Tina really helped me decide what materials to go with and they came out beautifully. This is a small business and you do need to keep in mind that they don't have everything in stock in the back but they do take care of your needs in a timely manner. As many of you know designing can be very difficult when it comes to home renovations and upgrades. I for one am not a professional home designer and it became stressful when picking things for our kitchen. We walked into Forever tile from a personal recommendation. We met with Tina and she was so easy to work with. She instantly lowered our stress and made it easy to mix and match between cabinets, stone and tile. I'm in the process of designing my mom's renovation projects, including three bathrooms, one large kitchen, and fireplace mantel. My first impression upon walking in was being impressed by the variety and amount of tile, specifically the variety of patterns, textures, colors, etc. I was particularly impressed by the amount of Spanish-style patterned tile displayed, considering my mom's house Is hacienda inspired. I was greeted warmly by their floor associate who not only pointed me to tiles I'd be interested in but helped me coordinate multiple tiles. I even mentioned that they would probably be my one-stop shop for the design of every room. In other words, I was ready to spend a considerable amount in that store. In terms of selection I would give them 5 stars; however, it quickly dropped to 3 stars once my mom arrived and was ready to place orders on cabinets, quartz countertops, and tiles. The sales floor associate was kind but every time a new customer entered she would stop to greet and help them instead. Almost two hours later and my mom couldn't even get the associate to complete an order for her because of all the interruptions. I believe this wasn't the fault of the associate but instead of the manager who had not dedicated someone to complete and fulfill orders solely. We were eager to choose our tile there but if placing an order was going to take that long, we didn't even want to imagine how the rest of our projects would take. We decided to leave and take our business elsewhere. read more

I was in the middle of a kitchen remodel project and my husband and I were driving around and found Forever Tile. We were going to compare Quartz and Quartzite which I learned is VERY different. Tina helped me and answered all my questions. Gabby showed us beautiful pieces of quartzite and we were sold! Tina immediately started setting up appointments to visit slab yards. I need to brag about how amazing my kitchen came out because of Forever Tile. We had a water leak in the kitchen and, long story short, we had to remodel most of our kitchen. I was set on getting marble countertops and Tina suggested we look at Pacifica, where we found the slab of my dreams. Everything ran so smoothly with Forever Tile and I had no stress from this part of the process, which is almost a miracle when it comes to a kitchen remodel. Tina's team came to make sure we had enough marble to cover our kitchen and measured our walls to install backsplash. She was always so friendly and has a great eye for design. After our slabs were delivered to Forever Tile, we were asked to come down to decide where the cuts would be made and also to look at different backsplash options. The countertops were fabricated and installed in 2 days. A few days later our backsplash was also installed. Everything came out perfectly and my husband and I couldn't be happier. I now have my dream kitchen and it's all because of Forever Tile. Our little water leak has turned to be a blessing in disguise. Lat year we remodeled one of our bathrooms and found this place to be a great shop. Not only were they able to help us create the bathroom design we wanted, the customer service throughout the process was great. I appreciated the fact that they were helpful but also allowed us enough time to walk the entire store without being hovered over or pushed into selections too fast. In all we visited the store three times before our first purchase - GREAT each time! This year we are in the process of remodeling another bathroom and again a truly great experience. They are knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly willing to put in the time to help you make a great design selection. I most appreciated the info they made sure we understood to pass on to our installer about sealing some of the tile we purchased before grouting, etc. Ensuring a great look for a long time. My grandpa and I were driving all around Whittier trying to find the perfect backsplash for our kitchen, and just when we were about to give up and go home, we stopped at Forever Tile and im so glad we did! The lady who helped us was very helpful (I wish I got her name, but I think shes the owner). I told her we were looking for, and she even asked what color our cabinet and countertops were then she brought out the samples of backsplash along with the cabinet and countertop piece so we could see what it would all look like together. She also helped us pick the color of grout. The only reason why I'm giving this place 4 and not 5 stars is because there were a few hiccups along the way... when we ordered our backsplash one piece of tile was missing, when I canceled an order for more tile I had to go to my bank to file a claim to get my money back, and when I returned one tile of backsplash it took almost 2 weeks to get a refund. Overall, I'm happy with our backsplash and would recommend this store to anyone. read more

The owner was there when we went in. He was so very helpful, very knowledgeable and gave us great advice. I came here, not really knowing anything about tile. I just knew I had to remodel two bathrooms in my home. Had the owner not taken the time to explain everything from grout to tile placement, I would have ended up with all the wrong supplies. The place is crowded and overwhelming, but the selection is wonderful. They carry all kinds of tile/stone at all prices. Yes, you can go to big chain stores or outlet stores and get "deals." But, I got a great price on slate gray tile (cheaper than Home Depot and waaayyy more modern) AND I got the advice I needed to execute my project. read more

I would give a 0 star if I could. Rude (the woman) all the way. Only time she was nice was when she was telling us the price and trying to get us to buy it. We asked her where a certain brand was (walker zinger) and she said I don't know maybe here? just look. and as we saw a show room display we asked her oh that looks nice what's that one? she said. I don't know figure it out. if you run this store how do you not know what your own product is displaying?! freaking ridiculous. when we called prior to going. we asked oh why are you only open for 4 hours on Sunday. her response: we carry walker zinger. if you want to see the product then you must come when we're open. we carry the best so come around our availability. if you don't care enough then don't come. horrible customer service obviously. definitely won't be buying from their store. attitude was all around horrible!!! read more

Recently had a bathroom made handicap accessible for my mom. They worked around her needs to use the bathroom since she only had the one. Very grateful for their patience and understanding. I can no longer say I recommend this establishment. I've been a customer for years with my company restoring old homes. Forever tile had been good at providing us with better options than the local box stores. However, we had an incident with our last order where we had two bathrooms and a kitchen to make over. The primary bath was much larger than the guest bath so our order had a lot more tiles to the primary bath. We did not realize the order had been switched for the bathrooms right away. The contractor started the guest bath and when he started the master he realized we were short. None of us (Forever Tile included) could figure out what happened (I'm sure Forever tile figured I calculated wrong). So we ordered more tile and waited for the order. While that was going on, we moved our contractor to the kitchen. Once the order was received, we let our contractor know but he was unable to switch back to the bathroom for another couple weeks. Once he started the bathroom, we realized we had 4 boxes of tile left over from the guest bath and it finally clicked the order had been switched by Forever Tile. Now you would say we should have caught this right away when we picked up our order, but Forever tile and my company have been doing business for years and we didn't get our paperwork from them on the order for weeks. At the time we picked up our order, they had an issue with their printer and stated they would email our order paperwork. It never came, So we had nothing to double check against. Again, we trusted Forever Tile even after requesting the email several times. We finally got our paperwork after we took back some extra tile they previously stated they would accept. But when we tried to return the guest bath tile, informing them of their mistake, we were told it was passed the 30 day return. They suggested we sell it since they can't take it back. This was not good since the initial incident cost us weeks in delays due to their mistake on the order and then we had to pay to get the proper amount of tile to finish the primary bath. Needless to say, this remodel had multiple problems but this mistake cost us dearly in overage tile and in time. What bothers me most is that Forever Tile took no responsibility at all on this deal. Because of this, we have lost confidence in this place and will be shifting our business elsewhere. read more

Walking in it's a beautiful room with many styles and options and ideas to consider when remodeling any room in your home. I'm not sure if this is a showroom mainly for contractors because the couple of times I have gone and I felt ignored and just overlooked while other customers were being helped I don't know if those were regular contractor customers that took precedence over someone like a homeowner looking to remodel a bathroom or kitchen on their own maybe they were short on staff those two days that I went in but it just didn't seem very helpful. read more
