The store has a great selection of cleaning supplies, food, treats, leashes, and accessories for dogs, cats, and other animals. They do grooming as while so it's worth asking some questions. I was able to pick up some treats and a few cans of wet cat food since I buy both wet and dry food. The staff asked about allergies and any anything that could be harmful. My cat will eat anything though, but great spot overall.

The employees here are so knowledgeable and friendly & they were ultimately the ones who worked with me because they cared about our furry children so much to figure out the best food combinations for my dog. All the recommendations they give me I always trust and normally found myself adapting into our every day regimens as well. This place is wonderful, often does sales on all kind of products they carry so check in often, and truly take customer service & passion for our four-legged friends to a whole other level! I like that the room that you wash and dry your dog in is an individual private room. That is different than other places where I have bathed my dog. But what I did not like was that the hose to the dryer kept coming off - meaning I had to use both hands to hold the dryer together and was unable to brush my dogs while drying him. I did talk to the employee and she put it back together once, but it kept coming apart. So she then switched out the dryers for me. Also there is no where to hook your dog to when he is not in the tub. Some places have a raised bench where you dry your dog. This place does not. There is a hook with the noose that goes around their neck to hold them in the tub, but if you want to dry your dog outside of the bathtub, there's nowhere to tie them up to. I have a dog that does not like the blow dryer and he was bouncing off the walls, it was not a very good experience for us. However, it was very clean and the private room for bathing/drying was very nice. If I had a small dog or a dog that stands still for the blow dryer, I would go back here.

Sales on the brand NEVER happen (not even for a first-time order on the manufacturer's website). Not only did they have more than one size available to purchase, but their sales were second to NONE. I was able to get my dogs their food and save a good chunk of money while doing so. Their store was clean and well stocked. The woman who gave me my order (I placed it online for in-store pick up) was very kind and gave me coupons for upcoming sales that would be starting in early May. Staff even wrote a "thank you" note on my receipt (not expected, but a very nice touch). Will definitely be back. Highly recommend!!

For the first time ever we tried the Tire Center at Costco. Purchased 2 new tires almost 3 weeks…read moreago & scheduled for installation (as required). Were told tires would arrive "in a few days". After I didn't hear back, I called. Tires were still not in. A few days later they called to say tires had arrived. (3 weeks later) Dropped car at 3:30pm was told they would finish 1 hour to 1hour & 15 minutes. An hour later I received a call to say they'd just pulled car in. Were told in addition to the 2 front worn tires that both rear tires were "damaged" - one with a nail and the other with a tear in side wall. I know it sounds crazy, but an automotive place had just serviced the car as well, I glanced at but never saw this damage prior to dropping off the car. Also felt like this was quite a coincidence that the 2 "best" tires with tread were now "damaged" and also needed to be replaced. No accusation here just suspicion. Costco suggested we buy all 4 new tires at ticket price of about $170 each. (For a 2009 Honda accord so not the biggest tire) The situation felt off/odd - so I phoned my partner. My partner Recommended we keep to original plan and have them replace the two (rear) damaged tires now in place of the 2 (front) worn tires. We asked if they would place the 2 new tires on front while replacing the damaged since vehicle is front wheel drive; they said "no" they couldn't do that because.....? 2 different people told me 2 different reasons why they could not do this. Two hours later I retrieve the car but also voiced my concern about longer than anticipated wait time, the apparent attempt to upsell us, & discrepancy regarding why. I have mixed feelings because Costco reportedly is maintaining its DEI policy (vs many other retailers who backed down) But I couldn't help wonder whether I would have experienced same treatment had I : 1)been a man 2) been not a Black or BIPOC person 3) been a white male. I appreciate that the tire center manager was nice and tried to assure me of honest best practice. The customer service manager, though, had a much less concerned and more nonchalant attitude. Have had zero copay of three of the generic version of them for more than 2 decades, using Meijer - Walgreens - Walmart in three states. On my ONLY refills at Target ( in February ) the copays jumped. Using my BCBS reports, CVS's inital cost for the meds were 4.98% - 11.25 % and 19.75 % higher than Meijer's initial cost. Really strange when I leaned that CVS owned the PBM!! Moved my meds and ALL my business back to Meijer. They are stealing from senior citizens

He was super polite too, but she was so rude. We then went on to say how rude that was because he simply asked for help finding an item that she was quite literally stocking at the time. And when we pointed out that it was rude, she said "that's his second time asking me to help him find something" to which we said that that shouldn't matter. This man was NOT asking her for anything other than help finding an item in the area he had been looking for it in. Then after we had been talking to her, another employee came up and they were obviously talking about us because they got quiet and said "let's go over there". The woman who worked at Target was lying about the whole situation and this man was really polite and non confrontational. It was really disappointing to say the least and the way the other employees were acting was so unprofessional. I know nothing will be done about this situation if I talked to a manager which is also disappointing, but still thought I'd share my encounter. The employee's name is Michelle. Very rude.

The tubs are always nice and clean, the soap and conditioner make her smell nice and the nozzles get right down to her undercoat without me needing to take extra time just to get her wet. The warm water is always a plus! I usually do all of my own grooming but have been slacking off with the winter weather, so I scheduled her to be groomed by Mariah. I'm very particular about how she's trimmed as I've had groomers take entirely too much coat off before despite me clearly explaining what I wanted, but Mariah listened closely and sent her home looking exactly how I asked. My only complaint is that the dryers at the self-wash station are not very powerful, so they take longer to dry a dog with lots of fur than a high-velocity dryer. I do understand that nothing can be done about that and just recommend that people whose dogs require more time bring something like a happy hoodie to help make the process more comfortable. :)

No one was overbearing (a pet peeve of mine!) but jumped up the minute I asked for help. They walked me through all my options and then let me decide. The prices were great for everything I bought and they had everything I needed. Most importantly, they didn't make me feel dumb or silly about any questions I had. I will definitely be coming back here.
