​I usually have decent experiences here, but my recent visit to the Olympia Tractor Supply was incredibly disappointing. The greeter at the front, Lori, was extremely rude and unprofessional. A greeter is supposed to make customers feel welcome, but her behavior was completely uncalled for and ruined the shopping experience. I usually have decent experiences here TSC, but my recent visit to the on-line Tractor Supply was incredibly disappointing. An item Big-4 Wheeler 10 cu. ft. 700 lb. Capacity Wheelbarrow, try to buy it from the online web page because our local store didn't have it; they check the system and found 2 at the Pasadena, TX store. Started to make the trip to that store and called the store and they say NO we don't have any! But the TSC web page had an advertisement of TWO Big-4 Wheeler 10 cu. ft. 700 lb. Wheelbarrow at the Pasadena, Texas! However, the web page indicates the store in Pasadena, Texas, saying they have two Big-4 Wheelbarrows, "It's on the TSC Web page saying those words! Upon calling the Pasadena store in Texas and waiting on the phone they say they do not have any at all! In addition, I called the Customer service at TSC and they called the store hoping they might have a better outlook, but same store "NO Wheelbarrow! having a false advertisement on line? I checked all over for one, but nowhere you can find or buy the wheelbarrow. Found that LOWE's has them and you can order them, which I will. So, is TSC having a false advertisement on line? Lesson learned don't trust any company on what they have adverted on line! read more

Brought the pups the PET VET vaccinations they have in the back. Do yourselves a favor and RSVP for it online because if you want to do a walk in, you may not get in since there will be a lot of people in line. I've done it twice and even though I was first in line the last time, it took 20 mins for me to get through and it just got slower for everyone behind. What they'll do is they'll send you a text to let you know when to get in line, so feel free to wait in your car until you get that text. It costs about $150 for the vaccinationsor each dog and even though that sounds like a lot, I priced it out with a vet and it was going to be $300 to $500, so this is really a bargain. The staff is nice and very gentle with the dogs. read more

I get my cat's litter here. The supply issues mentioned by me previously are long since resolved There is more to this store than kitty litter. It has lots of hardware items and by that, saves me a trip to the big box stores. read more

The staff I dealt with when I was looking for scarce canning supplies were very friendly but also genuine. I was cheerfully greeted when I came in. And was told goodbye and thank you when I left. Service was very poor to say the lease. I had never been to the store and yet recommended by other stores I went there looking for product when talking to one of the staff members he said he had never heard of it and went back to stocking shelfs Showing no interest in helping or finding out any information to guide me. Customer Service very disappointing I guess some of them need a friendly reminder that with good Customer Service you'll get repeat customers and repeat customers means someone is able to pay their wages for being there. I guess the new generation hasn't learn what some of us old timers have that business is really all about relationships and everything else will follow through. I just had another lousy customer service experience at Tractor Supply on Martin Way. Either their customer training is non-existent or they are overusing a limited number staff that are exhausted and just don't care anymore. I waited in the parking for a curbside pick-up that never happened. Multiple phone calls went unanswered and when I went inside I was ignored while the clerks did training on a computer. They ignoredf even after I had asked for help. I left the store without the product I had purchased on-line and now have to request a refund. read more

The staff in the Lacey store are extremely helpful and wear PPE to protect all of it's customers. However, I purchased a rain suit from the Tractor Supply online store, which was manufactured in China. Not only was it the wrong size, but it was labeled 3XL. The rain suit was made to fit a skinny man with a waste of about 30 inches. This is what I would expect when I do business with the CCP (Chinese Communist Party) I will continue to do business with Tractor Supply because I like the hat which I also purchased. Perhaps I will purchase a semi trash water pump. read more

I went to the Tractor Supply vet clinic.  I would never recommend it to anyone. They falsely state the pup wil be checked out for vitals. All they did was weight and take a swipe thermometer belly rub, which I know is not precise.   Further I explained I was looking for a vet to fully examine the pup as I signed in and they said they would.  The vet doctor Chi Pham only stabbed the puppy and did the oral dewormer. The stated the clinic was only a shot clinic.   This contradicts the fact she just inspected a cat for ear mites.   I had to ask them to sanitize the pad after the cat. The vet doctor never sanitized her hands either between patients.   I should have just left when I saw the way they gave a shot to a Great Dane pup but thought it was a behavior thing of the dane.  They also won't let the owner hold the pet while the shot is given, which is a power play and not at all standard.   I have always for over 30 years, held my dogs when they get any vaccinations and blood draws etc. This vet doctor did not even listen to her heart and feel the organs or check the skin and coat. Simple things which have always been done when I've had a "real vet appointment physical for a new puppy." The vet tech had to go out into the store to find how to spell the dewormer medication as I demanded to know specifically what they gave my puppy. DON'T EVER SEND SOMEONE TO THIS CLINIC.   They also don't space and separate the patients so things can transfer. I really hope I did not endanger my puppy's health by going to this "walkin clinic". I spoke to the acting manager who just passed the blame to the subcontractor running the clinics. Yet the clinic is in the store and the store is responsible by reputation. As a regular customer, this massively bothers me. I won't shot Petsmart due to past tainted dog food. Now I wonder which Tractor Supply products and events safe for my animals. I would have never gone to any fly by night clinic, but I have trusted Tractor Supply and if they backed this clinic which they do by letting them practice this in the store. So I went to this one and my trust has been proven miss-placed. read more

This is a nice new store and much bigger than the old one in Tumwater. There is no more Del's in Tumwater. It was purchased some time ago by Tractor Supply Company. TSC has larger stores so they moved it to Lacey. Bigger store, more products. Most of the time everybody that I have seen there have been helpful. read more

I come here for good buckets, posts and random supplies. Overall I really like them, staff is usually nice. Orchard grass hay is super brown. Go to the other farm store in town for hay. They refunded me though (to get a refund I had to bring back the bundled and unbundled bale, which seemed silly but maybe they put it to good use). Oh and you cant leave bad reviews on the main website about products, only good ones, they approve them before they post. That's no fault of the Olympia staff of course. I had posted that I paid for one brand of water salts but when i arrived they loaded up a totally different one and didnt even carry the one advertised. I won't do that again. I only buy from within the store so I know what I'm getting. read more

We had a terrible experience at this store. Each employee that we encountered was incredibly rude and not one employee was friendly. They never asked us if they could help us and instead were too busy talking to each other about plans to hurry and close down (there was still one hour remaining until closing time). The person at the cash register was very unpleasant and acted put off that we were even there. With this type of customer service, we would rather drive across town to the local feed stores or order online. I will never be back to a place that does not value it's customers. OMG, do not go here. Go to dels in tumwater. I just went there and waited in line while 3 employees watched the one working. I asked for an item that was on sale of which they did not know what that was. They found on the computer there were 4 in store and they could not find any. I asked for a rain check and they didn't know the product....so what did they look up on the computer and look in back for??? Love this store! I use to have to drive all the way out to Dells, about a 45 minute drive, just to get my chicken feed. Now thy are but 10 minutes away. The staff is always kind and welcoming as well as answering any questions I may have. They offer dog food (which is comparable to price to Petsmart and Petco) all the way to horse feed and anything in between! I highly recommend them to any person I come across! read more

We have had a horse feeder ordered at the Yelm store for 6 wks. Have been in a few times as well as several calls. I made sure that it was ordered and confirmed it was on a truck. Now, 6 wks later, we go to the store as we have heard nothing about it arriving. And guess....no feeder, no record, nobody knows anything about it. I am told they have had 3 management changes as well as multiple cashiers too. I have no more use for this store. This was not our first rodeo with this store is why I was diligent. I was told by them it was coming for sure (I explained I did not want to feed in the dirt all winter). They failed big time. My husband refused to shop here after the last mess up...no more chances! I had a horrible experience. I was sold defective product 3 times for same thing, then given the wrong part. I made 3 trips in one day because of their mistakes, then was denied the correct part because of $10 after all their mistakes. I really wanted to like this store, as its convenient and cheap, but it sucks! I've been there about a half a dozen time and they are consistently out of stock of the items I need (chicken feed, horse wormer, dog wormer, dog vaccines, rawhide, halter, etc. Just left there after buying stock panels with a smashed hand since the employee loading was more interested in swearing than getting help, and was going to damage our truck without help. We won't be back. Kiperts Korner Feed is worth the few extra bucks for competent help and supplies in stock. read more
