She was patient, supportive, and always improved my ideas with thoughtful suggestions. * Very responsive She replied quickly whenever I had questions or needed advice, which made everything smooth and stress-free. * Cost-efficient & transparent pricing Her pricing is clear, and she delivers excellent value for the quality of work. She never pressured me while I was still considering whether to get an interior designer or not, and she was very upfront about her costs and services. She made the whole process really comfortable. This was something I was actually going back and forth on for a really long time, and I had so many people telling me not to do it and how it would look weird or there wouldn't be enough space in the kitchen, etc. After renovations, I'm so glad we got an island because it's functional and it really elevates the space, I love it. All her measurements and recommendations are spot on. Ammie took a lot of stress and weight off my shoulders because I knew whatever she recommended was in my best interest and aesthetic. I also asked so many questions and she was always prompt to answer. 10/10 recommend working with Ammie on your next design project. Thank you Ammie! :)

Vyanca is an incredible visionary and wise beyond her years. Vyanca envisions concepts that "mere mortals" can't even conceive. To say she is cutting edge and revolutionary, doesn't even begin to describe her extraordinary talents and mind's eye. Additionally, Vyanca is incredibly well connected! All of her vendors and her contacts speak so highly of her, as do her previous clients! Vyanca continually makes pilgrimage to Europe to bring back the latest and most cutting edge products, ideas and materials. Every decision made serves a specific goal, and is very intentional. Vyanca ensures that form follows function (a concept we learned from her). Throughout the entire process, Vyanca was attentive to our needs, requests, desires (and in some cases our wild dreams). She was organized, paid great attention to every detail, and was genuinely passionate about delivering the best possible results and products. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and our finished home far exceeded all of our expectations! Her talent is truly remarkable! Furthermore, Vyanca was always available to us and with incredible communication (even when she was in Italy at a design convention!) as well as, after completion of our project! If you are looking for someone who listens to you, is unbelievably talented and creative, who thinks outside the box, is reliable, easy to work with, communicative, and capable of turning any space, notion or dream you might have into something extraordinary, we wholeheartedly recommend Vyanca Soto! We were able to work with Vyanka using one of her virtual design packages. This works well if you have experience with past renovation projects and can project manage the implementation of the design. Or you can get a package where Vyanka and team will manage all the details. After 3 design sessions, Vyanka provides you a very detailed construction plan with detailed 2D layouts, measurements, and location of every fixture, hook, control valve, light,...ect. We found ourselves referring to the construction package every day as our contractor had questions. Vyanka takes your inputs and incorporate them in 3-4 different options and provide material selections from high end, middle, and budget friendly. On my last few bath remodel, I used Lowe's and Home Depot fixtures. But we are glad that Vyanka introduced us to some very nice fixtures that are like jewels that elevated the entire Masterbath. Vyanka's style is elegant and modern. But she can help you with any design option that you are looking for. We wanted a Spa like atmosphere and the pictures speak for themselves. During the construction process, Vyanka was very responsive in providing details like how the tile should be laid out or helping with details like tile trim. I highly recommend Vyanka for your next renovation project!!!

My mom was very involved in the design process, and Shir was able to balance both of our perspectives seamlessly -- which is no small task! She handled everything from major pieces like beds, couches, and chairs to smaller details like hardware, candles, and vases. Every choice felt intentional and cohesive. She really understood how to bring our modern-cozy vision to life while honoring the architecture of our Spanish-style home here in Southern California. Hiring Shir was absolutely worth it. Beyond her expert eye for design, you're paying for the time, clarity, and confidence that come with working with a true professional. We would've spent months second-guessing decisions (and probably made costly mistakes) trying to do this ourselves. I had a house sale listing on a very nice house that we rushed to market due to the owner trying to take advantage of an opportunity that required a quick sale. The homeowner's opportunity didn't pan out, and the buyer response to the home was both limited and somewhat critical of the price point. The only person who discussed making an offer was going to be $28,000 below the listed price. We pulled the house from the market and the owner took time to clear out 35 years worth of clutter, followed Creative Home's advice on paint colors and had them stage the home with new furniture in the dining room, living room, master bedroom and enclosed patio. They also took new photos with better lighting, as we hadn't done professional photos for the original listing with the rushed time frame. We re-listed the staged home at $12,000 over the original price, which more than covered the expense of the paint and staging. We showed the home Friday, Saturday and Sunday, received multiple offers above list price and have accepted one at $30,000 over the new HIGHER list price! That's a spread of $70,000 from the one potential offer to the final accepted offer. Not only that, but the person who is buying the home had seen it on the first listing and wasn't interested, then wanted it enough to pay significantly more once it was staged. Amazing, direct evidence of the power of staging and of Creative Home Furniture and Design's amazing work. We are extremely happy with the results and would definitely use their service again.
