Meijer is probably my favorite grocery store. My first experience with Meijer was at this location when I visited Ann Arbor for the first time a long time ago. Since then, I have been a fan. I like the variety of various grocery items and other products they carry. Their prices are very reasonable and the quality is good. I have received good service at this location the few times I have gone. It's definitely the place to shop for your grocery and other needs.

Honestly I'm not sure about the negative reviews, coming back here after many years, I found the workers all to be friendly and the service pleasant. Store is clean and spacious. Food costs are relatively lower 5-20% lower than larger cities and plenty of parking always. No issues with finding what I needed, from groceries, housewares, pharmacy, etc. their adjoining gas station is usually slightly less expensive than other gas stations in the area, and they sometimes offer gas discounts for shopping at Meijer.

Shows him much they care about the safety of their vendors.

I'm a vendor that delivers to all the grocery stores in Ann Arbor. This is the laziest, most worthless Meijer in the state of Michigan! Only store that will not plow or shovel it's receiving entrance for vendors. You should be lucky you get any deliveries at all! Save yourself the time and go 5 mins down the road to Zeeb Rd. Meijer.

Got grocery pick up just to pick up a quick cake for my boyfriends birthday. Wasn't sure what to expect, but Meijer went above and beyond my expectations. I ordered online and was even able to get them to write on the cake! We pulled up and had our order in less than 5 minutes. Thank you so much Meijer!

What I love about Meijer: * produce section - everything looks so fresh, I'll buy too much unless I stick to my menu plan * they do have some 100% grass fed beef, eggs raised on pasture, other super healthy foods like that * one stop shopping - great when I'm pressed for time or low in energy * health & beauty area has some health food store worthy toiletries * never had a problem returning anything

I saw an ad for a Grain Latte (mi-su-ga-ru) and was so curious how it would taste. I haven't noticed it anywhere else (other Korean bakeries), so had to make a trip just for the drink, along with their other goodies. Omg, from the first sip, I was transported back to my childhood. I used to drink the multigrain drink that would come in powder form. But this drink was elevated by the espresso. What a perfect combo! Now this latte isn't sweet, so if you are looking for sweet, this won't be the drink for you. I had my hubs try it out and said he could taste espresso with an aftertaste of the grains- not something he would order, himself. But I'm definitely going to! He ordered the pistachio latte and I could tell it's very different from other ps's I've had from Monday Coffee Club or from Yemeni coffee houses. It definitely has that light, Korean, nutty taste that isn't strong. The baked goodie, I'm happy to say, has expanded and they offer so much more than they did since my last review. They've added a few nice tables and chairs, so you don't have to leave to enjoy your pastries or coffee, unless there's no spots. Highly recommend Y if you enjoy desserts that's not too sweet.

The case was absolutely gorgeous - filled with both yeast and cake donuts as well as this ham and cheese filled pretzel that I had read about and an amazing looking sticky bun. I was trying to get to work so I didn't have time to take a lot of photos. I chose the cake, chocolate covered donut, and the ham and cheese stuffed pretzel. I have no picture of this donut because I ate it in the car on the way to work because I just couldn't stand it. It was phenomenal. Of course a cake donut has a different texture than a yeast doughnut And it was soft yet cakey. I thought the chocolate icing was amazing. It was a little sweet, but I loved that about it. There are tables inside and a couple tables outside but as it is 29° I didn't sit outside. I jumped in my car and ate my donut on the way to work. The woman behind the counter said she is one of the owners, but I didn't get her name. I am bad. But she was lovely and just so kind.
