No high pressure sales tactics or hidden costs. They don't nickle and dime you. All their pricing is up front and based on length of cabinetry installed. The designer came out and created the computer design based off our requirements. We wanted to move the fridge to maximize storage. Frank Namazi is incredibly stubborn and arrogant and can be very rude.We bought two complete kitchens from him and after they were installed and measured we learned he over charged us by 6' each. This "mistake" was in his favor by $300 a foot or $1800 each kitchen. Instead of taking responsibility for his "mistake"; and mind you all he does everyday is sell kitchens, he blamed us for not paying him the overcharged (wrong) amount. Today, I went in to give Frank and his company (he is the owner) another chance; after all the installers were good and the cabinets are above average. I have two more kitchens to do and wanted to check pricing while being more and better prepared to watch Frank carefully laying out the design. Previously he double counted two corner cabinets in each kitchen. He was so deft and clever, I was only able to catch this when the cabinets were installed and I could actually measure them. Frank is known for being stubborn (see other reviews). Instead of apologizing today, he doubled down on his "mistake" and said he wouldn't work with me. He would rather be right than be happy, and in doing so he let $25,000-$30,000 walk out the door of his small stand alone Showroom in Whittier. read more

It's been over five years since I had cabinets installed, and one of the hinges from my lazy Suzanne broke. I looked in different hardware stores and had no luck finding the right hinge, so I went to see if they could help. The first time, he told me he needed a receipt to know the style. Once I found the receipt, the details didn't have any information about the style, but I tried showing it to him, and he said sorry, we work with several suppliers and have no idea.
