About six months ago, I noticed a home for sale just two doors down from mine in Woodland Hills. The furniture and staging looked incredible, and the house sold in about two weeks. Luckily, while they were moving out, I spoke to a woman who gave me Kim's contact information. Since I planned to sell my house in November, I reached out to Kim and decided to stage my home as well. She was easy to work with, highly professional, and did an amazing job. My house is now on the market, and I received my first offer within just five days! Staging makes a huge difference--I highly recommend working with Kim! Here are few of the photos read more

On behalf of my father and I, we wanted to commend you and thank you for such a phenomenal job staging our home for us. In my fathers words; "splendid"! It really looks incredible, brings out the high points of the home for the sale, and totally transformed what the home used to look like. Thank you very much! read more

I've been meaning to write this review for a long time. It speaks volumes that six months later I am still thinking of how wonderful my experience was engaging Wanda and George to design my space. I told them a little about me and gave them carte blanche to do whatever they wanted within my budget, and I couldn't be happier. This is a second home for me, so they needed to purchase everything from plate ware to towels to artwork and furniture. They ran a few pieces by me that were a little outside my comfort zone, but they encouraged me to take the leap, and I am so happy that I did. I get compliments on my place constantly, and friends tell me that it is "soooo me." it's amazing that they knew just what I'd like after only meeting me a handful of times. What's more, I was out of town the entire time they were preparing, and they took care of everything without me needing to lift a finger. The ONE thing I wasn't crazy about (a pillow), they exchanged quickly, and every interaction (phone, text, email) was handled promptly, professionally, and with enthusiasm, which made the whole experience less stressful and a lot more fun. The best part is, they not only met my tight turnaround, they also fell under my budget and I actually got a refund! I am considering upgrading to a two-bedroom unit or townhouse when my lease expires, and you can bet they will be the first ones I call to design the new space. read more

How awesome is Kim at Style My Space? Let me tell you. I am not a client of hers, but she spent time out of her day to help me come up with a solution to a screen door issue I was having. Longer version: I wanted a style of french door with a screen set into the door vs. a separately framed screened door that I was having a hard time describing to my contractor and could not find a picture of on line. I thought there might be a specific name for this type of door and randomly called Style My Space, thinking that a designer might be able to give me the name of the door so I could look it up online and show my contractor. Turns out this style of door is no longer made. This is where Kim got really awesome - she asked me what problem I was trying to solve by not having a separately framed screen door and then helped me find a solution for it. How many professionals take the time to do that!? If they pay this type of attention to a rando call from the general public, then they must be amazing to collaborate with professionally! Thank you for your help, Kim! read more

They really exceeded my expectations. It was very well worth the money. They made my house look very updated and modern. I would highly recommend the amazing team at Style My Space for your large upscale home. Now they are coming to my new house and doing interior design. This company does it all! read more

Kim at Style My Space & team did a fantastic job of staging the house we recently sold. After speaking with Kim, we felt very secure in using her to stage our home. Since the house was empty, we chose to have a full house and backyard staging. Kim staged our house so beautifully it looked like a brand new model home. She was careful in selecting items that went with the colors and flooring of our house. She was also very careful with our new floors and we were very pleased to see that they did not get a single scratch. Our backyard looked so welcoming and appeared so much larger than it really is. Amazing what the right staging can do. We received a substantial amount over our selling price and we truly believe we owe this to Kim and her outstanding staging. read more

I'm a Realtor in Newport Beach and Style My Space was referred to me by a San Fernando Valley-based real estate photographer - I needed someone local for a home in Burbank. Kim and I had a wonderful initial chat and she arranged for Carine O meet with me and my client an initial staging/design consult. She hit it out of the park! She was kind, gracious, and incredibly insightful and helpful with her suggestions and comments. Showing up at someone's home and pointing out all the things that are aged/dated/old/out-of-style/needing-replacement/etc. AND getting them on board is a VERY narrow tightrope to walk. Carine was fantastic and total pro. I'm based in Newport Beach and am going to figure out how to get them to also work down here in the OC! read more

If I could give her 10 stars I would most DEFINATELY do so. I am giving Kim another HUGE shout out for the most amazing Job. I purchased another house in North Hollywood. She suggested that she come over to see the house while it was it in the Remodel stages and would give me some suggestions and recommendations. She came over along with my Realtor Renu Singh from Pinnacle and walked the house and gave the most amazing suggestions. My realtor 100% agreed and said that with Kim's suggestions the House would show amazing and we would have even better chances of selling it. I incorporated Kim's suggestions by closing up some walls making my 5 bedroom house into a 6 bedroom house and separating the Living Room from the Dinning Room. When the house was completed with the Remodel Kim came back with all her furniture and set up everything above and beyond my imagination. I believe with her Eye and Talent I got over $150,000 of my asking Price. I do not think I could have got the much if it wasn't for Kim's Eye. I would HIGHLY recommend Kim and Style My Space. I would NEVER use anyone else in the Industry but KIM. I plan on purchasing more home in the future and she will be the Only Company I will call. read more

Kim and her staging company, Style My Space were absolutely fantastic! My husband and I bought a house that we realized wasn't going to work for us after a whole month of the purchase! We were worried because all the homes around us had been on the market for a few months without any offers so we decided to hire Kim to stage the home as it is pretty large (2,700 sf) and looked pretty empty. Let me start by saying that from the first phone call Kim was nothing but professional and efficient. We called her on a Friday and by Wednesday the staging was completed, all in one day I might add. Her taste is impeccable and her professionalism is impressive, she worked within our budget and never once complained. Our home sold 2 days after it hit the market and we know that although the home is beautiful to begin with, the reason it sold so fast was due to the meticulous way in which Kim staged our home. It looked gorgeous, right out of a Home and Garden magazine! Thank you Kim- we're indebted to you and your crew! read more

I work for a living talking, advising, and coaching employees. My office space was horrible- a mis match and hodge podge of items. Wanda and George came to my office and took a quick look and developed a plan right away. They were honest about time and budget and created an incredible transformation. The turn around time to get my space updated and designed was fantastic. I can't say how many compliments I have received. I also want to say that this redesign was done at a studio with many, many restrictions (no painting the walls, no moving desk, etc). Wanda and George were able to work around these restrictions and added color to a stark white wall with colored shelving and amazing wall decal art. Since this was my work space and not my home I didnt want to spend tons of money. These guys were able to make the budget work. SO great and easy to work with. I cant wait to see what they do to my house!!!!!!!! read more

We had such a GREAT experience. Kim went above and beyond to present our property in a high-end, yet welcoming way. She has quite the eye for design, and was friendly and professional. Her crew worked efficiently and we were in Escrow in one week's time (well over asking), thanks to the WOW factor that Kim brought. Her pricing was competitive and fair, and well worth it! read more

I have just sold my home in Sherman Oaks. Ive lived in my home for over 23 years...and love it. On advice off my incredible Realtors, Allyson Carter and Carla Patterson, most extraordinary Gentlepeople I have ever worked with, real Professionals, After work on my home was completed I was referred to and introduced to Kim of Style My Space. This could possibly have been the best decision I made, excluding my Realtors who are awesome. Kim took my home as an empty pallet and created a wonderful beautiful home, furnished in the best way possible, with great furniture and accessories, it looks stunning...and it worked, fast! Every single person who viewed my home remarked at the beautiful staging, the colors, the furniture selections were perfect...something very unique in our world today, perfection. If I were going to make recommendations to anyone contemplating selling their home, this would be my singular most important referral. Speak with Kim, she is knowledgeable, a consummate Professional in every way, and understands the end game. I consider my team the best, no question. There were two open houses, the Buyer saw my home on a Sunday, and by Tuesday it was sold. This may or may not be impressive to those reading my review, but there were/are 5 homes for sale, mine sold, the 4 others are still available. In my mind performance speaks more powerfully than words, and there is no disputing the results. So, if you are thinking about selling your home, find true professionals like Allyson and Carla as your advisors, they help in ways indescribable, and seek out Style My Space, speak with Kim and you are quickly on your way to success. I should also mention that this is the first time I have left a review on Yelp, but felt the professionalism, the care and attention to detail, the way I was treated was so extraordinary I should do something to bring attention to this amazing group. Good luck, and go find Kim...now! Barry L. read more

Wanda and George were absolutely awesome to work with!!! They are super talented interior designers. THey helped stage our home for sale which sold immediately, first person who saw the home...When we moved to our new home they helped us achieve the look we wanted without breaking the bank. I hate to admit that it wasn't me with all the compliments we get on our decor. Wanda and George are super easy and fun to work with and can understand working in a budget. Thanks so much for making my house a home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! read more

When I moved into my new home, I hired Wanda to design a few rooms for me....I seriously needed help! She is so talented and creative and knows how to bring in style and color, as well as design the rooms so they go well together. I appreciate her creativity and her professionalism. Will definitely be hiring Wanda again for my next home! read more

We hired Wanda to decorate our new home. After our initial consultation, Wanda's ideas were right on the money - from my husband's office to my "rock n roll" room, everything turned out fantastic. She really listened to what we wanted and did a great job keeping us in the loop on selections and budget. Wanda definitely went above and beyond our expectations. She arranged delivery of a painting done from one of my rock icons Paul Stanley!!! The piece is amazing and was so thrilled that Paul was kind enough to make my day. It just doesn't get ANY better than that-I was completely shocked. Style My Space rocks! read more

We just finished a two year high end spec. house project and hired Style My Space to do the the staging. We are so glad we did. The whole process was easy and seamless. I called Kim and she came to see the space quickly and at my convenience. I had a budget number that I needed to stick to, so I told her what that was and she let me know what she felt she could do for the money. I agreed, she sent me a contract, I signed it and the deal was done. Easy. On staging day Kim's team worked efficiently. They are all friendly, professional and polite. All of them had a good vibe and seemed happy doing what they were doing. I'm especially impressed with Kim's what I call "soft skills", she was very adept at managing the creative process with us. Up until then we had done all the creative on the house except the architecture, so of course we had strong opinions. Kim knows how to listen, guide and take suggestions while staying in control of the project. I liked that when she had a different p.o.v. as me, she always justified her ideas and I found that I changed my mind, once she explained it to me. Several of the agents that have been through the house have asked, who did your staging? Of course I handed Kim's card over with a high recommendation. Thanks Kim and Susan and team. We'll see you on the next one. read more

I am a Realtor and used Kim and her team to stage a very unique home I have listed. What a difference in the look of the property! Well worth it! read more

I recently bought a new house that needed lots of work, from color selection, to a kitchen and bath refresh. I worked with Wanda, a great interior designer, and she helped make my house a warm and inviting space. She worked with me to select the perfect paint colors for the living room, which has an odd shape and old brick fireplace. Now the furniture and layout really pop with the color! The kitchen was a disaster, but she took time to find out my style and budget, and it's been given a new life at a reasonable cost. We looked at simple and impactful changes for the master bathroom. It had a blue sink and bathtub! Now it's a soothing oasis. I gets tons of compliments from friends and enjoy having people over. Thanks Wanda! read more

Wanda is my design angel. More than a few times she's taken my crazy requests and created, designed and redesigned both my home and office spaces. Wanda is great with color and is able to find affordable, functional and stylish solutions. She thinks "outside of the box" and is really hands on. Besides being an amazing person all around, she's pleasant to have in my surrounds during the actual execution. Wanda is the only one I would go to for design advice. read more
