and the wrong type of paint was used in our living room (glossy vs. flat). I've used many contractors in the past and nothing is perfect so I guess I understood at the time. The kitchen is now aging and some serious issues are showing. We had half of the outlets in the kitchen stop working all of a sudden. I had to hire an electrician to find out that we had a short behind the fridge. The short was due to a wood screw that nicked the insulation during install. We also found construction debris in the receptacles, the receptacles were held in place with wood screws (they are sold with the machine screws!), we found lots of wires with exposed copper behind the wall. Some other issues we've had are cracked tiles on the backsplash, cheap drawer glides that can break when a drawer is removed and under cabinet lighting run at 120V when it should be 12V. I can go on, but our kitchen seems to have a new issue related to poor/bad construction almost every month these days. The only positive was that they completed construction quickly (which is why they get one star), which I would want if I was flipping houses, but I would not choose them for a project on my house again.

We had several bids from different contractors, and Cabinet Magic was not the most economical. However, given the great craftsmanship, professionalism, and all around project management that they did on the laundry room a few years ago, we again selected them to remodel our bathrooms. I would recommend CM to my friends and family. And... their warranty is the best in the business.

He's detail-oriented and clearly knows his stuff, but what stood out the most was how friendly and patient he was. We had about a million questions (and a couple of "what if we..." ideas that probably didn't make sense), and Jeremy never once made us feel annoying. He gave us great suggestions, helped us track down all the mechanisms we didn't even know we needed, and somehow managed to keep us excited about the process instead of overwhelmed. Soft-spoken, efficient, and just overall easy to work with, he's the kind of person you hope to deal with when tackling a big project. They were "yes people" -- agreeable on everything but never once offered guidance or pushed back when our ideas weren't practical. We needed a real partner, and that's exactly what we found here. Ammar was exceptional. He's a true expert and adviser who wasn't afraid to be honest with us. When some of our ideas weren't the most functional, he told us so -- and immediately came back with multiple alternatives that helped us land on a design that was both sleek and practical. One of the best decisions he guided us toward was using two different cabinet colors -- light gray for the perimeter cabinets and a warm dark wood for the island. The contrast is stunning and gives the kitchen a high-end, designer feel we never would have landed on without his input. The installation crew was equally impressive -- the fit and finish on every cabinet, drawer, and detail is top notch. The result speaks for itself. If you're considering a kitchen project, start with a consultation here. We'll absolutely be back for future projects.

We found them through Yelp after a serious plumbing repair required removing and replacing floor tile and trim in our utility room and bathroom.  We feel very fortunate that Trinidad Tile handled the remodel.  The results look fantastic and the quality of work is evident (see attached pics)  Our remodel was a small job involving flooring, one quartz bathroom counter and sink, and various drywall patching.  Yet, even though it was small, Trinidad Tile treated it with the same attention to detail as larger, more expensive projects.  Scheduling was flexible and on time every time.  Their work crew (Javier, Jaime, and Dante) is friendly and easy to communicate with. They have a small showroom display that made choosing tile and counter top materials easy.  The craftsmanship that goes into their quartz counters is impressive.  Trinidad Tile also has the capability to fabricate tile and stone edges in house. The floor trim for our remodel was custom cut with honed edges to match floor tile grout lines. It looks fantastic and we could not be happier with the results. Overall, Trinidad Tile provides top notch customer service and produces high quality work.  We highly recommend them for any remodeling services.
