This was completely unprofessional and unnecessary. I even called the team lead afterward to explain what happened, and she didn't bother apologizing or showing any empathy. She acted like the situation didn't matter and offered no solution. Any groomer should know how to handle nervous dogs with patience and compassion , and the staff here showed neither.
