Creative Home Furniture and Design has lived up to their prior good reviews for us, the improved…read moreresults were immediate and directly tied to their work! I had a house sale listing on a very nice house that we rushed to market due to the owner trying to take advantage of an opportunity that required a quick sale. The homeowner's opportunity didn't pan out, and the buyer response to the home was both limited and somewhat critical of the price point. The only person who discussed making an offer was going to be $28,000 below the listed price. We pulled the house from the market and the owner took time to clear out 35 years worth of clutter, followed Creative Home's advice on paint colors and had them stage the home with new furniture in the dining room, living room, master bedroom and enclosed patio. They also took new photos with better lighting, as we hadn't done professional photos for the original listing with the rushed time frame. We re-listed the staged home at $12,000 over the original price, which more than covered the expense of the paint and staging. We showed the home Friday, Saturday and Sunday, received multiple offers above list price and have accepted one at $30,000 over the new HIGHER list price! That's a spread of $70,000 from the one potential offer to the final accepted offer. Not only that, but the person who is buying the home had seen it on the first listing and wasn't interested, then wanted it enough to pay significantly more once it was staged. Amazing, direct evidence of the power of staging and of Creative Home Furniture and Design's amazing work. We are extremely happy with the results and would definitely use their service again.

Felipe was extremely patient with all of our questions and took the time to thoroughly explain what he was going to do before getting started. He was respectful, courteous, and clearly took pride in his work. Once everything was completed, he made sure to have us look over the finished work and asked if we had any questions or concerns before leaving. We also really appreciated that he took the time to clean his workspace before he left. Those little details made a big difference. We are very happy with the work Felipe did and with the overall experience. He is a great representative of Closet World, and we would definitely use Closet World again. Highly recommend Felipe!

We recently decided that the primary bedroom closet in our new home just wasn't meeting our needs,…read moreso we reached out to several companies to explore our options. Closet World was the first to respond, and from that initial contact through installation, the entire experience was fantastic. We met with Penny in our home, and she did an amazing job listening to what we needed and turning our ideas into a functional, well-designed plan. She made the process so easy and gave us so much confidence in the design that we signed with Closet World that day and canceled our remaining appointments. Our custom closet was installed yesterday by Lupe, who was incredibly efficient, professional, and did a beautiful job. The finished closet is even better than I expected! We finally have a space that feels organized, functional, and designed around the way we actually use it. We couldn't be happier with the entire experience and will absolutely be calling Closet World again as we plan future closet projects throughout the rest of our home. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough great things about Luna Staging in Whittier! As a listing agent, I've worked…read morewith several staging companies over the years--but Luna absolutely nailed it on a recent listing I had in Santa Fe Springs. In a slowing market, this home sold in just 2 weeks--over list price--and I have no doubt that Luna's impeccable staging played a huge role. Every single visitor at the open house commented on how beautiful the furniture and decor were--some even joked that the seller had amazing taste (they didn't realize it was staged ). Their team was professional, prompt, and brought a polished, elevated look that truly made the property shine. From layout to color choices, every room felt warm, modern, and inviting. If you're a real estate agent looking to maximize your listing's appeal--or a homeowner who wants to make a stunning first impression--Luna Staging is worth every penny. I'll absolutely be using them again!

UPDATE: Unfortunately, I need to update this review because…read morethe situation has continued to change. After posting my original review, I received a call from a boss/manager at Closets by Design. During that conversation, I was told that because I had posted a negative review, they could also choose to not remove the closet doors / take it back now. I found this extremely concerning and felt that my attempt to publicly document my experience was being used against me while I was actively trying to resolve the situation with the company. Following that, I was eventually told that they WOULD remove the existing closet and replace it with an upgraded, inset-style design in an effort to make the situation right. I was specifically told that samples would be mailed to me so I could see the available materials and choose what I wanted for the replacement. I was then informed that they were changing what had been discussed. I was told that although they would redo the closet in the upgraded style, they would NOT allow me to choose a different material/color and would only redo it in the same color/material as the closet I am currently disputing. That is incredibly frustrating because the entire point of removing and rebuilding this closet was to correct an installation and design that I have been unhappy with from the beginning. If this were simply a matter of replacing a damaged door or drawer front, I could understand requiring the original material. But they offered to REMOVE and REDESIGN the closet into a completely different style as their proposed solution. I was told samples were being sent to me specifically so I could review the material options. At this point, I feel like every time we come close to reaching a resolution, the terms change. I have given Closets by Design multiple opportunities to resolve this directly. I was willing to allow them to completely redo the closet rather than continue pursuing removal and a refund, as long as the replacement actually corrected the issues I have been raising. Now that they are changing the terms of that resolution as well, I have returned to my original position and will continue pursuing my dispute and the appropriate avenues available to me. I genuinely wanted to be able to update this review saying that Closets by Design stepped up, stood behind its work, and made this right. Unfortunately, at this point, I cannot say that.
