The old mower died out yesterday. I didn't want to take an 8 year old mower that was slowly fading and start throwing money at it. The blades are really worn down and the bushings on the front wheels retaining bolts are cracked broken with pieces missing. Now with it stalling after running for a few seconds, it looks like it was gearing up to be in the shop a lot. So today I had this grand plan of making stops at three different locations to compare models and pricing of mowers. As luck would have it, our first stop was our only stop. Tractor Supply in JC was it. As I was looking over the mowers and popping open the filters and lids, an employee came over on his forklift. He could see I was seriously shopping. He was real knowledgeable about the mowers and the differences between them. Turns out he is the one who puts them together when they get delivered to the store. He also told us if there were any issues, bring the mower back so the can affect any repairs and make it right. What can I say? The price was average for this type of a Zero Turn mower. It was also very sturdy with upgrades that make the work easier to get done. We've had nothing but great service from this location, so I decided not to waste the rest of the day looking and ultimately coming back here, so we bought the thing and they held it while I drove home to get the trailer. When I got back, there it was waiting and ready for me to load it up and haul it home. We really appreciate how the staff all take their work here to the next level. They all work as if the store was owned by them personally and they want to take care of their customers. read more

Got several items ordered ahead of time for pick up. one was loose minerals , the bag was filthy dirty and hard as a rock so the girl found me a different bag , the salt block was all chipping off and cracked so she found the best one of those . one of the grain bags were ripped and taped , the sweet feed was so dry and old looking . If they cannot get fresh items stocked I definitely will not be going back . I should have just cancelled my order and went into Eugene . read more

I made a 120 round trip to Tractor Supply in Junction City today. Why so far? Who else has veteran's parking? The employees are kind and helpful, and their products are always in stock, which makes it a one stop trip. I noticed an air compressor on sale, so I'll be making another trip soon. read more

Thanks Tina and Sierra for all your delivery help. Ten Points, Five Stars, Triple A! Y'all are rock stars.

We had an amazing experience at this tractor supply. We were in the market for a lawn mower , fencing , and some other miscellaneous things. Heather (I believe the shift lead that day) helped us so much despite the employee shortage they were experiencing on a busy Sunday. In addition to heather being amazing, they had everything we needed in stock and then some. Great selection and super fair prices for everything we needed. We were worried about how to get our new lawnmower home (it's huge!), but luckily they had a trailer to rent for the day for super cheap. We are about 30 min from this store but we will definitely come here for all of our needs. read more

I stopped in here not long ago after seeing there was a new store in town. I had heard about this store from a mentor, and breeder I communicate with whom lives in New York. My Pomeranian had puppies during the summer, and the vet I take them to is so far away, I decided to come here to get the 5 in one shots for small breed. They also had the wormer medicine I needed to get for the babies, and Momma. I was really impressed with how well trained the staff was for just opening when I stopped in. The young lady that helped me knew right where everything was, and which shots I needed. I pretty much knew anyway because I consulted with a few experienced breeders whom work with vets, and had checked the products out online Pryor to stopping in. Because my puppies were so tiny, I wanted to make sure they were not getting the shots that had lepto in them. The 5 in one does not. I would come in again. They have a great selection, and knowledgeable staff members. It is not as big as Coastal, or a few other competitors, but they are still a great store. read more

I tried. I waited to write a review because I thought they were new and would get better. They haven't. In fact, they have gotten worse. My first issue was trying to order sheep feed. It had to be on special order, so I knew it would take a while. The first time, everything was ordered and I was able to buy the feed. The second time was a nightmare. First, it felt like I irritated the guy ordering it. He told me to wait at first saying he was busy. Then he made my order and complained that it would take a while. He took my name and number and would call when it came in. I waited and waited. Then I call, "oh it's in." When I arrive it's not there. I inquire and they check as their were two on hand. No where in the store were two bags. So, the guy tells me he'll order more. I've worked in retail so I say, "make sure you zero out the lost bags," Again, they take my name and number. I wait and I wait. I call, "no, we didn't' order any because we have two on hand......I proceed to tell him you don't have two on hand. They were lost and obviously not updated. Then he orders more and takes my name and number. I never heard from them again. I went to the Junction City Farm and Garden store and got the sheep feed I needed. Today, I go to buy a lawn mower. There's only one already assembled on the floor so I head up front to try and find someone. Three associates at the front playing with puppies. I had to interrupt and get a dirty look. "Can I buy the assembled lawn mower?" Response: "they are back there." Me: "yeah I know, can I buy an assembled one?" Response: "I think so." Um, so I went back (no one asked me if I needed help) and get the assembled one. I go to the front with the three still standing there. Another lady is at the register and proceeds to tell me she's on break and can't help me. Ok, so where do I go? Then some guy comes up and rings me up all the while taking to another employee. I'm done. Forget going to this place. read more

The staff did nothing when told they had no water or food . They have way to many chickens in the bins. The lady said" the chickens are fine, we have an eye on them" she did not even go over and check . I went in the morning and then the evening to see. Same conditions. I will go hiring to complain . read more

This place is horrible, I ordered two identical items and paid for expedited shipping and not only has my items no shown up yet (two weeks after promised) I went to speak with them about it and they completely shirked responsibility and said they don't know when I'll receive my items and they couldn't refund my 600 dollars even with the receipt. They are thieves in my book. Stealing is stealing wether your a little kid taking candy or a corporate store robbing its customers read more
