We got recommended to several and I picked them based on the pictures. Hana Goldsmith and her team did a fabulous job. Not only did she work extremely fast, she made our condo look amazing with beautiful staging that tells a story. Our places got so many showings and received an offer in less than a week. Thank you Hana and your amazing team! read more

My first impression in hiring Elite Home Staging felt like the right decision but in hindsight, it was not and I am very disappointed. At the end of our contract when they picked up their staging items they also removed several items of mine. I notified them right away to return my items, had to ask repeatedly for my decorative pillows, blanket and accessories to be returned and never received them. I asked for a reimbursement for the cost to replace my things but they never responded. When you hire a company and allow them in your home, you should be able to trust them to be caring, honest and professional throughout. I know there are numerous other staging companies in the area and I would strongly recommend others to hire a company other than EHS. read more

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Jenna at Elite Home Staging. I put in an inquiry on their website and within 15 minutes she responded and even came by the same day. From the moment I met her, she was absolutely lovely -- warm, personable, and incredibly professional. I felt completely confident in Jenna from our very first walk-through and knew I wanted to hire her on the spot. She went above and beyond anything I ever expected. She had fantastic ideas for each room, a clear vision for the potential of the home, and a beautiful sense of color palette and overall flow. Jenna was also incredibly generous with her time. She gave me thoughtful input on lighting fixtures and paint colors, which made a huge difference in the final result and showed how invested she was in making the home look its absolute best. And she brings a wonderful sense of positivity and joy to everything she does, which makes working with her genuinely enjoyable. Installation day went seamlessly. The team was professional, efficient, and careful, and the transformation was simply stunning. Through her design choices and the layout of the furniture, Jenna made the home feel fresh, contemporary, larger, and absolutely beautiful -- the kind of space that is truly irresistible to buyers. Everyone who walked into the home commented on how incredible it looked. Best of all, the home sold within two weeks with multiple offers over asking. I truly believe the staging played a major role in that outcome. I would never use another staging company. Jenna and Elite Home Staging exceeded my expectations in every way, and I could not recommend them more highly. read more

Not an honest company. Would not recommend. Save yourself the hassle. There are other businesses in CA that are great and honest - I personally found my experience with this business severely lacking. read more

Im a Realtor who referred my clients to Elite staging. The staging fell short of what was promised, old and defective furnitures. When I expressed my concern, they admitted to us that the furnitures where suppose to be retired and never should have being used. However, they refused to exchange or replace. Instead of asking "how we can make it better?" they were rude and defensive. I've informed them that I would never recommend them to any of my clients and I will never work with them ever again. read more

Top notch from the time they assessed the vacant house, till the time they picked up the furniture. Nicole and her mom were amazingly talented, friendly and relatable- they know the challenges that accompany realtors selling homes. They also had the answers. With some modern furniture, sleek accents, and a great vibe my listing was transformed and sold in a matter of weeks (that's short for Palm Springs in the off season). Shelby was my point of contact during the staging and she was terrific, always checking in throughout the process and periodically every few weeks to see how things were going. She was so creative and professional- I received nothing but good feedback from homebuyers complimenting the way the house looked. Thank you Elite! Another home sold. read more

We were very disappointed with this company. The owner, Samantha was very disrespectful. During our conference call while my husband was still speaking expressing his concerns she hardly allowed him to get a word in edgewise and eventually hung up the phone while he was still speaking. They did not stage accordingly as promised. The pool side furniture was scanty and upon delivery I immediately requested a bare minimum request to please place settings on the table but that was too much to ask. We requested replacements on worn stained items and we received pushback. They left the front exterior patio empty even after bringing this to the owners attention. Zero curb appeal, I requested for them to please place something, anything at the entrance to the home but received zero attention to this matter. We've been in this business for quite a while and have worked with many staging companies. The worse part was when the movers created severe damage to our new Italian marble flooring! The movers dragged their heavy table that had steel legs and the padding was worn out on the legs therefore creating permanent damage. We had to have our contractor replace the new Italian marble flooring! When we brought this to Samantha's attention she was in denial and couldn't even begin to empathize. We regret giving this staging company our business. read more

We can't say enough good things about our experience with Elite Home Staging. Nicole was outstanding -- she guided us through every detail, answered all our questions promptly, and had an incredible eye for design. The transformation of our home was beyond what we expected -- elegant, inviting, and perfectly balanced. Her professionalism and warmth made the entire process effortless. We received excellent feedback during showings, and we're confident the staging helped us sell quickly. Thank you, Nicole and the Elite team, for your amazing work! read more

Love Elite Home Staging! What amazing customer service and impeccable quality! Thank you. Thank you. Thank you.

Shelby Lawson helped stage my parent's condo in Koreatown, Los Angeles. The condo is a luxury high rise condo with lots of open space and sunlight. During the process of finding a stager, we were between two other stagers who wanted to stage the property the same way - both of them. However, Shelby was the only person who looked at the staging and at the property differently. Even when I mentioned that the two other stagers I spoke with wanted to stage it differently, Shelby was very confident and secure in her own skills and vision - which I couldn't have appreciate it more. The staging came out beautiful. Shelby is no amateur. She is a trustworthy professional with an edge. Anyone who is lucky to work with her will be receiving top tier service. I could not recommend anyone else other than her. read more

The most unethical and careless company I've ever experienced. The furniture came broken, spray painted, mismatched, not proportionate or appropriate. The company would not replace the furniture without getting more money (even though they refused to show us the furniture selections prior to install) so we asked them to collect their belongings and cancel the contract. They made us wait 7 days to come collect their furniture and pocketed $9k!! They completely disappeared and never returned any calls or emails. Horrific experience. read more

I am very picky and searched for quite a while before I found Kalea at Elite Home Staging. I wanted someone with vision who would make the space comfortable, personal, and interesting. Kalea does just that. She takes the time to match the decor to the style of the house while incorporating contemporary design elements that appeal to today's buyers. She is responsive and accommodating. Every staging is completed quickly and without a problem. In today's market, everyone needs a professional to show their property in its best light. The last few houses Kalea recently staged sold within a week, while other comparable homes languished on the market. She is highly recommended. read more

I've worked with many staging companies in the past and a fellow agent that I respect suggested I try Elite Home Staging. From the very first meeting with Nicole, I knew I was in good hands with her vision and professionalism. Kalea was our stylist and added the final touches. I can't recommend Elite Home staging enough. They came through for us, worked within our budget and were very instrumental in us receiving multiple offers in the first week. Jeanetta was amazing to work with and knocked it out of the park on our project. Within a few days, we had received multiple offers over ask. The photos we had shot looked incredible, and all of our buyers were going on and on about how amazing the property looked. She is also extremely nice and a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend! read more

Jeanetta is our favorite professional in the home staging biz in all of LA County. She puts thought into every stylistic choice; and is also amazing to work with when you want to provide insights on comparably sold homes. The photos looked great. Home buyers and (envious) neighbors were WOWed upon entering the property. Buyers were sold from the photos and the experience they had touring the home. Buyers mentioned they would also make an offer on the furniture, if they had an accepted offer. We got multiple offers over asking and other units recently sold in the building. read more

We had the pleasure of working with Kalea on a current listing of ours. She was able to give us a detailed plan of what she wanted to do with each room, art pieces on the wall, size of bed for each room, how they can make the kitchen look more vibrant. They showed up on time, and finished staging in a day. The unit looks beautiful and we could not have been more happy, and super excited to have potential buyers come take a look. Thank you Kalea and Elite Home Staging. read more

As an investor, and licensed real estate agent, it is always refreshing to work with a company like Elite Home Staging. Especially, since they have people as talented as Daniele. Thanks to her we sold the property for a full price offer in our currently shifting market. Thank you all for making this such a pleasant and profitable experience. read more

I was very excited to have Elite come do the staging of my home before we listed. However I was so disappointed with the lack of care from their team and the poor follow through. Great staging service. I highly recommend Elite and their stylist Lauren Held. Lauren took on a difficult project for me - a high-end luxury condo that had not been renovated in 42 years since it was built! She was able to stage in a way that drew attention away from the negatives and allowed buyers to envision themselves in the space despite the need for a full renovation. Here's the proof that the staging made the difference - I showed the condo to two buyers before staging... neither was interested. Within 1 day of staging, I had two offers! Not only that, when the buyer in escrow dropped out, I showed it with staging to one of the buyers who initially passed on the condo unstaged, she immediately made an offer and closed! Highly recommend! read more

Very disappointing. In preparation for selling our mid-century modern family home in Camarillo, CA, I hired this company from a distance in NYC. What a mistake. There were poor color choices and basic missteps in scale that diminished rather than showcased certain key features in the home, such as a double stone fireplace with walnut mantle and built-in shelving. Lampshades were installed crooked, and glasswork (framed artwork, glass desktop, glass etagères, etc.) was smudged full of handprints. My realtor, a godsend, swapped out items from her own staging collection to save the day, and I personally cleaned glass when I was able to get to the property to check on other things. When I spoke with the company, the representative made excuses for why the glasswork was dirty ("I didn't see any smudging" and then "Well, maybe when they moved items into place, they got smudged") and was not quick to offer follow-up. $5K poorly spent. read more
