This is the second product I have ordered from Woodbridge. The quality has been excellent. This time I didn't check the carton after it was delivered. I waited 3 months to open the box that the shower pan came in because the contractor wasn't available to install it right away. The large stainless steel drain cover was missing . I was sure I would need either to buy another drain cover ( if it were even available) or buy the entire shower pan again at a cost of $500+. Instead I called customer support, spoke to Mayra who understood the situation and even though I was in the wrong for not checking sent a replacement cover the same day at no extra cost. I ordered a Woodbridge soaker tub and it was delivered, well packed, 2 weeks later. I unpacked it two months after receiving it and found that it was in perfect condition, however the hardware (drain and overflow outlet) were brushed gold. It was my fault, since I noticed that I mistakingly ordered the wrong colour. The rest of my bathroom is in brushed nickel. So I emailed Woodbridge at help@woodbridgetub.com (her name is Jasmine) and explained the issue. They sent me the brushed nickel hardware at no cost and I had it in a week! We have a minor leak and have requested a plumber that they can recommend. We have had two plumbers (we have found on our own) that said they had no idea how to fix a "smart bidet" We have emailed Woodbridge help to no avail. Our bidet is 5 years old. Not asking for a new toilet or compensation just a referral for a plumber with experience in this product. Jacob P has not helped us at all and it's been weeks that we have contacted him and he still cannot provide us with a referral. Loved the toilet until this. Jacob P has been absolutely no help at all and thats his job. Would love to tell Mr Huang the CEO of the company how inept their service/help department is. Will now have to purchase a toto toilet with a removable bidet top and that is too bad since that will be another $1500 for a toilet, hopefully it will be better than what we got with Woodbridge. read more

My husband purchased the Woodbridge B0950S model bidet toilet from Amazon for me as a birthday gift because I really liked the bidet attachment that we installed a few years prior. The B0950S was great when it worked properly with my only complaints being that it's harder to clean than a regular toilet and the shape is a little too elongated so paper and waste dropped in the front of the bowl will not always flush, but I still would have given it five stars. However, it started malfunctioning soon after the one-year warranty expired and has continuously gotten worse. First the nozzle started spraying right after the wash button is pressed instead of waiting until fully extended and does not stop until it retracts back inside the housing, which results in water squirting up your back and/or front. This also happens when the cleaning button is pressed so we get sprayed in the face if the lid isn't closed. Then the water heating feature gradually stopped working so we get cold water regardless of the temperature setting and the spraying time has been reduced to only a few seconds before the nozzle retracts. So now we only get a brief squirt of cold water that also sprays up our back if we're not sitting right. The cheap aftermarket bidet attachment that we moved to a different bathroom still works better than this despite being older but it can't be attached to the bidet toilet because of the shape. My husband contacted support numerous times but they always take forever to respond and have not been helpful when they did. They do not offer parts or instructions on how to fix the toilet and the last message said the only thing we can do now is purchase a new top, which costs over $500. That's a lot to pay when we don't know if it will solve the problems and we already paid $1500 for the toilet after tax plus electrical, plumbing, and drywall work. The amazon listing has now been changed to B0970S but several reviews indicate the same problems still exist. We have purchased three Woodbridge toilets about 2 years ago and they are still working perfectly and are like new. Lots of people have complimented us on them and said it reminds them of a much more expensive toilet. There is a whole toilet showroom where you can sit on the porcelain thrones and test them out. See picture below. We picked them up from the Long Beach warehouse and the crew was very helpful with getting them into our car, although we had to wait a little bit. (Fitting 3 toilets into an SUV was a bit like a game of Tetris). The only problem after 2 years of use is one of the hinges broke, however Jasmine from the support team offered to replace the hinges. Unfortunately, we went on vacation and our medicine cabinet fell on our bidet and broke the lid an the toilet seat. So we purchased a replacement one. It over the year seemed to discolor from the heating mechanism. I ended up contacting them and they were nice enough to send me a replacement, even though we were just out of the range of the year warranty. I am having my home remodeled. I ordered one of their BJ300 bathtubs. It sat in the garage for a few months before anything was done with it. It was shipped with a multi layer protective film around it. It wasn't until a couple days after it got installed that I noticed that there was a crack in outer side of the tub. Since they left the film on while installing the tub, those installing it didn't notice. First off the Woodbridge Smart Toilet (B-0930S) was super easy to buy from Wayfair. The reviews on Amazon are better than most - latest tech and quiet. I was concerned about spare parts so wrote about 5 emails asking about after-warranty parts availability. For some reason, they could not understand that you might need parts after 12 months 1- Mom sits on the seat and it cracks 2 - Seat motor breaks 3 - valve stops working. 4 - seal goes and floods the circuit board or worse your house.... I have phone 40 times and left messages.... The new toilet arrives tomorrow and I will be paying $75 to return it as I expect that at some point in the next little while this unit will break and I will not be able to get parts....and even if it breaks in the first 5 days I could be spending hours waiting or emailing or being driven crazy by a company that is making too much money and missing that whole point. My mother was remodeling her bathroom and bought a sliding shower door from Woodbridge online, upon install our handyman accidentally shattered the left side of the door. I reached out to customer service via email to see if they sold just that part or if I had to replace the entire item. Instead of telling me how much the part would cost to replace, Vera reconfirmed which part I needed and offered to ship it out. Nothing about an additional fee was ever brought up; they replaced the part entirely even though it wasn't their fault! I do want to note my first email about the issue took a couple of days to respond to but once Vera reached out it became a very quick fix. Purchased a tub from them, and upon opening the packaging we found a corner that has some cracks. I contacted them over 3 weeks ago, asking for a repair kit of the exact color, and found they do not have a kit and do not know what exact color. Di not really wanted to patch after spending over 600 dollars. They asked what I wanted to do under warranty, and I told them (Javier) i wanted to either get it repaired by a professional OR preferably replacing the tub. Thye told me they would get back with me, but have not had a response for over a week, and I keep reminding them by email and phone, but nothing!!! I cannot say enough positive about WoodBridge as a company I purchased a 67" free standing tub (B0010-B/N) in September 2023. We unpacked it and inspected as directed the day we received it. There was one last top edge wrap we left on as our install would not be till December. Everything looked perfect and we didn't give the top edge a second thought. Well, we really should have peeled every last bit of wrapping off as the installers discovered a cracked edge. I was crushed. The tub was beautiful and fit perfectly. I contacted WoodBridge customer service via email with pictures and my receipt. Anita from customer service replied back and was awesome. Full tub replacement. The tub is beautiful. Perfect size. The price was a bit more than we were looking to pay but less than many others. Torn between a 4 and 5 rating. The bidet toilet product works well, but the manual - at least the one we have - leaves a lot of questions. A clear diagram of all the buttons and controls would help, with numbers associated so that they were referred by number in the instructions. On the other hand, the autoflush feature somehow got turned off and Urith helped us to reset that. There was reference to a more comprehensive version of the manual which I have asked be sent. I'll close by repeating: the product has worked well for us, was fairly priced, and support was there when we needed it. Now that I read my own review it seems like it rounds off to five stars. read more

We purchased a smart toilet. After installation, the plumber noticed there were two cracks under the seat by 2 screws. We immediately asked for a replacement. We only got a part replacement, which took several months to receive. Now we have to call the plumber back to hopefully install the part and have everything work again ( plus pay additional service charge.).. I think they should've replaced the whole Toilet. I love all the bells and whistles-heated seat, warm water washing, warm air drying. It does open when you approach, but it does take a while for the toilet lid to close after you leave (about a minute and a half) which the videos all show immediately. I would've loved this toilet and given it a five star, except for the damage and having to pay twice for a plumber. read more
