Rebeca A We requested a specific ivory-colored tile in travertine tumbled 12 x 12. We had also sent pictures of what we exactly wanted, and he said he found it. He didn't send us pictures of what he had received, but yet took our money right away. We ordered 20 pieces to match what we already had. We picked up the order and it was not the same. Jose claimed that it was tumbled.............it was NOT. Jose said tumbled is the holes that it has on the surface. Not true; tumbled is when the edges are a bit rounded and not perfectly squared off like these are. We are not happy at all, worse off is that they won't take it back or try to even contact the actual manufacturer to get something more close to what we requested. Also, we had already paid for it. Not a place of trust and we will never go there again. read more

Kind of rude on the phone. Kept my tiler on hold for 15 minutes or so. Didn't really seem like he wanted to help by looking for a specific tile we needed. Called back and phone went straight to a fax machine! I tried and it did the same thing! Finally reached someone else who said they might be able to order what we needed but still not sure. This place is hands down a gem....the staff is polite friendly and knowledgeable. The process are competitive and they dont try and upsell you unnecessary items or push promotions. I just had an great experience at OWT. I highly recommend if you are looking for amazing variety of products and great customer service. I worked with Mike mostly, but everyone there was really exceptional. They were attentive and spent a lot of time helping me identify what I needed and my options. When I walked in, I had three men look up at me and then continue whatever they were doing. Not even a "hello" or "do you need help". I started looking around myself and then when I had questions, I had to approach them. While I was asking questions, it felt as if the man was more interested in being done with me than my business. They didn't have what I wanted but even if they did, I doubt I would return to this store. Manners go along way with me. I guess they have enough business to not need basic manners. read more

My handyman recommended this store as I was unimpressed with the selection of floor tile at Home Depot and Lowes, and needed to purchase something in stock for my installation this weekend. From the moment I walked in I received excellent service. I was greeted and shown different options of what they had based on what I had in mind. The man helping me was very patient and took time to discuss tile options and grout colors. I had been to at least five different tile stores before this one and was not given this level of service at any of them. The representative also gave me a really GREAT price on the floor tile I selected. They had a lot to choose from, and best of all- so much IN STOCK!
